Hi team,
I have created a new price list and linked that in BP master date for one BP, when I am doing sales order or AR invoice system still not picking the new price list price which I have linked to this BP. what is the reason? where I have to link this new price list?
If I want all BPs to be affected by this new price list for AR invoice where I have to fix this?
Thanks for your assistance always.

Hi,
Check this:
Item prices in sales and purchasing documents are automatically taken from the price list selected in this field. Therefore, when you link a certain price list to a business partner, make sure that the item prices are defined in this price list. Otherwise, no price is displayed for the item in documents related to the business partner.
Thanks & Regards,

  • Creating New Price List

    Hello -
I am trying to create a new price list.  I exported an existing one, modified in excel and am now using DTW to import back in.  However, when I do this, it does not go past the first Item b/c I get an error msg saying that the Item already exists.
When I use DTW I am just updating a record, not creating a new one so, of course, the Item should exist.  I am just creating a new price list.  Price List #5, Line Number 4.  Advise on why this is not working?
    Thanks,
    Mike

  • Attach a New Price list with already booked Orders.

    hi...
I want to attach a new price list with already booked orders.
    How it can be done??
    please help...
    Sunita Behl

Assuming that your order is just booked and not part-shipped etc., the simplest method is to use the mass change feature from the classic Order Organizer to do this as I don't think changing at Order Header level will trigger a cascaded change to the lines (not in 11.5 anyway, you don't mention what release you're on).
Select the order lines you want to change (presumably all) and assign the new price list name + Calculate Price flag = 'Yes' + new pricing date if appropriate. After this has completed, it's a good idea to change at header level too otherwise any new lines added to your order will still default to the older price list.
Finally, if you've already acknowledged the order, you might also want to re-acknowledge with the price change.

  • 0 manual price on price list not synched to webtools

    Hi,
Within some of our b1 price lists we have some item prices set to 0, i.e. the items are free of charge. However, these 0 value records are not synched into the webtools database, resulting in customers assigned to these price lists actually picking up the base price list price and getting charged. I have a number of upset customers as a result of this.
I think I have worked around this by changing these 0 priced items to 0.01 in b1, performing a synch, and then updating the value in webtools of all 0.01 items to 0, and then changing the values back to 0 in B1.
Obviously I am concerned that this could revert back at anytime.
So, to summarise, 0 value item prices are not synched to webtools.
    Martin.

Sorry Bryce that is not at all practical for us.
We have in excess of 5000 customers setup across a number of price lists.
We do not use special pricing at all, partly because we changed our entire discount structure previously so that Webtools would work. We discontinued special pricing, BP level discounts, and sales group discounts as Webtools at the time did not support these. We changed to apply discounts via child price lists.
This was a real pain, but did in fact help to clean up the visibility of who gets what discounts. We do not wish to complicate matters again by reverting to special pricing, especially in relation to this number of Business Partners we have to manage, it would not be feasible.
We cannot change the base price list price to u20AC0 either, as this would result in many of our customers who are assigned to the base price list also getting free postage. Really webtools should just synch over u20AC0 manually entered prices. Certainly I would hope to see this in a patch very soon.
    Thanks.
    Martin.

  • How do you delete the name of a new reminder list, not the list items themselves

If you create a new reminder list, you can give the list a name.  When all of the items on the list are completed or deleted, how do you them remove the name of the reminder list?

Thank you, but I guess the recommendations aren't quite good enough! I don't know if anything in this troubleshooting support article will help. But there is a section in it for iOS devices. It doesn't specifically talk about deleting reminder names, but perhaps if you try refreshing the reminders as described, that might eliminate this problem
    Here is the support article.

There is one other thing that might work and that is to reset all settings on your iPad. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. You won't lose any data, but it does take a while to get all of your device settings back to where they were since this will return all of the device settings back to their out of the box condition ..default wallpaper, brightness, Siri, Privacy, Location Servces and so on.

  • Changes in SAP b1 price list is not reflecting in webtools

    Hi,
I have 5 price list in SAP B1 and it is synchronized with web tools so i am able to generate sales orders for a customer with same price whether from B1 or web tools. Now I have defined 5 new price list in B1 and changed default pricelist  on customer card in SAP B1 and synchronized. While generating Sales order from webtools I am still getting the old price list. Any reason for this?

Are you logged into the commerce site as someone from that Business Partner?
You might have a force an update of that BP to Web tools, by simply changing some data then changing it back. Sometimes changing the pricelist on the BP doesnt trigger the synch to notice that data has changed, and it therefore is not queued to be synched.
So on the BP Master Data, you can add a space onto the end of the name, and then immediately delete it, thereby causing the "OK" button to change to "Update". This will force the BP record into the queue to be synch'd and the next time the synch runs it will synch that BP, including it's new pricelist assignment.
Also, just to double check that the items whose pricing you are testing do actually have special prices on that pricelist. Sounds obvious I know, but with so many items it can be an easy detail to miss.

