O2cb_ctl: Internal logic failure failed to add mode

I am getting following error message when I try to start or enable o2cb on 2 node RAC. the OS is oracle enterprise linux 4.5.
cluster.conf file us updated manually and ocfs2console is alos showing the details of hosts. changes have been propogated as well.
/etc/init.d/o2cb start

Could you please show us the file /etc/ocfs2/cluster.conf and /etc/sysconfig/o2cb on all nodes ?
There are several cause of this issue. Please see Note 470888.1 for details.

Xcode encountered an internal logic error

I have just installed xcode 4 on my MacMini. I am new to developing and just today have started learning objective c. when i open xcode 4 it gives me an error:

Master Data loading got failed: error "Update mode R is not supported by th

Hello Experts,
I use to load master data for 0Customer_Attr though daily process chain, it was running successfully.
For last 2 days master data loading for 0Customer_Attr got failed and it gives following error message:
"Update mode R is not supported by the extraction API"
Can anyone tell me what is that error for? how to resolve this issue?

Update mode R error will come in the below case
You are running a delta (for master data) which afils due to some error. to resolve that error, you make the load red and try to repeat the load.
This time the load will fail with update mode R.
As repeat delta is not supported.
So, now, the only thing you can do is to reinit the delta(as told in above posts) and then you can proceed. The earlier problem has nothing to do with update mode R.
example your fiorst delta failed with replication issue.
only replicating and repeaing will not solve the update mode R.
you will have to do both replication of the data source and re-int for the update mode R.
One more thing I would like to add is.
If the the delat which failed with error the first time(not update mode R), then
you have to do init with data transfer
if it failed without picking any records,
then do init without data transfer.

HP Pavilion Slimline S5: Internal HDD Failure, PC Won't Boot

My HP Pavilion Slimline S5's internal HDD failed and died recently (bought in 2011). My HP warranty was long gone.
The startup screen showed this message:
1720-SMART Hard Drive detects imminent failure
Failing Drive: SATA0
Failing Attributes: # 05
I have several questions regarding this issue:
Is it caused solely by HDD failure? I want to replace it myself, but I'm not really sure if there are any other parts to be replaced. Or will it be better to bring it to computer shop to have it checked thoroughly?
Can I replace it with Seagate Barracuda 3.5" (7200rpm, 1 TB, SATA 3 or 6)? I think current HDD is Hitachi.
Do I still need to transfer Windows OEM after the HDD is replaced?

While not entirely sure what that error code means but I think it just means that the OS is not installed and the booting sequence has failed. In my posting about the cloning process, nowhere did we discuss being able to boot the PC to the new drive before attempting the clone, so that process is next or just use the Recovery set on the new drive.

Add-on Status is Failed, but Add-on is connected

I had created an installer for my Add-on for the client. This is a project from SAP B1 Studio.
SAP B1 version is 9.0 PL11.
1. The add-on is running ok in Debug Mode.
2. I've successfully created an ARD File.
3. Successfully installed ARD File.
4. On Add-on Manager, when I tried to click Start, the add-on says Incorrect Connection String for Add-on. Even if the Status is Failed, the Add-on still executes. It still displays the custom form, the events, CFL etc.
I've used the SAPBouicom.Dll in my debug folder, and I ensured the latest SAP B1 Studio and DI API is installed (PL11). I even removed the old files and reinstalled but the same result appears.
Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.

ORA-01242: data file suffered media failure: database in NOARCHIVELOG mode

Hi All,
Need help from the gurus.
Currently we are in state unable to do anything.
Was using a database and all of a sudden it crashed. Tried to mount the database, open it, it failed. Also tried the recover and alter database open, even that failed. Errors are as follows.
Errors in file e:\oracle\product\10.2.0 \admin\devrevdb\bdump\devrevdb_p000_2620.trc:
ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-01242: data file suffered media failure: database in NOARCHIVELOG mode
ORA-00449: background process 'DBW0' unexpectedly terminated with error 1242
ORA-01242: data file suffered media failure: database in NOARCHIVELOG mode
In my spfile, the administrator has set only two control files and there is no mirroring and hence do not have another control file that will help me boot the db.
Please let me know how I should go about it. I am only a timebeing person trying to carryout a db activity. Any help would be of great help.

I searched and found that an additional tag of drop needs to be added to the command which you suggested.
ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE '<filename>' OFFLINE DROP.
i don't know what will the drop command have an effect ?
i have copied the data file to another location. Since i don't know much, i just want to be sure of what im doing.
if the above command is successfull, will it drop the datafile or the tablespace and i can no more use it. How can i use the copied datafile.

