New games for mini

will there or are there any new game updates on the mini?

I just put my little iPod 20GB(known as ZenPod) life on the line to test one of these games for you people.
It seemed to work fine on my ipod since they are just trivia or chose your adventure games and seemed to have no effect on my ipod.
So they seem to fine or its because my ipod has a little Zen(Haramony, Virtue) in him.
The arcade ones are for 3Gen and use Podzilla so I would most likely not recommend those,

There must be well over 200,000 games in the App store by now. At one point over a year ago, there were an average of 60 new games a day appearing in the store. Although they will probably not be good and just take up more memory. 30gb yeah right more like 27.5gb.

Bill - thanks for your feedback - although I do have a little problem with the logistics on your idea:
Scenario - left hand holding Ipod for music, lap for holding newspaper & right hand holding 'java enabled phone'
Q1 - with what do I press buttons?
Q2 - how do I hold my coffee?
PS - Saying iPod video is just for music + video is like saying TV is only for TV and not for DVD/Video/Photos/Games via consoles etc.
PPS - I am new to Mac and wonder if this widening of iPod horizons to include mini-games is touching on a sensitive area......... anyway my only aim is maybe for Apple to look at the number of responses / views on this particular topic and maybe do somthing about it (we have the technology...)
PPPS - For those who do not want games on iPod - it is not compulsory to buy any when they are (eventually) produced.

Paid for and downloaded all the new games for new gen ipod

I purchased all the new games and they appeared in my main apple page. After turning computer off and on again the games were gone. I attemeped to download again but was told by apple that I had already downloaded them and would have to pay again if I wanted to download again. I have no clue where they went!!!! any ideas

Most browsers have a dedicated folder where they store downloaded files. Have you checked there? What OS are you using? What browser are you using? Did you run the installer? What ads? Where do you see them? Post a screen shot for anything you have difficulty explaining. Most of the time it is easier if we can see what you see.

Never, as Symbian is now in maintenance mode and will not see any more firmware updates in the future. the big name developers have already moved and focussing their efforts on other platforms.

Looking for new games for iPhone 3Gs

Probably in the wrong section but I've got the latest update for iTunes and since then, when I go to Apps Store and select Games, all I see is nothing but Best Doodle Games and Best Race Car Games. I see nothing about New or Noteworthy any more. Am I missing something or is there a problem here?? Thanks.

I use iTunes 9.1 and I just went to the UK Itunes App Store and selected Games and got it all. Did you try to scroll up to see all the page? I see New and Noteworthy, What's Hot, and What We're Playing above Best Doodle Games and Best Race Car Games.

The availability of apps in the Windows Phone Store depends on the app developers themselves. They're the best teams to ask if they have plans to make their apps available for Lumia WP8, particularly with the Lumia 520.

Buying new games for the ipod Nano 5G

When I looked at the requirement for the games in the iTunes store the overall description said that these games (clickwheel) can be played on the 5th Gen. Nano, but when I look at the requirements for each individual game it says that the games are only compatible with the 3rd and 4th Gen. Nanos. Which is it?

According to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for iPod Click Wheel Games site, under the topics *"What are the requirements?"* and *"Which games are available for iPod?"* the ipod nano 5th generation is not listed.
Post a request for Nano 5th generation games on Apple's Product Feedback site.

It only has 3 games on it. I would like to buy some new games for it & I don't know how. I mean I don't know how to look for games that are made only for this iPod... Because, until now I only found games made for iPhone & iPad...

You cannot buy games for the iPod Classic.

Will games for the iPhone ever be able to play on the iTouch?

I have some games I bought for my old iPod which don't work on my iTouch, but will the new iPhone games ever work on the Touch?

Your old iPod games will not work on the iPod Touch (unless they are ported over by the developer). However, new games for the iPhone/iPod Touch will be available through the App Store, starting next month. You'll need to buy the $10 v2.0 Upgrade for your IPT to access the App Store, and then you can download the games (some will likely be free, some paid, some with a free 'light' version and a paid 'full' version).

Zoo Tycoon game for OS X Mountain Lion?

I have bought a new game for Mac, it's called "Zoo Tycoon". It requests Mac OS X 10.1 or newer systems. In my MacBook Pro, I have the Mountain Lion (10.8.3). Once I downloaded the program from the CD and I try to open it, it tells me that is not possible to open because "PowerPC games are not anymore supported". How can I overcome this? Any ides?

Making Games For iPod Nano's?

Does Anyone Know If They Will Make New Games For The iPod Nano Because That Would Be Big Business. It Seems Like Everybody Wants New Games For Their iPod

THere are text based games you can get for the nano. but there is no graphicss games you can get for your nano. If you want more games you can sell your nano and get the 5th gen ipod and buy games for the larger ipod off of itunes music store BUT these games are NOT for the nano. If you wnat more games did you ever consider the sony psp. THe psp plays games movies and alot more or even the gameboy.

I just bougth a new iPOD classic. One friend that came to USA to Colombia bougth the iPOD and now I want to install some games. But I saw that if I want to buy games I need an account and an address from USA. I don't have that options... how can I get some games for my new iPOD classic.

Um.... yeah I bought my Classic to play music on. I rarely play video games but there were two I had to buy since they were available for the classic, Ms Pacman and Tetris. I also use mine to watch videos that I purchase from iTunes, I have several TV shows seasons.

Under iTunes Media though I do not have folders for Books,iPod Games, Mobile Applications, Movies, TV Shows so I only have Auto Add to iTunes, Music, Downloads and Podcasts - My question here is is this OK.
Next - Library files that you mention are there but do not end .itdb
Next - in the main iTunes folder followingon from Artwork and Media folders there is some other iTunes database stuff like Library Extras, Library Genius, Library and Music Library(xml) all dated 10/02/12 plus MimiPlayer .dll dated 21/02/14 and Set Up Short Cut dated22/03/14
AND there is also a Programme Files folder with a sub folder holding file folders called CD Configuration,iTunes Resources, iTunes Help Resources, iTunes Mini Player Resources and Mozilla Plugins all dated 24/03/14 ( when I downloaded the new iTunes) and then a lot of application extension stuff from 2011
To recap I unistalled the old 32 bit iTunes and installed the new 11.1.5 (64 bit) version over the weekend SO is any of the old stuff listed above required.
Outcome right now is that as previously I can only call up the Downloaded music not Podcats or CD copies.
