NoLogonDataAvailableException in User Mapping?

Question

Hi,
I am storing a user id and password in the "User Mapping" for a system on the portal, by clicking on the "Personalize" link.
Now I want to retrieve these values in code.
But I am getting the error "NoLogonDataAvailableException".
Can anyone tell me what this indicates, and how to fix it?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you are using user mapping in EP6 then you could use the following line of code to retrieve the information
HashMap userMapping = ((IUser)request.getUser().getUser()).getRawUserMappingData("<System Alias>")
