Unless you subscribe to iTunes Match , Apple does not keep a backup of your iTunes library. Even then it is not the library as it exists on your computer, but some version of the media, and only media files, not playlists. Even then not all media are definitely available since anything removed from the iTunes Store since you purchased it is not available for re-download.

In your case it sounds like you will have to obtain non iTunes purchases from their original source or a backup you may have made at some time in the past. -

It sounds like you are trying to download a purchased album, but not all the tracks are listed as being purchased. If you still have the receipt that was emailed to you when you bought it, you can use it to report a problem with the purchase to the iTunes Store directly with this article:

I just transferred itunes to a new computer. When I plugged in my ipod, I was asked if I wanted to erase my old library and put the new on on. I said yes because my whole library is on this computer. Now that it's done with the sync, I only have the three albums that I just purchased and all of the rest is gone. How can I sync my whole music library back onto this device?
If the lost music and photos are no longer accessible by or on your iPod, on your PC, or in another backup somewhere, you are out of luck. You can download most iTunes purchases again at no cost via iCloud. See this article for more information and assistance.

I've always been a part of the Mac familty until I destroyed my Macbook. Needing something quick, I bought a PC with windows 8.1. HATE IT. So, I bought another Mac and am returning the PC asap. While I had Windows, I subscribed to the Photoshop and Lightroom deal for $9.99/month. I'm just curious if I can reinstall those onto my new computer. I tried, and it was giving me issues. I was running Firefox 4.1 on a 32 Bit Windows XP Computer. I just bought a 64 Bit Windows 7 computer and reinstalled Firefox. I backed up all of my XP programs and data to an external drive but I can't find a file for my previous Firefox Bookmarks. What is the filename and possible folder where I can find my old bookmarks and how do I import them into my new version?

Bought a new computer, and new ipod 160 GB. I went to sync all my music and it's telling me that the computer isn't authorized. I authorize it, by going to store and authorize this computer, and it still won't let me sync these songs
Think you got to reboot or relaunch iTunes after the Authorization.

My computer(A toshiba) crashed and when I bought a new computer(a Mac), my previous apple ID does not word and I was only able to get songs that I bought in 2004. I am unable to authorize my account to get to songs that I purchased recently. Please help.

While this won't help if you are having password problems, I did want to point out that you do not need to access old machines to de-authorize them. Once you are signed in at the iTunes store, access "my account" by clicking on your username in the top navigation bar. Then "manage devices". You can remove any old machines that way.
