You can still deauthorize an individual computer from the iTunes Menus.
You can de-authorize only once a year 'all' computers from your iTunes account page.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

I have some residual songs from a US account that I want to upgrade to plus but it says I have to wait 6 months before switching accounts back

So a while back I used an itunes voucher to buy songs but it was with a US account (my brother in-laws) Now I want to upgrade that part of my libray to itunes+.
I have allready done this but only for my UK account. To do the US account I would have to wait six months before switching back to the UK one I think.
Anyone have a suggestion?

The Early 2011 MacBook Pro shipped with Snow Leopard, so these are not the Mac App Store versions of iLife, they are the boxed software versions.
If they are in an iWork '09 folder take them out and let them loose in the Apps folder. Then reindex your HDD.

I don't understand why this keeps happening and it's been going on for a wile now. I have tried over and over again to get this iPhone to work but nothig is happening. I've even gone on the website for support (apple.com/support) but cannot find anything that will help me with this situation. Can someone please help me find a solution to this problem? I have been without a phone and do not have money to buy another one and it is crucial for me to get it fixed. Thanks.

What computer operating system is involved in the Premiere Elements 11 and 13 issues? Same computer or different ones? Are you installing from purchased download installation files or from purchased installation disc? Does Premiere Elements 11 work completely on this computer whereas 13 will not?
Let us go through the typical drill so as to take nothing for granted.
1. Does the problem exist with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? Are you working with an individual home computer or in a
school or company network?
2. Are you running the program as Administrator and is there any "domain" account involved?
3. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
4. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements?
Let us start by ruling in or out any of the above, and then we can decide what next.
Any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.

With all you media (apps, music) in the iTunes library connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup. Do that by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up. Then restore the iPod from that backup.
Note the the iPod backup that iTunes makes does not included synced media like apps and music.

Question is a bit unclear. Once you start a rental, you have 24 hours to complete it. I pause mine all the time. When I hit play again, I get a choice to either resume where I left off or start all over. I believe it is necessary to have an internet connection while view ATV content, so if you lost the connection, that might make it "spin".
Re your tag line "Can I view my ATV thru my iPad?" If you have a wifi connection, you can view almost anything with AirPlay. Or you can view anything from the various ATV selections without having your iPad on. Of course, you have to pay for some options like HBO, Netflix, etc.

I got a Mac and started buying music on it, and My PC has all of my whole Itunes library which is like 1000+. How are you trying to re-download it, from within the store or the Purchased link ? You should be able to redownload it for free via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
