Not Exists function in Answers

Question

Hi guys
I have below mentioned query in sql.... but i need to create report using that sql...... can anyone help me how to create answer using this sql.
select p.mnth_yr,
count(p.code)
from f_fact P
where substr(mnth_yr,4)='2009'
and p.st='L'
and not exists (select 1 from f_fact x
where nvl(x.p_cd,'Z') = nvl(p.p_cd,'Z')
and x.code = p.code
and x.st in ('A','B'))

i should create answer using

group by p.mnth_yrregardsHi, I mean generate the list of values / rows that you want to exclude from the parent report as the seperate query.
you could flip it around I suppose and have the sub query report as the values you want to include, and then use 'is equal to any' or something similar, depends how many rows you've got in total and the ratio between the rows you want include and the rows you want to exclude.
