Need help in retrieving data from database table
Hi ,
I have a Ztable with primary key.The table gets automatically sorted on primary key
But I want to retrieve the ztable data in the order in which i enter data in to table.
EXAMPLE :
I enter data as : mydata
action
welcome
When i retrieve this data internal table should be filled in the same order.
Your inputs will be very helpful.

You will need to change your table to use a number as the first key field (after the client) which you increase by 1 each time you make a new entry. Alternatively you can add a data/time stamp to the end of your table and use this to sort your internal table once you've extracted the records.

Yes, you should be able to adapt the example to work for the main summary textfield.
I would place the script in the exit event of the table textfields. You would still need to clear the summary textfield and then loop through the table and update.
Inside the loop the text would be like:

Need help in reading data from Database.
Hi experts,
I have created a custom smartforms and custom print program. In my print program i have read all the data and populated the internal table and i am able to display the data in the smartform output.
I'm using Tcode me23n to print preview the form. i have to read the "text" tab from the me23n tcode using FM "READ_TEXT". The data is getting populated into an internal table. I coded these statements in Initialization tab in global definition.
Now my problem is ..... Can anyone tell me how to display the data into the forms.

Need help to retrieve data from my Treo 680
Hi All,
Last night, while charging my Treo 680 phone, it hanged. Therefore, I do a reset but removing the battery and put it back again. After the restart, all my text message, photos and video files are gone. However, my lists of memo and the wallpaper are there.
I have also noticed that my text message folder header still display Inbox (0/368), Sent (0/78), Saved (0/5) but the messages can't be found. I am also puzzled that all my photos are gone but the wallpaper still appear and the photo which is one that has been saved in the folder.
Can anyone please kindly give me some advises on how can I retrieve the photos from the phone?

If you do have you checked in the media option to see if the photos are there? You should have most everything backed up on your computer, however I do not think your text messages will be there.

I am working on a report where I have to retrieve data from 3 tables(marc,mara,makt).For this I have used 3 select statements for retriving data from 3 tables.There r some fields which r not present in marc table where as present in mara and makt tables.So added thos fields in marc internal table t_marc.I have looped at marc table and used the read statement to read the data from mara table using the key field matnr from both the tables.This read statement is giving the sy-subrc value as 4.Could u pls tell me why this is happening?I am sending my code.

Dont use three select stements for this scenario.
Just use innerjoin and join all the three tables.
Three tables should contain MATNR (material number).
By using that retrieve data from 3 tables by using a single select statement.

To retreive data for TOLERANZOB from QAMV,
If you know the key fields then use
SELECT SINGLE TOLERANZOB FROM QAMV INTO TOLERANZOB WHERE keyfields.
else, you can use
SELECT TOLERANZOB FROM QAMV UPTO ONE ROWS INTO TOLERANZOB WHERE....
Once you retreive the data using the select query, you can check if it is initial and if not move the data from TOLERANZOB to TOLERANZOB1.

When I try to Preview a document I am prompted to enter in database information.
