New OS browser bug in GWT

You created a bug and I tried to notify you thatit existed in the beta OS 2 but RIM doesn't like to listen to others unless you pay them.
I use RStudio server alows me to access R scripting language over web browser. It worked flawlessly in OS1 however the OS2 browser forces all text to be capitalized. Caps lock or shift or bluetooth keyboard doesn't fix. It is a bug inOS2 browser that didn't exist in OS1. RStudio uses Google Web Toolkit so I'm assuming the issue lies there.
One week I'm showing my buddies my code on my tablet today I tell them avoid blackberry playbook until they fix mine.

so I don't think this is the problem however I think the
problem lies with the code below.
In the spry Detail Region and Effects Sample this works on
both browsers the only difference is i am trying to show the fade
in effect on page load in the demo I have noticed
fadeOutContentThenSetRow('{ds_RowID}'); this is a strange one
because even without the onclick the fade effect shows in Firefox
however doesn't in IE7? maybe I need to somehow include this
statement onload?

How to make Safari browser always open a new web page in a new Safari browser window which was clicked from a PDF document URL

Hi
I have a web application which would enable users to see a list of PDF document on the web page and when the user select the PDF document, it will be open by a adobe PDF view
Within the content of the PDF document, it will contact URL links to some other portal web pages which we would like these other web pages to be open in a new browser window, but our testing shows that the new web pages may not always open in a new browser window.
Could you help to advise how I can enforce that new web pages that are clicked from the PDF document can always be open in a new Safari browser window ?

Hello,
In order to change the default reader for PDF files (to not open PDF files with Firefox's internal PDF reader), follow these steps:
#Go to ''Tools'' > ''Options'' (or ''Firefox'' > ''Options'').
#In the Options window, select the ''Applications'' tab.
#In the ''Search'' field, type ''PDF''. You should find ''Portable Document Format (PDF)''.
#On the right handside you should find an ''Action'' column. Use that to select your favorite PDF reader. In order to view PDF files in Firefox, choose ''Preview in Firefox''.

Can you please try it in a new (temporary) Firefox profile and see if the issue is still present? See [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles this article] to know how to create a new Firefox profile. Please report back the results.

New tab browsing in Safari 6.0

Safari 6.0 let's you show all of the open tabs within the browser window. You can use a two finger pinch or the Show All Tab button (tab tool bar/right hand side). Here is a Youtube video I just made showing the new tab browsing in Safari.

Triple-click the line below to select it:

Hmm that does sound a bit strange - I use a system quite similar to yours (XP, FF 3.6.3), and don't see this behaviour.
I would recommend trying to start Firefox in Firefox [[Safe Mode]] (make sure you close '''all''' running Firefox instances first), and see if this problem persists.
If not, it could be some add-on causing this behaviour - restart Firefox in Safe Mode, disable all add-ons, and enable them one by one to find the guilty one.
If it still happens in Firefox Safe Mode, some other program (or something in Windows itself) most likely is the cause. We may be able to help with this too, so let us know what works and provide as much additional information as possible to let us help you solve this.

By selecting the dropdown list a new empty browser tab is getting opened

When i try to pass the parameters in Bi report, by selecting the dropdown list a popup(new empty browser tab) is getting opened why is this so. Can anyone help me to sort it out.

If you have tabs on top and no menu then the tabs are in a "Windows" area so there is no space to right. If you put tabs back to the bottom you will have most of your old behavior but because of the changes to tabs on top most of the tab context menu stuff all of the context menu part was lost except the customize toolbar stuff, double-clicking on an empty spot was restored, and eventually during the FF 4 beta most of the tab extensions Firefox messed up eventually worked again except in the area to the right of the tabs.
The Windows part of that double-click has to maximize or restore to normal,
and you have to be able to drag the window by it;'s title bar.

