New subscriptions not updating/active

I bought two subscriptions today. I got 2 emails confirming that both these subscriptions got delivered and my Purchase History also confirms this.
None of the new subscriptions are listed under Subscriptions in my skype app on my phone.
I also cant phone any landlines or mobile numbers. What is happening here? What information do you need from me to resolve this?
Please help urgently.

The title given in the Store is slightly different. Episode 47 has not yet appeared in the Store. It's not unusual for it to take a couple of days for a new episode to appear in the Store, sometimes more - it's been 4 days here and that's slightly longer than usual, but it's not uncommon. It will probably update soon. You don't have to re-sumbit as such - indeed you can't - just upload new episodes as required and wait. Subscribers will see the new episode immediately.

I assume the server works equally well with or without the www.

    To check the order number and status of an order:
    Sign in to your account.
    In the Account details section, click Billing & payments > Purchase history.
    All of your orders are listed, and the right column shows the status of each order.
    The following table explains some of the order statuses you might see:
    Pending
    Created
    Delivered
    Cancelled
    Reversed
    Refused
    Status Description
    Pending
    This usually means your payment has been submitted and is currently being processed. For bank transfer payments, pending status means that the order has been created but payment has not yet been matched to it. When payment is accepted, the status will change to Delivered and your Skype account will be credited.
    Credit card is the quickest way to pay and usually takes 15 minutes (but sometimes up to 24 hours) to process. The status will change to Delivered when payment is accepted, or Cancelled if payment is unsuccessful.
    Bank Transfer payments can remain pending for 7-10 business days before crediting your Skype account.
    If you paid through Skrill (Moneybookers), the order status remains pending until we have received your payment. Skrill may ask you for further verification and your order will remain pending until they receive all the necessary documentation. Your order status can remain pending up to a maximum of 14 days. After that, if no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled.
    If you paid via PayPal using an eCheck or Internet Transfer, your order can remain pending for several days.
    If you paid via PayPal and the funding source for the PayPal account is a credit card, if the order status is still pending after 24 hours, please contact Skype Customer Service. 
    Created
    This usually means that your order hasn’t been finished yet. You have most likely initiated your purchase using a selected payment method but haven’t continued. Therefore, your order had been stopped before your payment actually reached the payment service provider.
    Delivered
    Payment has been accepted and the order has been credited to your account. You can start using your Skype Credit (or other Skype purchase) right away.
    Cancelled
    If your payment is cancelled, it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
    You have entered an invalid CVC (or other credit card validation code).
    You have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts.
    You have reached your monthly purchasing limit.
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another credit card, or use a different payment method such as PayPal or Skrill. If you have reached your monthly purchasing limit, this limit is reset on the 1st of each month so you will be able to make your purchase then. 
    Reversed
    Skype has very strict anti-fraud measures in place to protect our customers. If your order is reversed, the most likely reasons are that it has been flagged as fraudulent (or potentially fraudulent), or that Skype has refunded your purchase 1-4 days after the purchase was made.
    If you paid by PayPal, the money is sent back to your PayPal account and no Skype Credit is added to your Skype account. It can take 5-7 business days for the money from the reversed order to appear back in your PayPal account.
    If you paid by credit card, no funds have left your bank account so there is no money to return. Your order is effectively cancelled. 
    Refused
    If your order is refused, it means that most likely the payment was rejected by our payment provider, not by Skype. This can occur for a number of reasons, including:
    Insufficient funds on your card or in your bank account to complete the transaction
    Using an anonymous proxy to access the internet
    Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode failure
    Purchasing from, or using a credit card issued in, a restricted country
    Other unknown issues with your credit card details
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another payment method to purchase Skype Credit.
    It’s also possible that your payment has been refused by Skype because you have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts. If this is the case, you can try using another credit card, use one of your other Skype accounts, or try a different payment method.

