Welcome too BB forums
Try this method below Good Luck!
The on-device battery meter is off sync with the a the actual battery charge. Connect to your OEM wall outlet battery charger and while still connected and powered on, remove the battery a minute to reboot. After reboot leave to fully charge to 100%.
Thus will reset the false charge reading.

  • BlackBerry z10 shuts down at 23% after os upgrade 10.3.1.1565

After the os upgrade 10.3.1.1565 my BlackBerry z10 shuts down at 23% of battery level

Due to the number of problems with "upgrading" to this OS level, I suggest you try the very clean and very forceful AutoLoader OS Reload:
    http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-10-OS-Device-Software/Upgrading-OS10-devices-using...
Beware that it is completely destructive...the device will be "like new"...no data, no apps, no accounts, etc. Be sure you take a full backup first, as well as make full manual documentation of all apps, accounts, configurations, etc. Sometimes a restore reintroduces the very corruption one is trying to eliminate, and manual reconfiguration is necessary.
You can also use this to fall back to a prior OS if you desire...you can install any OS level for which you can find an AutoLoader. (Hint...search over on the CB site!)
Good luck and let us know!

I let the battery to dry all the way down.
Removed the battery, sim and SD card.
    Waited 2 hours
    Put everything back together again
Plugged it on the charger with it mounted on the wall outlet.
Held the power button for 10 seconds
And lastly a plugged the charger to the wall power outlet and let it charge fully without playing with it....
"dry"? As in it got wet? If so, then you have a completely different problem. Please clarify.
If you meant "drain", then that's actually a very bad thing to do. Newer batteries like these do not like to be fully drained...ever. If they are drained, it can actually damage them, sometime rendering them to be completely non-functional. You should never let a BB battery drain all the way down.
If you meant "drain" there, then I recommend you conduct this sequence:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.

and I see another problem again , some times a luck icon appear on top of screen and ask me the pin code and the phone is unrechable when my friends called me , after this I enter the pin code and the problem again appear.... , I disable the pin code right now and I dont know if solved or not
What, exactly, is a "luck icon"? I don't understand. Do you mean a "lock icon" of some sort?
All in all, it seems you have some major issues. You might want to try WIPing your device, reloading your OS, updating your OS, or using an AutoLoader to cleanly load your OS. If you have a hardware issue, then of course we cannot diagnose that at an internet distance.

  • Macbook pro  shuts down at 15% battery

ok so my macbook pro shuts down at 15% battery by it self without warning just started happening yesterday i got this model in october 2009. Need to know if i have to get a new battery confused with what is wrong with it any reply would be greatly appreciated

  • My macbook (aluminum 13inch) shuts down unexpectedly when battery 45%

    hello there,
my macbook 13inch-aluminum, 2 years old, shuts down unexpectedly when battery state is at about 45% and when an external hard drive (western digital passport 160gb) is connected, or an iphone on a usb port. This occurs only when my mac is running on battery power. I suppose same thing will happen with any other usb device connected. Last time the same thing happened, i did not have any usb device connected onto my laptop.
    My battery details are
    Charge Information:
    Charge remaining (mAh): 2377
    Fully charged: No
    Charging: Yes
    Full charge capacity (mAh): 3234
    Health Information:
    Cycle count: 276
    Condition: Normal
    Battery Installed: Yes
    Amperage (mA): 376
    Voltage (mV): 12249
I tried to reset my SMC settings as well, but this did not help. Any thoughts please?

Your full charge capacity is about 75% of what it should be, even though your cycle count is comparatively low. If you still have AppleCare, you ought to be able to convince them on the phone or at your local Genius Bar that you have a defective battery, because your capacity should be much higher at that number of cycles.
If you do not have AppleCare, you will probably have to pay for replacement.

  • IPhone 5 shuts down with the battery at 40%

I'm having issues with my iPhone 5. It regularly shuts down with the battery being far from 0%. When I took it to the apple store, a "genius" said that the battery is fine and restored the phone to the factory settings. I set it up as new without touching the backup (with iOS 8), but the iPhone keeps shutting down with a half charged battery. If anythings, the problem only became worse with iOS 8.1. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix it.
The iPhone is out of the warranty and is not eligible for battery replacement. Another issue I have is that the home button often responds with a delay, but I don't know if it's related to the main problem.
    Thanks

Here's the battery info from iBackupBot:
    CycleCount: 368
    DesignCapacity: 1430
    FullChargeCapacity: 1200

My MAC Pro shuts down when the battery still has 52 minutes life without any warning. Does anyone have this problem? BTW, it is less than one year old.

You must have a MacBookPro, right? MacPro's are big desktop models.

  • My iPhone 4 keeps shutting down with high battery percentage?

I have an iPhone 4 that I just received in September/October due to issues I was having with the screen.  It has recently begun to freeze, shut down and come back on, and ultimately shutting down around 36% battery life.  I can plug it into the charger and it will immediately turn back on, usually at the same percentage as when it shut off.  Only last night it shut down at 36/37% and when I plugged it in it came on at 25%.  I've done resets but nothing seems to be helping.  Any other suggestions?

This is often due to fautly battery. Make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple Store for free quick battery diagnostic testing.

  • MacBook shuts down on 60% battery percentage.

My MacBook shuts down on random percentages when used on battery power. I can only use it for FIVE minutes before it shuts down. And as I said, it shuts down before the battery runs down to 0%.

Go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info, then select Power from the left hand column of the System Profiler. Copy and paste the Battery Information back here.

My Macbook Pro randomly shuts down whilst using battery power even though their is plenty of charge in the battery.
    Any ideas??

does it do it when plugged in?
Also it sounds that there's a power failure and causing it to shutdown, I would get it serviced asap, the battery connector might be faulty.
