No such Parameter names Org_id

After choosing any responsiblity in Oracle Apps, I am getting error message FRM 47021: No Such Parameter named Org_Id defined in Parameter list DEFAULT. The same error continues for ORG_CODE and ORG_NAME. After these error messages, the application closes.
This is in 10.7.
Pl. let me know how to solve this.

Hi,
1. Is this issue specific to any missing configuration setup(Functional)?If the issue with NLS languages only then most probably it is not a setup issue.
2. Needs additional/alternate Patch?Cannot tell until you go through the doc referenced below -- Have you applied all NLS patches mentioned in your post in addition to the English ones?
3. Is it NLS specific? Do I need to apply any NLS Patch?Please see (Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches [ID 252422.1]) to find out if you have any missing NLS patches that need to be applied.

Hi,
After upgrade form to Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production), I have come cross this following error when I try to run the from my form from developer in Windows through OC4J:
"FRM-47023: No such parameter named REPORTSSERVER exists in form MY_FORM"
The form works fine before upgrade. I did Google the message but I have not been able to find the solution for this problem. Some of my application forms work fine but many of the forms have the above error message when I started to run then from form builder.
Could you help me to resolve this problem? Your help is very much appreciated!

Hi,
What is the URL you are using for running the form? Check if it contains a parameter REPORTSSERVER (i.e if the url contains something like http://.....?otherparams=REPORTSSERVER=..).
Or, if you are getting this error while doing a call/open/new_form, then check if the MY_FORM contains the parameter named REPORTSSERVER (by opening it in the forms builder, check the Parameters node). If it does not contain, create a parameter with the name REPORTSSERVER, compile the form and run it.

My session bean has explicit parameter names such as:
public void createCustomer(String name, String address, String telephoneNumber);
But inside web-services.xml for his operation, 'servicegen' generates parameters
name 'string, string0, string1'. Composing the xml becomes a tedious job!
Is there a way to have this file generated automatically but with the original
parameter names?

fixed or being fixed in the next wls 7 service pack.

Hi,
There is NO such profile parameter exists to control the character length of User Name.
You can change the character length of this field in the following way ONLY.
Go to TCode: SE11 and Change the character length of the field " BNAME " (Data Element: XUBNAME) in the USR* tables. Basically you need to change the Data element character length from default 12 to your desired value.
But the main heads up is that you need a Developer Access key, as this is "Modifiation" and Not customization.

Form Parameter Name

Hi!
I created a custom form, for the Batch element entry function to restrict the screen by element set. What is the Form Parameter name that I should use
in order to attach this custom form to the Batch Element Entry Function. I tried using CUSTOM_FORM_NAME = " XX BATCH EE" which is the custom form
that I created with a restriction by element set.
When I tried to open the said function in my menu, an error occured saying there is no query exist for the form name.
Is there also such documentation listing all the Form Parameters that are available?

The parameter name that you need to use is HR_CUSTOMIZATION="<Customized Version Name>". So assuming XX BATCH EE is the Name field in the Customized version section of the Form Customization form, your Function parameter should be:
HR_CUSTOMIZATION="XX BATCH EE"

Unknown parameter name 'ENCRYPTION'

Hi All,
I've made a dmp file using expdp for a table containing encrypted coulums.
But when I tried to use ENCRYPTION parameter to enable encryption of data in dump file sets the command pormpt gives this error:

but i don't want to show all the fields that their names start with ROLE in my search option so I unChecked the attribute queryalbe

I'm getting the following error whicle executing my soap scenaraio.
"Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: SOAP: response message contains an error XIAdapter/PARSING/ADAPTER.SOAP_EXCEPTION - soap fault: Server was unable to process request. ---> Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s"
Its IDOC to SOAP scenario.
can some one tell me what might be missing. its not anything to with the data, as we tried extracting the output message from moni and using in the application and it works. we also tried sending a blank idoc and the error is same. so, conclusion is the parameter is not any data in the message but something to do with the soap message setting.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Frm-47023 no such parameter named query_only exist

Hi Everyone,
I am creating a simple form, I just put a textbox on the canvas throug layout editor.
and run the form,it gives the error frm-47023:no such parameter QUERY_ONLY exists in form moudle1.
I click the ok button of alert box , it gives - frm-47023: no such parameter named QUIET exists in form module1.
I am facing this type of error recently, it was working very well earlier. I am not creating any parameter in this form.
Yes if I create a dummy parameter namely query_only, quiet, it works fine.
Initially I thought there may be virus issue, but I formatted my machine. I still get the same error.

