Need a query to extract responsibility last access

Hi,
We want to retrieve information for all the users having different responsibilities when they last used one particular responsibility assigned to them .
Can we get a query so that all user information can be had in one query.Thanks

Perhaps you want CONNECT_BY_ROOT, an operator in CONNECT BY queries that repeats a value from the row with LEVEL=1 on each of its descendants.
Post some sample data (CREATE TABLE AS or INSERT statements) and the results you want from that data if you need help.

Check DBA_TBALES view there you find one date column that indicate last update
One option is as follows:
(1) Turn the auditing on: AUDIT_TRAIL = true in init.ora
(2) Restart the instance if its running.
(3) Audit the table:
     AUDIT INSERT,SELECT,DELETE,UPDATE on TableName
     by ACCESS WHENEVER SUCCESSFUL
(4) Get the desired information using :
     SELECT OBJ_NAME,ACTION_NAME ,to_char(timestamp,'dd/mm/yyyy , HH:MM:SS')
     from sys.dba_audit_object.

Hi Tad,
You can create a table for example login_info (username, login_time, logout_time) and write a ddl trigger to keep record for all logins.
Query this table when you need last access.

How can I get Numbers to return the first row in a group of VLOOKUP query results instead of last one?

I'm trying to query from one table (call it Table1) a batch of rows in another table (Table2) using VLOOKUP on a date specified in the first table (Table1). My problem is it's returning the last incident in Table2 of the requested date instead of the first incident. This really breaks the OFFSET scheme I'd like to use to collect the rest of the items for that date. Is there some way to compel VLOOKUP to return the first row of query results, not the last?
NOTE: I see I've asked this before, but forgot to go back and look at responses given. It's been a while and I've limped along until now with the way things were. I'm actually trying to delete this questions, so if you see it, ignore it. I suppose if someone can tell me real quick how to delete a stupid question, that might be helpful.

now for expample the registry from sm_costeras _planillas with id 4284 has a bill on julsep of 2012 that does not need to be charge
the registry 3673 bill is on octdic of 2011 so as it is from the las year it charges the anual income for this year %12.78 plus the income of this year's trimesters
if the registry is from 2009 the charge will be the incom of year 2009 plus 2010 plus2011 and the income of this year's trimesters
the incomes charged on the value of the bill is complete y the expiration date is done then the bill of the trimester is complete also y the bill was on 30 dec of any year the bill is charge with the full year income even if its just for 2 days

In Oracle, we don't access schemas but schema objects.And this informationis not kept anywhere persistantly.As Amit also mentioned,if you do need it,you have to enable Auditing.

I need a query to add a newly created RESPONSIBILITY to multiple Oracle Apps Users (>1000) through sql query , not through Data Loader. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Please list out the tables on which the INSERT (or other) statement need to be performed for acheiving the above mentioned purpose.