  • Price list based on item group

It would be great to have possibility to set up price lists with different factors based on item groups. Now it can be achieved by setting Period and Volume Discounts. But it doesn't allow to display correct price in Item Master Data or setup rounding.

    Hi,
If I understand you correctly, here is the answer:
    1. An option of create new price list based on Item Cost. YES
    2. Have the ITEM COST as price list. (for AVG and STANDARD items valuation). Not sure what you exact mean. Probably not.
    3. For items with valuation FIFO, can consider other price list only for this items, that include the information over FIFO layer.  Probably not.

  • Sales order: price condition not working when i change the sold to party

    Hi guys,
I've a strange problem by making the following steps:
    1. Create a sales order:
By VA01 i create an order by filling the SOLD TO and one material - all OK. The price is calculated correctly.
    2. Change SOLD TO:
I change the sold to by filling another payer that has a different price list (PLTYP) - the price is not re-calculated
If i change with another payer with the same price list everything is ok.
Can you tell me what could be the problem?
    Many thanks

Did you actually change the sold-to party though or just the payer?  The sold-to party's price list type controls the price list type value copied into the order header.  Even if the payer has a different value, it's not copied to the order header.  You can see this behavior in FV45KFKD_VBKD_FUELLEN.  If you switch sold-to's then you should get a pop-up that new pricing was carried out; you should also see your new price list type value in the order header and you can use the 'analysis' function at the item level to verify that the correct price was used.

  • Message 3506-9 Price List Error - Please Help

Thank you in advance for your help - here is my question:
I am attempt to make a new price list using the following under Modules:
Inventory --> Price Lists --> Price Lists
When on the Price Lists Form, I right click on the last row and click on "Add Row".  I then add my new price list name, my Base Price List (same as the price list name), my factor (1), and my Rounding Method (no Rounding).  I am also using the "Update Entire Price List" option so I go ahead and click on "Update".
Unfortunately, the next screen I receive is labeled as "Price Lists" and shows an error message as follows:
"Variation between number of price lists and number of price lists for items [Message 3506-9]"
I have checked the number of Distinct Price Lists in ITM1 and there are four. My current number of Price Lists in OPLN is four.  I do not understand what is causing this message and why it is preventing me from adding another price list.  Thank you for your advice on what this message means and if there are any solutions.
Here is my SAP version information:
    SAP Business One 2007 A (8.00.177) SP:00 PL:38

    Hi Jeff Olmstead,
We have investigated on the issue.
This error message is related to price lists. Have you recently imported
price lists or items into Business One?
The problem is that the number of records in OITM does not match the
number of records in ITM1. For every record in OITM
there must be records in ITM1 according the number of price list in B1
E.G. if I have 20 items and 10 price list I should have 200 records in
ITM1. This situation can happen during import data from external
application and not directly from B1.
Please run the following queries to locate the problem:
This will give you the number of items in your system:
    SELECT Count(T0.ItemCode) FROM OITM T0
This will give you the number of price list in your system:
SELECT Count (T0.ListNum) FROM OPLN T0
Multiply the result of the two queries.
This should match with the result of the following query:
    SELECT Count(T0.ItemCode) FROM ITM1 T0
If this does not match this means that not all items are linked to all
price lists, which in turn will not allow you to create or update
    an existing price list.
There are 3 diffarent scenarios that can caouse this problem -
    1. Items exist in OITM and does not Exist in ITM1:
To locate these items please execute the following query to find the
    items that are not linked.
           SELECT T0.ItemCode as 'OITM', T1.ItemCode as 'ITM1'
           FROM OITM T0
           LEFT OUTER JOIN ITM1 T1 ON T0.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode
           WHERE T1.ItemCode is NULL
If you enter a price into the master data the link will be created. You
can also enter the price in the pricelist.
    2. Items exist in ITM1 and does not Exist in OITM:
To locate these items please execute the following query to find the
    items that are not linked.
           SELECT T1.ItemCode as 'OITM',  T0.ItemCode as 'ITM1'
           FROM ITM1 T0
           Left JOIN OITM T1 ON T0.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode
           Where T1.ItemCode is NULL
    3. Items do not Exist in in all price lists (Records are missing in
    ITM1):
To locate these items please execute the following query to find the
items and price lists missing from ITM1.
          select itm1.itemcode,
               itm1.pricelist,
               a.listnum,
               a.itemcode,
               oitm.createdate
          from   itm1 right join
(select itemcode, listnum from oitm, opln) as a
               on itm1.itemcode+ convert(nvarchar, itm1.pricelist) =
    a.itemcode+ convert(nvarchar, a.listnum )
               inner join oitm on a.itemcode  = oitm.itemcode
                 where  itm1.itemcode is null
                 order by 5,1, 4,3
If the query retrieves any results, please contact your Support Center.
    Hope this helps.

