Did you try them out? If so, what were they?
Please detail all you have done to resolve your issue. Need this information so that the users can avoid the "been there, done that" scenario type responses. This is to avoid repeating the troubleshooting you may have already tried. Thank you.

If the modem is also a router, either use the modem in bridge and run pppoe client on the TC.. that is assuming ADSL or similar eg vdsl. If it is cable service.. and the modem is a router, then bridge the TC.. go to internet page and select connect by ethernet and below that set connection sharing to bridge.
Please tell us more about the modem if the above gives you issues. -
When I try to save a Firefox web page, I get about a dozen tiny files with funny names cluttering up my documents folder, and making it hard to find anything. This reminds me of problems I used to have with Internet Explorer more than ten years ago. But at least, IE was kind enough to gather all of these files in a single folder, named "files". Firefox dumps them all into my documents folder. Messy.
Years ago, I discovered Opera, which offered a file format that combined the original html code with the other files into one file: an internet archive, with the extension mht instead of htm. I used Opera for years, but recently became aware of the advantages of Firefox.
A few days ago, I downloaded the latest version of Firefox, and installed it. I have been evaluating it ever since. It looks good; I have figured out (more or less) how bookmarks work, and I'm getting used to the taskbars.
But when I try to save a page, I still get a deluge of tiny files cluttering up the target folder. Firefox doesn't save pages in archive form, but only in the old scattered form. Of course, I could simply save only the html. Maybe that's the best thing, but it loses a lot.
The chaos of junky files cluttering up my target folder is enough to send me back to Opera, despite its limitations.This extension allows for web pages to saved on MHT format. <br />

How can I print all the pages in an email that I have received?
Even when I use print preview, it shows only 1 page when the email might be 2 or 3.
Many webmail sites have a Print button or a Printer-ready view, see if your service has one of those.

If you want to move the document to other library immediately, the following workarounds for your reference:
1.Create an Event Receivers for document library and use SPFile.MoveTo
method to move file to the other document library.

my nephew lend me his iPad and I have wi-fi service @ home, I get the wi-fi icon on top of iPad, it's activated but when I open Safari to go online it ask me for the password which I have and type in. When you go to Settings > WiFi and see your network name does it have a padlock icon to the right of the network name? If so it is a secured network with a password.
How did you connect to your network from the iPad? From Settings > Wifi? Was a network password requested? Was it accepted?
If you touch the ">" to the right of your network name what do you see for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, and DNS? -

You need your password to delete it and I need the email address to reset the password. I feel like I'm going in circles!!! Please help!!!Go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address (you shouldn't need to verify the old account). You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

You can download an already compiled version with this link: iWeb Switch Domain. Note: you may have to Control (right) - click on the app after uncompressing and select Open due to the Sandboxing feature of OS X. If you have problems with the app create your own with AppleScript Editor.
Just launch the application, find and select the domain file in your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder that you want to open and it will open with iWeb. It modifies the iWeb preference file each time it's launched so one can switch between domain files.
WARNING: iWeb Switch Domain will overwrite an existing Domain.sites2 file if you select to create a new domain in the same folder. So rename your domain files once they've been created to something other than the default name.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible in Lion or Mt. Lion enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

I have an iPod touch 4 generation. I have a problem that my PC is broken and I later forgot my password. How can I restore the system without a PC. Because I have receipts from the rest because I POD andYou need a computer with iTunes installed to regain use of your iPod. Unless you have the iPod backup file from the syncing computer all you can do is to restore the iPod to factoery defaults/new iPod. You will also need to place the iPod in recovery mode is you restore the iPod on other than on its syncing computer. For reoverymode see:

Why does Firefox always block any link I try to open going to a web page when I don't have pop up blocker on? First off they are not even pop ups....your crap blocks everything and don't save user names &/or passwords when you have it checked. Also in your tutorials about solving this issue says it has the word "OPTION" .......no, it never says option to allow you to bypass it and etc. Only thing is says is "ALLOW" . That would be nice , but the problem is it will not allow it from then on. It only allows it right then and then you have to refresh...after that to open again it blocks it again.....HOW STUPID?!!!!!

I have a MacBook Air, which I just upgraded to OSX Lion. I also have the latest version of iTunes. When I try to stream to the AirPort, the Airport resets, and the wireless connection on the macbook locks up. Any suggestions where to start?
To free up hard drive space the best bet is to move data files that you don't need access to all the time. Likely candidates are music, video, and photos. Things like word processing and spreadsheet files can also be moved but they tend not to be very large and so don't free up much space. The problem with moving the above mentioned files is that iTunes and iPhoto need to know where the files are stored.
Here's an article explaining how to move the iTunes folder. You can move the iPhoto library using the Finder but there is a slight complication. Start iPhoto, open the Preferences and click on the Advanced tab. The first option is "Copy items to the iPhoto Library". If this option is checked, copy the iPhoto library to your external folder (drag it from the Pictures folder to your external drive) and then delete it from your Picture folder. If this option is not checked, it is a bit more complicated and we'll need to talk a bit. -

hi, im tinkering with mpeg streamclip and its giving me problems because it won't open my ripped dvd files from my desktop. It keeps giving me the same message "no VOB files can be found". Can anyone help me, this doesn't make sense. I also found online that you need Apple Mpeg-2 playback component in order to use mpeg streamclip. Even though I have OS X Lion, should I download the add-on?
You need to convert the VOB files in the TS-Folder of the DVD back to DV which iMovie is designed to handle. For that you need mpegStreamclip:

To install the component in Lion, please download MPEG Streamclip 1.9.3b7 beta above; inside the disk image you will find the Utility MPEG2 Component Lion: use it to install the MPEG-2 Playback Component in Lion. The original installer's disk image (QuickTimeMPEG2.dmg) is required.
The current versions of MPEG Streamclip cannot take advantage of the built-in MPEG-2 functionality of Lion. For MPEG-2 files you still need to install the QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component, which is not preinstalled in Lion. You don't have to install QuickTime 7.
