My iPad has suddenly stopped printing to my hp AirPrint printer. It was working fine but now although it says it has contacted .the printer etc. nothing prints. My iPhone still prints o.k. So don't think it is the printer or router
Try rebooting your iPad by pressing and holding the Home and Sleep buttons at the same time until the Apple symbol appears (Ignore the power off slider).

My iPad says that it cannot contact the App Store. I am trying to down load a free app. I tap FREE and it says INSTALLING. I never get a challenge for my Apple ID or PW. After about 15 or more minutes it says CANNOT CONTACT iTUNES STORE. I tried turning off the cellular comms and just using the WiFi (with my ADSL ). Is the store down? <Email Edited by Host>OK the reboot (power down, restart, unlock SIM with PIN) has solved the problem. Funny how talking to someone, even no-one helps to solve a problem. I believe it forces the problem into the brain's cognitive centre.

So i bought my bf the ipad mini. Im out of the country and he wants to download Skype to talk to me. Well when he tried to download it, it is saying that he has to pay for it. He also tried to download the youtube app and it is telling him the same thing. His wifi is on and he is able to get on the internet so what is the problem???? Why are they trying to charge him for the free app???? Can someone plz help me....
Those are fee apps, should not be actually charged. Are you sure is not being asked to verify he's the actual account holder by adding billing info to the account? Even though your're not getting billled, the account holder identity still has to be verified.

My 1G Touch has suddenly stopped downloading (by wifi) -some- podcasts and even -some- free songs from iTunes. The download page comes up but where there used to be a 'free' button there is nothing. I've done a full restore and problem persists.

My iPad has suddenly stopped receiving emails from the mail app.
I've been looking through the forum for hours and tried every variation of deleting the account, re-adding it, rebooting my iPad etc. I've tried everything! And I still can't receive emails.
My drafts, sent emails and junk emails are all there but my inbox is empty and it's refusing to download the messages.
When I refresh it, "downloading 1 of 250" pops up for a second and then disappears and it just says it's updated yet nothing is there.
Please can someone help. This is incredibly annoying!!!

My iPad 2 has suddenly stopped sending emails. It puts them in the outbox but that's as far as they go. I've tried turning off ect but no joy. It puts them in the outbox but thats as far as they go.
The restrictions should have no bearing at all as to why mail is not being sent. It will prevent you from making changes to the emai account, so I don't know how you were able to try what I suggested if you can't get into your mail settings.
As for the 10 attempts ...... You get as many tries as you need with that passcode. But the catch is that if you cannot remember it and you need to get into the settings, you have to restore your iPad back to factory settings and start all over again. The only way that you can use a backup is if the backup does not contain that passcode. If you restore from a backup that has the passcode in or, you will jut end up in a never ending loop.
So after having said all of this I would have to assume that you tried my suggestion before you locked yourself out of the settings. -

The first thing to try is to power down your modem and router for about 30 seconds, then repowering by plugging them back in.
Also, if that doesn't work, on your iPad you can try going into settings/safari/clear history/clear data and cookies. -

May iMac (OS 10.7.4) has suddenly stopped printing to my Epson CX4800 printer through Airport Extreme, though my MacBook (OS 10.5.8) continues to function just fine). The iMac will print if it is connected to the printer directly via USB. The iMac continues to connect to the Internet wirelessly. I've tried resetting the printer and ensuring the driver is up to date, but no joy.

Have you tried rebooting the Hub? Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and plug it back in again.

My Mac mini server has suddenly stopped seeing one or the other bluetooth devices, either the wireless keyboard or the mouse( both apple products) have tried new batteries, at first it was the mouse that stopped responding, but upon rebooting the computer now the keyboard will not respond and the mouse works. Both work fine on an older Mac mini that I hooked back up to check.
There is absolutely no reason why they should not bothe be able to connect to your WiFi network. The easiest place to start would be to reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again. I would also restart both the iPad and the iPhone.

When using an external display be sure to check the following:
If you're using an Apple notebook, confirm the AC power cable or adapter is securely connected to the computer and the cable providing power to the display is also secure. It is always good to have your notebook connected to AC power when an external display is in use.