    We accidentally broke this, but it should be fixed shortly. You should not need to take any action... it will recover on its own within a day or so.
    If you want to fix it yourself, you can edit the feed location to one that works. Right-click "Latest Headlines" and hit Properties. The Feed Location should be of the form:
    http://fxfeeds.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/headlines.xml
    (replace your locale... en-GB, es-ES, and so on)

  • New Ipod not updating or been seen by Itunes

    Yesterday I bought a new black Ipod Nano to replace the one that got broken in a freak accident. I plugged in the new Nano into my PC, go the popup stating the software on the Ipod needed to be updated. So I went ahead and ran the Ipod Updater. Then distear struck. During the update process, my PC got restarted. My Ipod got rebooted during this time. Now it will not Update/Restore or even be seen by Itunes. It shows up as a drive under Explorer (E:). While it is plugged in the PC's USB port, it displayes the "Do Not Disconnect" icon, however no updates are happeing. When it is not plugged in, I can access the menu on the Ipod. I have went through all of the "Five Rs", AND when that did not help; followed the directions in the article "Ipod shows up in Windows but not in iTunes" http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93716 but nothing has changed. After uninstalling Quicktime/iTunes/iPod Updater, restarting my PC, clearing TEMP folders, restarting my PC again, then reinstalling the latest Quicktime/iTunes/iPod Updater, then restarting my PC again (getting bit tedious with all the restarts), I still cannot update my iPod Nano or transfer music to it. HELP! Right now my Nano is just a brand new 270 Euro paperweight.

    Since you was in the middle of updating when the PC rebooted, your iPod software is corrupt, even tho this artical talks about seeing the apple logo and the iPod not turning on, it covers damaged iPod software which you have to have cuz the update never completed before your PC rebooted

  • ICloud gmail calendar subscriptions not updating

    I have subscribed via iCloud to some gmail calendars that are not updating on our iPhones. They update in Calendar on the mac just fine, but not on the phones.
    Since the family shares an iCloud account, I have subscribed to the calender in my iCloud account. Then as I understand it, it (should) update on all the devices that are signed into that account.  The calendar does show up, and the first time I look at it (for instance, if I unsubscribe then re-subscribe) it's correct. It's just that the updates aren't flowing.
    The steps are:
    1. in a browser, go to gmail, log in to the account and update the calendar. Add, delete modify events.
    2. On the mac, see the changes show up in Calendar to the Subscribed calender
    3. On the phone, none of the changes show up.
    What's odd is that on the iPad, the changes DO show up. It's just on the iPhones. Any ideas?

    On your phone go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendar>Default Calendar.  Here, make sure you have selected a calendar listed under your iCloud account as your default.  If you haven't, make this change, then enter a new event on your phone and see if it syncs now.
    If your default calendar is correct and it still won't sync, enter any events on your phone that are not already in your iCloud calendar to your iCloud calendar so it is up to date.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, turn Calendars to Off, when prompted choose Delete from My iPhone.  After a minute or so, turn Calendars back to On to sync back your iCloud calendars.  Then try entering a new event on your phone and see if it syncs now.

  • Podcast channel is okay BUT subscription not updating

    Hi, I've looked into other discussions about podcast problems, but I haven't seen one like mine. HELP!
    We've received subscriber reports that their subscription stoped receiving updates.
    But the channel is (sort of) okay. Late for about a week, though.
    But when I unsubcribed to the podcast then subscribed again, it says Zero Podcasts!

However the Store page hasn't updated since 28 April so people using iOS (which works from the Store page) won't see the latest episodes yet. The episodes which have not updated are for 4, 5 and 6 May so it's probably a question of the Store being a little slower than usual to update. They should appear soon.
    You have several episodes posted on the same day; this can be problematic because subscribers may only automatically get the latest on the particular day. It's better to keep it to one a day if you can.

  • New nano not updating play counts - any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I purchased a new nano (7G) yesterday. When I play music (and plug it back into my computer) the play count / last played does not update on my computer. I've tried restoring and turning sync on and off again (I use manual update) to no avail.
    I didn't have this issue with my old iPod, so it shouldn't be a problem with iTunes. The play count does go up according to the nano's display, but it doesn't transfer to my computer's play counts. I also tried an old suggestion of playing a podcast for 30 seconds before plugging it, but that didn't work either.
    Using 10.6.8, and iTunes 10.7. I hope I'm just missing something simple. Thanks!

