N82 lcd spoil ......wonder can get fix in singapor...

Dam sad , brought n82
last week
and now got one patch of black burn mark located left side below corner !
problem is my screen got scratches just above the burn marks.
what I read from the warrenty , nokia will not cover scratches..this I can accept to pay for the plastic cover of the phone if I wanna get it fix. I curious n82 cover is it available in singapore nokia repair centres?now?
next about the lcd burn mark , I haven;t go my side singapore local repair centres and ask.
what I worry , they will amuse I bang it so cause that portion of the lcd got black patches because above this patches got the scratches.
if due to no choice , have to get it pay to fix the lcd for n82 roughly whats the cost?and the casing of the front .

Well, there's always a chance to crack the display, you know
But since N73 Nokias get better protection. BTW I don't know how many people are aware that though N95 8GB has really good screen protection, it has less hard plastic just below the screen - press it and the screen will be affected.
As for the N82 - pressing near the screen borders will not do anything - the plastic is very resistant there. In the middle of the screen, though, applying some medium force will make the protective film touch the screen - but force should be applied anyway.
So for normal use and even some squeezing the pocket, N82 display will be well protected...

I am having the exact same problem. MacForums has been helping me, and I called Apple. After trying everyone's suggestions, and Apple's, no success.
My App Store app still says "incomplete or damaged." There is even a circle with a line through it on the icon. Apple said reinstall my Snow Leopard upgrade disc (not my original Leopard disc) and then run the Combo Update (like your suggestion). Did not work. I also updated the software from "Software Update". Rebooted.
I think this started after I replaced my hard drive with a SSD and moved the hard drive to where the DVD was. I wonder if the person above who had the same problem also installed a SSD?
Anyway, anymore ideas? Even Apple is stumped.
(In answer to the other post above, my Quicktime works fine.)

Just did some more reading. I was going by the icon in the dock. When I checked in Finder, there it was, fixed and brand new!! Thanks, anyway.

Is he getting your SMS messages (green) or your iMessages (blue). If SMS message, go to Settings>Messages and turn off Text Forwarding. If blue, are you sharing an Apple ID? You should each have your own.

Try contacting iTunes via email to check if there is an issue with the account. go to apple.com/support/itunes
Click on iTunes Store account and billing and select inquiries. On the right side click on "email us".
Before doing that trying viewing your account information first. Open the iTunes on you mac, look at the menu and select store and select view my account. Try removing the card (this is only applicable if you don't have a pending charges with iTunes) and hit done. Sign out, quit iTunes and sign back in and try updating the apps again.

2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Go into Settings App and turn OFF Find My iPhone. It will ask for your old password, but in the future you can use your new Apple ID account.