Friends,
I am posting this message hoping for a solution.
We have web application running on Iplanet 6.1 -> weblogic 9.2. The initial request hits the iplanet webserver and then the request is redirected to weblogic 9.2 server with the wlproxy plugin configured on iplanet webserver.
Our system architecture is simple, we don't have any cluster configurations on it.
User gets following error message sporadically, Interesting fact of this issue is that, part of the webpage gets this message (Message from NSAPI plugin) and while on refresh the browser error message doesnt show up:
Message from NSAPI plugin:
Internal Server failure, NSAI Plugin. Cannot Continue. Change Number: 755164.
Please help me with solution/debuging strategies if any for the same.

looks like, some issue with 3rd party nsapi plugin. u might want to post this question to web logic plugin forum as well as looks like they possibly have some issues with their plugin.
If u r needs are simple, then can u not use the reverse proxy plugin provided by sun and forward the requests to weblogic.

Essbase Internal Logic Error [7333]

We have a "backup" application to which we copy all of our applications' databases to every night.
However now when we try to start the backup application we get one or more of the following errors in the log, and the app won't start:
Unable to Allocate Aligned Memory for [pMemByte] in [adIndInitFree].
Unable to Allocate Aligned Memory for [pTct->pTctFXBuffer] in [adTmgAllocateFXBuffer].

RECEIVED ABNORMAL SHUTDOWN COMMAND - APPLICATION TERMINATING
The other live applications that I'm copying from all start correctly. There is plenty of disk space and free memory on the server.
I've read about other people getting these errors and tried the following:
- Recreated the backup application (which cleared out any temporary files that might have been hanging around)
- Validated all the other applications that I'm copying from
It does seem to be a capacity issue because when I remove some of the larger databases from the backup application it does start. However I can't attribute the problem to an individual large database because when I copy each of them to the application by themselves then they're fine.
I'd appreciate any ideas on what to try next... could this suggest that something's wrong with the memory chips on the server?

Update: I have used a workaround by putting half of the databases in one backup application and the other half in another application. Both of these applications start without a problem. Is there a maximum size of databases in an app? I am trying to add 21 databases with a combined .PAG file size of only 2.4GB.

Thank you John, yes it appears to be the 2GB limit, however I'm a bit confused as to what I should be measuring that exceeds 2GB, you mentioned index cache (I assume these are IND) which total to only 140MB.
The PAG files total to 3.7GB but these would have been greater than 2GB for a long time, before this problem started occurring.
Anyway, case closed, I have to split these up into separate applications. Thanks for your help.

Essbase Internal logic error

Hi,
In one our job, after loading the data files we are running a calc on the database. But we got the following error. We are Essbase 6.5.1. This is a daily job where we load the data files & calc the database & in the past didn't run into any issues.
Can someone help me understanding what went wrong here?

The exception file means that Essbase had a problem and basically the application crashed. Have you tried to see if the application will restart? If so, you might want to try to rerun your process, sometimes it's an intermittent thing. If not, look at the log in more detail and see what it was doing when it failed. Data load, calc script, etc to see it you can narrow down what it was doing.

Unfortunately, there is no systematic way to duplicate the problem. Note
that it happens even under extremely light load (a single user).
In one case, the whole WL server just died after it happened, i.e. the JVM
(installed as a service) exited - no message was written into any log file.
Is there any way to debug this ?

without any error messages. How did you resolve your problem?

Making Presets - After Effects error: internal verification failure, sorry! {unexpected match name in group} (29 :: 0)

I am attempting at making a preset for myself, because I want to speed up the time it takes to make and add effects to layers.
I began by using an online generator to generate my preset shell (the outline of the preset). I then took the code it gave me, and
pasted it into my PresetEffects.xml (C:\Program Files\Adobe\After Effects CC 2014\Support Files\PresetEffects.xml) and when I went
into After effects CC, I opened up the script editor (File>Scripts>Open Script Editor), then I pasted my import java code:
app.project.activeItem.layer(1).effect.addProperty("Audio_Waveform_Wheel");
When I press the "Run" button, something happens, then on my after effects a pop up message comes up saying:
After Effects error: internal verification failure, sorry! {unexpected match name in group} (29 :: 0)
When I press OK, it just opens up again. My software also looks a little messed up. What is going on?
How do I fix this issue?
