My ipad 2 is frozen, the email system was not working so i tried to turn it off and start again but it has refused to power down

My Ipad 2 mail system was not working so i tried to power down to restart again but it has refused to power down and it also refuses to come on. i have held the power button for over a minute but there is no response.

Have you tried basics from the manual?
Restart 0- you tried.
Reset?
Restore?

Give this a Try:
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

I have a problem with a few emails i wrote which were in the outbox. The outbox disappeared all of a sudden with my mails... However they were not sent since the email address was not correct (just 3 initials). Is there a way to get it back somewhere?

I was waiting to find out the correct email address of that person, put in in and then sen it...Is there a way to get it back somewhere on the ipad or in some cached folder?

There is no cache where the emails would be stored on the iPad, but you could try quitting the mail app and then launch it again and see if the emails return.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Tap the home button. Then try mail again.

I was able to solve this by deleting all "Envelop Index*"- and "ExternalUpdates*"-files in ~/Library/Mail/v2/MailData. After that I restarted Mail and let it reindex all mailboxes.

Today When I tried to open the app store on my ipad I found out that's the store is not working,,, It's giving me the loading screen like for ever without any error message. So I tried my Macbook and my iphone and it was the same,,,, I thought it was from the connection so I tried several different connections and It was the same.
Any Idea what is going on with the app store ?

The App Store app on your iPhone in your iPad is a different App Store than the app store app on your Mac. You use the same account for both app stores. So I would guess that the real issue is perhaps something to do with your Home Network. You might try rebooting your modem/router. Also, turn off any antiviral software, firewalls or apps such as Little Snitch.

First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

Note, however, that iTunes has never been supported on the 64-bit version of Windows XP, so you're on your own to attempt to get it working.

If it's just the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store that you are having problems with, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.

You may want to do a Restore on the shuffle in iTunes. The Restore button is on the shuffle's Summary screen in iTunes. This will erase the shuffle, re-install its software, and set it to default settings. If it's a software or data corruption glitch, the Restore should fix it. After the Restore, reload or resync your songs, and try it again. As a test, you may want to initially select a small number of songs to put back on the shuffle.
