Not able to find entity details in Controls monitor

Hi Experts,
We could not find the entity details in controls monitor.
Our System Details BPC 10.1 SP2
We have defined Controls, Control set and assigned the control set and activated control and work status. Maintained control level in Entity dimension.
Request to help me what could be the reason not able to see the entity details in control monitor.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device. 
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
    Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
    When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
    If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click  Log in.
    *Note: If FileVault is enabled under OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode. Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. 
    There will be no audio output in safe mode. The question to be answered by the test is whether any devices are listed in the Sound preference pane. After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

  • Not able to find the open items in SO & delviery

    Dear friends,
    When i check in the T code FD33 , sales value filed is showing with certain amt .System is not allowing to process the SO, as it is active with credit control.
    Can you guide me in finding the open sales orders and open deleveries in the system.I am checking the same in VA05 and VL06.Not able to find a single document.
    Please guide me in closing the same,....

    You can Check in tables
    S066 - Open Orders Value
    S067 - Open Deliveries and Open Billing Document values
    Check your Automatic Credit control settings in OVA8. if You Selected Reaction B or D then you cannot create a sales order but if you have selected Reaction A or C for your Static or Dynamic Checks then you can create the order with a Credict block,
    If the Order is on Credit Hold then you go to either VKM3 or VKM4 to release the block.

    We are not able to find out  invoice level payment details for the collection
    They are provided collection amount and reference no, but here problem is customer have more than 20 company codes and they cleared in multiple co.codes , also user not maintained any reference while clearing the invoice, so we only able to find out the collection amount but we dont know for which invoice it is cleared.

    If I click on Critical Patch Update - October 2012 its takes to the window for selectin the database version (11.2.0.3). From there it goes to the Patch Set Update and Critical Patch Update October 2012 Availability Document [ID 1477727.1] which I had already checked.
    There for the database products it shows the below option.
    Table 9 Patch Availability for Oracle Database 11.2.0.3

    It doesnt have the sepreate CPU patch. The below CPU patch is for the OC4J. I had a check.

    We have rolled out a fix for this issue.
    Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

    I am trying to upgrade my database from 10.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2, for which first i need to upgrade it to 10.2.0.2. But am not able to find the same in the support.oracle.com , please advice.

  • Not able to find R/3 PO# in SRM....

    Hi All
    We are having SRM4.0 and R/3 4.7 as backend with classic scenario.No BW installed.
    We are developing a custom report in SRM to find the details of SC and PR for a selected PO.
    We are succesfull to get the details if the PO is created directly from SC after approval.
    But if PR is created for a SC then in R/3 PR would be converted into PO. Here we are not able to find this PO# in SRM tables.
    Can anyone tell me in which table can we find the PO# in SRM table if PO is created from PR in R/3.

    BAPIEBAN is a structure and not a table to select the data. I tried with that earlier. I am thinking from where the data is picked into BAPIEBAN.
    I understand system is using FMs to call the data.
    Is there any FM that will fetch SC details by giving PO as parameter?

    There are no entries in BBP_PDBEH. BBP_PDBEI will have PO only if PO is created from SC without a PR.
    The only thing I left is to call to R/3 table through RFC.
    In order to avoid that I was looking for something in SRM itself.
    Any other try please let me know.

    LR 4 RC2 ...vexing problem, 3 sessions with support and still not able to find? With all settings reset and running a test catalog a raw image when opened in develop will when imediately going back to library view show a significant color shift in red, orange and purple but only in images with significant content in those colors. at first the culprit appeared to be camera calibration default but not reproducable. The problem exists even when opening older images from months ago?  Also if second screen running in loupe mode the image is not shifted.
    Any ideas please

    Jim01403, Geoff and others...I'm new here so I'll need a little time The thread is very interesting, populated by serious mature people, how refreshing! It clearly is part of what i'm experiencing and is answered answered here...thank you. My main problem is still the significant color shift between develope and library modules. I'll attach one from each so you and others can see. Unfortunately the library version is the bad one so printing is now very problematic...Note, this occurs in either single or with second monitor on the library version is displayed. I have reset virtually everything and wonder if a cache is not updating or color space is not matching? A symptom/detail worth noting, when switching to library mode, the correct image is displayed for about a second then it jumps to what you see in the examples. As if the library module starts to rendering from develope settings then jumps tback to the original inedited preview??
    Maybe just go back to 3.6 and tread water till 4.1 is fixed?

    Please find the issue below.
    - we wanted to create an HR Integrator for the Requisition and vacancy. For this we find the steps in the metalink. Please find the steps below.
    When we are doing 5 th step we are not able to find the "HR Integrator" in the list of values. So we went and check the Menu there we find that HR Integrator function is not attached to the Menu. We tried to call that function but we are not finding that Function.
    1.Check your IE and Excel/Word Settings.
    2.Select the ‘Desktop Integration’ Responsibility
    3.Click ‘Create Document’ function
    4.Uncheck the Reporting Checkbox as this integrator is for uploading. Select the Viewer as Excel
    5.Select the ‘HR Integrator Setup’ as the Integrator.Click "Next"
    6.Select Content as "None" as we need to create the blank document for upload and Click "Next"
    7.Click on "Create Document "
    8.Once the spreadsheet is created, enter the following details and upload it back into the system.
    Metadata Type : DOWNLOAD – to create download integrators
    UPDATE – to create download / upload integrators
    Application Short Name : PER
    Integrator User Name : <User Defined Name for Integrator>
    View Name : <User Defined View>
    Form Name : Name of the Form to which the integrator is to be associated
    API Package Name : API Package Name used to Upload Data (Only for UPDATE Integrators)
    API Procedure Name : API Package Procedure (Only for UPDATE Integrators)
    API Type : PROCEDURE / FUNCTION
    Click on Oracle -> Upload to create the integrator
    9.Define a Function using System Administrator -> Application -> Function. This function will be used to restrict the Responsibilities for which a particular integrator is available.
    Function = Internal Function Name
    User Function Name = User Defined Function Name
    10.Create the Form Function Association Document using Web ADI Menu –Desktop Integration -> Create Document
    Select Integrator as "HR Maintain Integrator Form Function Associations" and repeat step 4
    11.Select the application in which the integrator is defined and the Integrator User Name for the Form Function Association has to be done. Click Next to continue.
    12.Click on "Create Document" and Attach the Form Function created in step 9 i.e.Internal Function Name to the Integrator in the document created in the above step and upload the same.
    13.Define the Layout for the Integrator created in above steps using
    Desktop Integration -> Define Layout
    14.Select the integrator for which the Layout has to be defined and click Go to continue.
    15.Select the columns that will be displayed and click Apply
    16. Navigate to the Form which you have attached in step 8 and Click on Export Icon.
    You will be able to view the Integrator.

    Have you did what i suggested
    Select the PSA record. Open all the records. Now select the status column by pressing the header. Now press the sort button. red requests all will be in the bottom of the data record set.
    Check in the monito detail list which PSA data packet is having errors. All PSA data packets will not have errors . Only a few data packets will have error records. Select that data packet and do what is  suggested
    To find out which data packet is having error see the detail screen of the monitor and open all the messages there in the transfer rules

    Try to check is there mapping in ur Update rules for this 0ORDER_CURR.. if not then maintain the same..
    Also let us know whether u have used this object at the cube level or not??? if not then try to maintain and then maintain the mapping as well from the DSO.....
