No acceptable type column

I have in oracle a function:

in NetBeans IDE I run the code:

but the line:
cs.registerOutParameter(1, Types.BOOLEAN);
throws a SQLException withe the message in greek:
Μη αποδεκτός τύπος στήλης (in english is something like this: no acceptable type column)

The Oracle JDBC driver does not support the PL/SQL BOOLEAN data type. One option is to use JPublisher to generate a wrapper procedure that replaces BOOLEAN with INTEGER. You would then invoke the wrapper. The wrapper will invoke your original procedure transforming the BOOLEAN return value into an equivalent INTEGER (0 for false, 1 for true).