  • Price List and Last Purchase Price.

When a Price List based on the Last Purchase Price is created, we have found that a set of problems arise in companies using u201CGoods Receipt POu201D.
    EXAMPLE:
Every article received from their suppliers are enclosed with a GOODS RECEIPT.
After 20 days, the supplier issue an invoice including all the Goods Receipts provided during the corresponding month.
Recall that the company has a List Price based on the Last Purchase price.
But, since the Goods Receipt do not update the Last Purchase Price, all new articles in the database, are kept without a Selling Price, and the old articles are not subject to an updated Selling Price.  I enclose a draft to show this behavior.
You may note that SAP HELP explains:
1.In addition, two price lists are automatically created and calculated by the system:
        - Last purchase price list u2013 the price list is automatically updated when an item enters the stock with its entering price.
        - Last evaluated price list u2013 the price list is automatically updated after you run the Inventory Valuation report.
    But this does not happen.
Selling Prices are only updated when the corresponding invoice is entered, but this happen too late, since the invoice issued 20 days after by the supplier.
In other words, it does not work properly for the company.   The example shows:
    1 Goods Receipt PO
2 Item master data with Price calculated alter Goods Receipt processing
3 base Price driven to zero.
If Goods Receipts do not update the last Purchase, is not easy to understand why a Selling Price can be based in the Las Purchase Price.
Our customer and me, think that there is a programming error.
Otherwise, the system behavior has not be properly explained to SAP users.
The described facts happen with SAP 2007A PL 49, and SAP 8 PL 5, both versions properly tested
That we need:  That Goods Receipt update the last purchase Price and Price List could be constructed don Item bases cost.

    Hi Dana,
I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but, you can create a new price list which is based on the "Last Purchase Price" and set as a factor of 1.65. I'm not sure if the "Last Purchase Price" updates from the Goods Receipt or the PO though?
Does this sound like it might solve your problem?

  • Intercompany and Key Mapping Price List

    Hi expert,
I have the Intercompany Add-ON version 2.0.8.30 installed on a SAP Business One 9.0 PL15 for 4 localization:
    Head Office (H000): IT
    Branch 001 (B001): FR
    Branch 002 (B002): DE
    Branch 003 (B003): CH
    This is the scenario:
I started two weeks ago without Key Mapping the Price List because the first choice was that to use different price lists for each country.
Now, I need to replicate the H000 price lists in new created rice List in each brench.
We created new Price lists named "ZZ IT 01", "ZZ IT 02" and so on and we Key Mapped them.
Here the screenshot for Key Mapping:
    Problem is that:
    NO REPLICATION APPENS!
The Mapping was created 1 week ago but NO syncronization appened...
So, the question is: How I can syncronize the Price Lists?
    thanks in advance,
    Jonny Cortonicchi

    Hi ,
In ABAP API also you can retrieve key mapping of main table records using function 'MDM_API_RETR_CLIENT_SYS_KEYS'.
You will get details of this function in sap library or ABAP API documentation provided by SAP.
For any further queries kindly reply.

  • Item + Lotwise Price List Changes

    Hi All,
We are Manufacturing Unit of Lubricants (FMCG). We have OPM manufacturing and each batch have different cost. so price list is defined for each batch based on cost. if the cost vary then new price list will be created or continue to have same price list until any changes in cost. Each batch stock will be stored under lot which is same as batch number. So each lot is having price list and stock is maintaining in each price list. At the time of creating sales order we book it in New price list and Shipment may happen in another 3 or few days. During shipment only we will check for stock and allocate the stock based on FIFO, if we have old stock then we will allocate that lot and change price corresponding to that lot and bill it in that price list otherwise we will bill it in same price.
Eg: Item A is manufactured and having stock in different batch with different price list
    Batch 1 - 10 Qty - Lot 1 - Price -110
    Batch 2 - 5 Qty - Lot 2 - Price - 100
    Batch 3 - 10 Qty - Lot 3 - Price - 120
    We book order for 22 Qty at Price 120 - total value is 22 * 120 = 2640
    During shipment we allocate stock from Lot 1 - 10 qty + Lot 2 - 5 qty + Lot 3 - 7 qty
So based on allocation we need to update sales order line price as 10 *110+ 5*100 + 7*120 =1100+500+840 = 2440.
during shipment based on allocation we need to change price in sales order line with split up. How to achieve this scenario in oracle
    Thanks in advance

There's a standard workflow to reprice the order upon shipment.. Like "Line Flow-Generic", there's another workflow with "line flow-Generic, with Repricing at fulfillment". That should resolve the issue if you associate this workflow to your order type.
    Thanks
    Gopi
