My ITunes app keeps crashing on me, I have tryed turning it off and back on but doesn't work. How do I fix it without having to restore everything back on my iPhone??

I can't restore my whole phone, but my ITunes app keeps crashing on my it will not let me even get the main screen, please help

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
The Apple logo will Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds...
Release the Buttons...

HT1476 My phone was fully charged and while talkng, it went to a blank screen. It will not come back on. I have tried turning it off and back on, but it doesn't do anything, just keeps the blank screen.

While talking on the phone this morning, it was fully charged, the screen went blank and I could no longer use the phone. I tried turing it off and then on, but it still ghad a blank screen. I even tried charging the phone, but it still has a blank screen.

I am sorry to hear about your phone.
You could try connecting it to your laptop and see if itune recognises the phone.
If it does then make a backup of your phone.
You could then restore it and see if it helps.
It shouldn't be much of a problem if its a software issue but if something went wrong with the hardware then you might have to go to an Apple store.

Can someone please help. My IPhoneS stopped working right after I did the latest update which was yesterday. Now, the phone does not work at all. When turned on, the screen shows a picture of USB cable pointing to the ITunes logo. I have tried just about everything, and cannot get it working. It's like it is frozon. My ITunes does not recognize my device. Cannot dial out either. I desperately need to get it working. Can someone please help me.

The update did not do anything.
AT&T cannot and will not do anything, they do not provide support for iPhones, Apple does.
The issue is not with the iPhone or iOS if you've reset network settings and tried forgetting the Wi-Fi Network, it is specific to the network.
Check the settings on the router, try disabling the security settings first... that will clarify the issue is not with the device but rather the Network.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Next step is to Restore it in iTunes from your backup. If that does not work they try Restoring it as a new phone. If still no go it is a hardware failure and you will need to get it serviced.
And you are not showing the hardware lock icon on the top right of the home screen?
