Function module in ST03N for user to transaction info

Hi, we are running ECC 5.0 and have a requirement to find out which users have executed certain transactions in a period of time (e.g. month, week). ST03N gives these details, however, we need to run this for several transactions and multiple periods. This becomes impractical as the number of transactions is large. Is there a function module that can be used to get the information? Sample screenshot ST03N is attached depicting the navigation path ST03N -> expert mode -> Month -> Transaction profile -> Standard -> Double click the transaction to get the user list (e.g. here is users who have execute VL01N).
Any information that can be shared would be appreciated.

I have a program that must worw with several Employees, and in one step I have to check if they are representative / delegate of someone else or not.
Is there any FM or something like a table to check it?? I have the UNAME for them.

Identify tables from where the function module extracts data for the ES

Hi All,
For the datasource, 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I in the CRM system, we need to add a new field (in the table level). This datasource's extraction type is 'F1 - function module'. Is the extractor itself is this function module? If it is a sepeate FM, where can we find the function module name used for this datasource?
We need to identify the tables from where the fields in this datasource fetch data from. Where can we find this information?
To be specific, in the sales order in tcode crmd_order, if we goto conditions tab and create a new condition, in what table this will get stored?

Function modules to create a movement type 105 and 104

Hi folks,
I have created a custom screen and attached to MIGO Transaction. If my user enter data and click 'PASS' on my screen, a movement type 105 to be triggered in back ground. And if he click 'FAIL', movement type 104 need to be triggered. is there any BAPI or Function Module to create goods movement type. I have searched some function modules in SE37 and found some stuff. But i am confused which one to use...Could you pls guide me regarding this...
for ur information, i am thinking to use these FM's
MB_READ_GOODS_MOVEMENT
MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT

Function Module to change the user status of a business transaction

Hi,
I want to change the user status of a business transaction. Plz let me know if there is a function module to change the user status.I found some FMs.
- CRM_STATUS_MAINTAIN_OW
- BBP_PROCDOC_STATUS_CHANGE_DIRE
- CRM_ORDER_CHANGE_STATUS
But these FM says that it has to be used for changing system status.

BAPI_USER_ACTGROUPS_ASSIGN for assigning the roles.
delete the profiles of the user qnd assign the profiles to the user:
BAPI_USER_PROFILES_DELETE
BAPI_USER_PROFILES_ASSIGN
i used the above FMs for my requirement.

Function module in table TADIR

Hi,
Table TADIR is a repository for all objects. However if I try to locate any function module(Object type = FUNC) in this table I dont get any entries. Why does this happen? Is there any other table which keeps a list of all function modules?

Function module in BW for Balance Sheet

Dear all,
i have a request to create a FM for BW module.I'm new at abap in BW so i want kindly to ask you to help me with some material or knowledge that you have.
The specific request is for Balance Sheet. It is done in BW with routine but i have to add this routines in one functional modul.The misunderstanding for me is that this routine use some standard form (like compute_data_field which is call dynamically ) for input parameter and i'm not sure in my FM how to take the same input parameter.

In the BeX, when you are creating the query, you need to create a variable to the object by doing the following:
1 Select the object in the leftside
2 create new variable
3 in the variable select the eleboration with customer exit
4 after creating the variable, go into transaction CMOD
5 Select the project for BW, if you don't have one, just create it. (You need to include it into the data packet for BW, if you don't have you must create it otherwise you'll get the data packet tmp and you cannot transport it)and select the Henancement Assignment RSAP0001.
3 In the components area you'll get 4 functional exit:
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004
click on the first exit and than click on INCLUDE ZXRSAU01
in this include you go in the change mode and input this kind of code:
WHEN 'name of the variable'.
PERFORM and input your code.

Function Module not working for old Role

Function Module not working for old Role
Function Module: /VIRSA/BAPI_AE_USERS_FOR_ROLES
Before EHP4 upgrade this functional module working fine, but after updated users are not visible.
We have chekced if the users are assigned directly users are visible but indirect (Position Based) assignment users are not apprearing.
Pl check the fucntion module with given roles below and identify the root cause,
EP_TRVL_ALL_CAB - Old Role
EP_TRN_TRVL_DRGC_V2 - New Role

I do not think this BAPI is meant to be called by anyone but the application using it, and its functionality may therefore change without notice.
What are you trying to achieve? Maybe there's a better way to do that...

I created several CALL FUNCTION ... IN UPDATE TASK lines and is curious about the contents of the update function module log table. How can I see its contents?

Hi Hari,
Use transaction SM13. This gives all the details
To view the details in SM13 switch on Update debugging before you call your update function module.
In debugger Settings --> Display / change Debugger settings --> Use the check box "Update Debugging" --> Press save button
So after COMMIT WORK statement, debugging will start with the update function module
During this time check the entries in SM13
Once the update is complete the entries will be removed from SM13 (Unless there is a failure)
I am not sure if there is option to view records in SM13 for which update is complete (No authorization to change settings in SM13). So i cannot check this