    I found this about what I think is the same problem I had, although mine was with my iphone but think it could be useful. I think my issue was that i had put my girlfriends phone on first so when i put mine on, it prioritised the original one. Not sure anyway, but sounds similar and for now it has been fixed.
    Right Click on your iphones name and click sync one more time, when this is done, click on your music folder under your iphones name you will get this message "You have changed the settings for the iPhone “dermott o'donnell’s iPhone”. Would you like to apply these changes?" click apply 
    and the play count should be updated, my music is managed manually as well

  • CUA-new profile not update.

    Hi Guys,
    In CUA system I ran a report 'pfcg_time_dependency". This program deleted invalid profile for all users.
    Later on while analysing I found that new profile not reflected for all users except few users.
    Why not reflected this profile. Because there are almost 10,000 users in the CUA system.
    Please throw some light on this.

    You may do the user master compare or run pfud (pfcg_time*) but it mainly depends on the Idoc status from scul. Also perform a text comparison for the roles but best is to see the scul idoc status.

  • Blackberry news app not updating

    After the last recent update, the BB news app won't update. I have the latest software and would like to know what can be done to have the news update again. Other people i know have the same problem.

    That news app is not supported any longer.   It was published at the time, but sorry don't have a link now.

    My Sype subscription minutes has not been updated since payment was taken on October 27 2011 although confirmation email rec'd stating that it has. Order number 542881515

    Your subscription minutes reset today at around 22:30 GMT time (at the time you initially purchased the subscription), the recurring payment is taken 3 days before the minutes reset.

  • New subscription not working

    I made a subscripton to a Swedish number and payment was taken from my credit card. However, this new subscrption is still not listes under my account  and the number is not working. The subscription was made and on June 20th I need to contact Skype be emmail or phone about this issue, but I can not find any contact information.  

    You have purchased Unlimited US&Canada, but it doesn't include SMS. It is true that in order to verify your mobile number as caller ID you would need Skype Credit to pay for SMS verification messages.
    There is also minimum amount that you can add to your account.
    You can use rest of the credits to call countries that are not covered by your subscription, send SMS messages or even pay for your US&Canada subscription next month.

    The list of current news...latest headlines has not changed in the last 3-4 days. at the top of the headlines list is a muted message that says "live bookmark feed failed to load" This problem coincides with my updating to firefox 7.0.1. Is there a suggestion for a resolution? thanks Regie

  • Templates for New Pages Not Updating

    I am a site admin with 7 Contributors accessing my site via
    Contribute 3. I have created templates for them to use to create
    their new pages. These templates allow them to only edit text; they
    cannot update styles or layout in any way. I have noticed that,
    whenever I make updates to my templates and resave them out onto
    the server, some of my Contributors will pick up the new template
    and some will not. Is there any way to force them to pull the new
    templates? I have asked them to all Refresh Templates before they
    create new ones....they tell me that they have, but they are still
    pulling the old template. This causes an issue because, if they
    pull the old template, I have to open their page in Dreamweaver and
    update the template. Doing this on 30+ pages each month gets quite
    tiring and almost defeats the purpose of Contribute for me. Any
    suggestions on this issue are much appreciated!

    Perhaps - and this is just a guess - the template references
    in the pages have got messed up. Something I've noticed is that
    template names with spaces in them get messed up by Contribute. At
    the top of each web page based on a template is the <!--
    InstanceBegin template=".....dwt" --> tag. If the template name
    in there contains spaces it will sometimes get URL-encoded, i.e.
    spaces become %20, and then Dreamweaver no longer recognizes the
    template name as matching the one you're editing. Best practice
    seems to be a an all character template file name.

    I am now trying to create some more, however these are not being included in the standard generation tables and therefore cannot be correctly syntax checked or activated
