Non web Resources having classes and lib folders

we have Portal INF folder -> having classes and lib folder and these folders are again repeated in the private folder .
can any one please tell me if jsp under pagelet is not avaialbe via http request directly , in that case how can we access that page via url .

Yes Tomcat should pick up WEB-INF/classes automagically.
The issue here is in your host config.
Try it like this:

            <Context path="" docBase="WebTest" debug="1" reloadable="true" crossContext="true" /> 
            <Alias>test.com</Alias>
      </Host>The appBase is the directory that Tomcat will scan for WAR files, and files directories that contain web apps.
The [context entry|http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/config/context.html] defines one webapp. In this case specifying a path of "" makes it the "default" web app. You then tell it to use "WebTest" as the root of the default web application.
To deploy another web application within this instance of Tomcat, you just need to put a WAR file in the c:\cvs directory, or create a directory under c:\cvs - and that will be the new web application. However it will need to be referenced by context name.