Launch new web browser during webGui transaction

Question:
Is there as easy way to launch a new web browser window (IE) during a webGUI transaction (from the ABAP code).
Background:
We have a transaction linked to a simple ABAP report that is launched from a web based non-SAP reporting tool via the ITS (webGUI based). The user would like to click a link (hotspot) in the ABAP report that would launch a new IE window passing a URL and parameters.
What I've already tried:
I tried inserting and running Javascript in the ABAP but the my basic window.open code did nothing. Also noticed that SAPHTML_DEMO1 will work during a webGUI transaction, but would prefer a new window.

Suggestion for new Cover Browser

I'm not sure where to post this suggestion to Apple, but I thought I'd start here. I'm LOVING this new "Cover Browser" view, with the way you can "flip" through CD covers like we used to do with LPs and CDs on our shelves. It's great to be able to decide what to listen to that way, instead of just looking through a text list.
The one thing that would be nice (and is missing) however, would be a way to sort by genre (like we can in the other 2 views), so that we could just flip through the covers of a specific genre (jazz, rock, etc). I suppose you could take it to another level and offer the ability to flip through a single artisit as well, but just the genre would be a great start!
I'm sure there are others out there like me who used to have their LPs and CDs organized by genre!

Thanks! That works ... I've should have noticed that. I still think they could improve the way you select the genre you want to flip through in this view. For example, if you want to go directly to Jazz, you have to scroll down the list, past (in my collection) a lot of other music before I get to the beginning of jazz.
It's just a "usability" issue that I think they could improve in this new view, but I'm still really happy with this new feature.... a great new way for me to waste lots of time

I have a Logo that I have hyperlinked to a webpage. I need to have it open up a new Browser Window instead of changing the page the Logo with Hyperlink is on.
Any tips on how I can make a Logo with a hyperlink open up a new web browser?

I just downloaded Acrobat XI and do not have this orange Hyperlink button. The only hyperlink tool I can find is the Add or Edit Link button. I am a teacher for an online school who is creating PPT presentations that I convert to PDFs, and upload them for my students. When my students open the instructional PDF and then click on a link, it takes them away from the PDF instead of opening a new browser window. They are very limited computer users, and I need a way to make this work! I've already tried putting in the target=blank code and haven't gotten that to work either. Can you offer any help?

How to uninstall Flipora. It's a new web browser . Have a compatibility problem with Safari.

After an invitation via email to install Flipora (a new web browser), eveytime I click eg a website link sent via an email, Flipora will automatically switch me to Google search engine. Prior installing i have no problem .

I have tested no problem if i open me gmail using Windown OS on the same Macbook. Suspect incompatible.

Error message installing Itunes and new Safari browser

Hi! I can't seem to download the newest version of ITunes. I've had it forever with no problems. I get error message 2738. I got the same error when I tried to download the new Safari Browser for Windows. I also got it when trying to uninstall Quicktime. I think that Vista is not cooperating with Apple. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas?

a big mistake i did upgrading my phone to the new frimware , i thought it will solve the problem of lights keep on while you are in a call , but the new frimware didnt solve the problem , moreorless new package of bugs

and if there is no anything to view in ALL ( no pictures ) you get a crack by just pushing options when you are in ALL
never suffered that before upgrade , and guess what you can't downgrade

have you tried taking your phone battery out for 10 minutes then replacing it? if this does not work, then you may have to perform a hard reset (this is generally recommended after updating to a newer firmware version), to give the phone a clean slate to work with. however, try a soft reset (*#7370# or *#7780#) before the hard reset, to see if this works. remember to backup all your phone memory data first before doing so, to your memory card and/or Nokia PC Suite as a backup file (.nbu). let us know how it goes.

Adobe flash player plugin binary file crashes everytime i launch to install on new laptop+browser

installed latest version on FF on new Asus X200MA. YouTube plays fine in browser, but a number of websites - wired.com - for one keep showing the brick prompting to download adobe flash player plugin. following instructions from adobe both auto and manual install. every time the downloaded binary, or the larger .exe file are launched it freezes and does not respond.