Thanks a lot Herbert for your prompt reply. I am using oracle forms 6i (6.0.8.8.0 Production).In preference - runtime, quiet mode and query only mode is not checked.
array processing,optimize sql processing,optimize transaction mode processing is checked, other options are unchecked.
Still I could not figure out what the problem is .

FRM-47023: NO SUCH PARAMETER NAMED SESSIONID EXISTS

I'm getting FRM-47023: NO SUCH PARAMETER NAMED SESSIONID EXISTS while doing OM Superuser > Enter Orders. This issue is specific when we login to EBS in Dutch and does not appear in English! Language specifi error - FRM-47023: parameter met de naam SESSIONID bestaat niet in formulier OEXOEORD
I've gone through the below notes and applied the Patch 8937577 as per the note *9355687*: SALES ORDER FORM CREATES FRM-47023 ERROR [ID 1062982.1]. But, that did not resolve the issue.
I've found another note: Enter Oders-OEXOEORD-FRM-47023: NO SUCH PARAMETER NAMED SESSIONID EXISTS [ID *1078022.1*], which insists on applying AR translation of <<*8310984:R12.ONT.A*>> to sync the form version.
But, I could not apply this patch(8310984:R12.ONT.A) as my code level is at R12.B. and for that I applied Patch *9544144_R12.ONT.B*. But the issue is not resolved.
Can someone let me know,
1. Is this issue specific to any missing configuration setup(Functional)?
2. Needs additional/alternate Patch?
3. Is it NLS specific? Do I need to apply any NLS Patch?

2. Needs additional/alternate Patch?Cannot tell until you go through the doc referenced below -- Have you applied all NLS patches mentioned in your post in addition to the English ones?
3. Is it NLS specific? Do I need to apply any NLS Patch?Please see (Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches [ID 252422.1]) to find out if you have any missing NLS patches that need to be applied.

I am getting this error "FRM-47023 No Such parameter named G_QUERY_FIND exists in form APXINWKB" when I am opening Invoice Form.
I tried a fix from Doc # 159023.1 but it didn't worked.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Have you applied any Payables patch recently that delivers a new version of the Invoice Workbench (APINWKB) form ? If yes, please check that you've applied all the post-reqs correctly. The problem you're hitting is most likely a faulty form delivered by some patch - which could potentially require yet another patch to fix the bug.

I have a form PARAMETER_PASSING with a command button
On the button pressed trigger i have the following code

Now I have another form PARAMETER_RECEIVING on which WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
i have written the following code

     parList ParamList:= Get_Parameter_List('parList');
     retValue VARCHAR2(15);
     parameterType NUMBER;
BEGIN
     parameterType:=TEXT_PARAMETER;
     GET_PARAMETER_ATTR(parList, 'par1',parameterType,retValue);
     :block4.text_item5:=retValue;
     message(retValue);
END;
Now when I am running PARAMETER_PASSING form I encounter the following message
FRM-47023: No such parameter named PAR1 exists in form PARAMETER_RECEIVING.
I will appreciate any assistance in this regard

In the form PARAMETER_RECEIVING you must create a parameter "par1" at design time.

How to run a webdynpro multiple times by passing different parameters each time and save webpages with parameter name?

I am a BW consultant and new to webdynpro. Not sure how to run RSO_METADATA_REPOSITORY multiple times and by passing different parameter values each time(either taken from an a standard BW table or user provided - anything is fine) and build web pages with parameter name. Need help with direction on where to start.
Let me step back and explain my requirement:
In BW we have an object called transformation.
One way of generating documentation for transformation is highlight transformation and press F1. Then its documentation will be opened as a local web page.
I need these web pages for all transformations. This is my requirment.
I came to know that RSO_METADATA_REPOSITORY is beeing used to generate this web page.
The web link is something like below:
http://ubw05.xxx.com:8005/SAP/BW/DOC/METADATA/?page=BW_O_D&SystemID=BWPCLNT100&ClassID=TRFN&ID=0KHR6J65AIIUTCJZEC093K6XDFV909PB&objectVersion=A&sap-language=EN&sap-client=100
When i run this link seperately(not by selecting transformation and pressing F1) i need to enter login credentials to BW system.
My challenges is how do i pass login credentials and multiple transformation IDs to generate multipe web pages with each page named by transformation ID?
WHere to start? First of all is RSO_METADATA_REPOSITORY Webdynpro JAVA or webdynpro ABAP or can i use anything?
Since it is beeing opened as local webpages i assume it is webdynpro JAVa is that correct?
