  • Timout expired error is coming while generating script in sqlserver

    i try to backup my database from hosted server. so i generating scripts with data via wizard. after executing all objects ,one error is coming like 'timeout expired'. and i try to restore this script file in my local database. but many tables,stored procedures,functions
    are missing. please help me how to take complete scripts correctly?

    Hello,
    It’s a long running task and the default timeout is 30 seconds, The database seems to be too big for the generating script with data
    feature.
    Try to script big tables one by one if you still want to use that feature or use backup/restore as mentioned above.
    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
    To grant that allways the currenct screens and authorizations were
    called please maintain also the value "1" into the "Authorization"
    column. For further informations on this maintainance please see the
    attached note 375452. It's important that you not enter the mentioned
    screen number wihtout the leading "1" as this number is added
    automatically by the system (e.g. object MARA 1201 maintain like MARA
    201). You can do this in customizing under:
    Transaction SPRO
    > Cross-Application-Component
        > Document Management
             > Control Data
                 > Define screen for object links
    If you need the dynpro number or object you will find all standard SAP
    objects and their screen number in function module CV130 (Screens) by
    transaction SE80. Please maintain all necessary SAP objects.
    Best regards,

  • What does "Error 10" mean? "An error occurred while loading your project. 10"

    Does anyone know what "Error 10" means?  For the first time, I'm getting a message that says, "An error occurred while loading your project. 10".  I'm getting this message when I try to open a project that I created yesterday.
    I'm using Adobe Premiere 6 on a Windows 7 machine.  I have over 20 gigs of open space on the drive with all the project and support files.  And this machine with 2 gigs of RAM never has a problem opening other similar Premeire project files with even more still images plugged in.
    All of my Premiere project files have always opened with no problem.  A similar file that this project file was created from with all the same base elements still opens with no problem.
    This file almost finishes the "Loading Project - checking files..." process, but then I get the error message.
    I had also saved a duplicate backup file for the project in question and it will not open either, so I believe that rules out a corrupt file... it is only this one project that I created yesterday that will not open.  This project file is only about 5.7 megabytes in size.
    This file has many still images plugged in to it, but all the same images are plugged in to another base file that still opens correctly.
    I've also tried closing all other apps to save memory but I still get the error.   I've also tried opening this problem file from within the application and I still get the same error message.
    I read some troubleshooting information on the Adobe website about files that give error messages that will not open and it recommended adjusting the size of the virtual memory paging file in the system settings to twice the amount of RAM that is installed instead of being on the automatic setting, so I followed the instruction verbatim and restarted my machine and I still get the error message.
    I've also read other troubleshooting info on the Adobe site that recommends to "delete the application preferences file" and "recreate the plugin cache file", but I'm not sure if "Error 10" indicates that those things are the correct procedures to use.
    I could re-create this project file, but it has many tricky cutting and motion setting edits that will be difficult to reproduce and it took me a full day to create this project file.
    Also, yesterday before initially closing this file, I was able to successfully render a test version to an AVI file and that video file plays fine, but neither the original project file nor the duplicate will open... I'm always getting the "An error occurred while loading your project. 10"   after the file almost finishes the "Loading Project - checking files..." process... it almost finishes opening but then I get the error message.
    Thanks for any input on this problem.  You can see the error message screenshot below.

    Thanks Bill... me too.
    After writing to Dennis Radeke on an Adobe.com blog about this and getting his very limited response, I wrote to him quoting something I read on the wiki page that you sent me the link to...
    Adobe blog:
    http://http://blogs.adobe.com/genesisproject/2009/11/having_weird_behavior_with_an.html#co mment-2701
    Wiki page link that you gave me:
    http://premierepro.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:How_do_I_recover_a_corrupt_project%3F
    Here's what my response today was...
    Thanks for your reply DR.
    My old version of Premiere 6 works perfectly on Windows 7.  I’ve created over a thousand different Premiere project files on this 5 year-old PC that was updated to Windows 7 last year.
    All of my other Premiere 6 files open and maintain their original editability and all the features in this ancient version of Premiere work very well.
    I own and use mostly Mac machines but I have one 5 year-old PC with a 160 gig hard drive with Windows 7 that I run Premiere 6 on because it’s a thousand dollar program that I had from 10 years ago that I didn’t want to repurchase. Buying a newer PC 5 years ago was far less expensive than buying a new copy of Premiere.  Some people seem to think, “Wow, just buy a new version of the software for a thousand dollars and a new computer with a 5 Terabyte hard drive.”, but that isn’t always the reality of some peoples financial situation.
    With 20 gigs of open HD space, all of my previous, even more complex Premiere 6 files still open and edit just fine.  It is only this one file that I created Thursday that won’t re-open after closing it for the first time.  Since the backup copy of that file won’t open either, and all the support files open, play and work in other previous project files, I’m thinking that there is some glitch that happened when saving this file that is corrupting it now, making it unable to be re-opened.
    Based on prior advice on multiple topics about Premiere 6 from people on the Adobe forum who use only newer versions of Premiere, most information that applies to the brand new Premiere Pro CS5 still seems to apply to the old Premiere 6.
    I found that holding down Shift-Option while opening Premiere 6 trashes the preferences file. This became my work around since I can’t locate the preferences file based on your path noted (in your blog) nor via the other prefs file path published on the Adobe website.
    But unfortunately, trashing the prefs file, resetting the plugin cache file, increasing the virtual memory paging file size, importing the problem project file in to a new project, nor anything else is working to allow this file to open.
    Now I’m looking in to XML:Wrench to see if that can find the corruption in this file, but I’ve had a malware warning from one download source and the xmlwrench.com website says their download is only a demo version, but no price is listed… this seems somewhat strange and possibly deceptive.
    But I read something on an Premiere Pro wiki page , quoted below, at this URL, that seems to be pertinent, and though my version of Premiere may be ancient, it seems that, according to this user’s concerns, Adobe is still having problems with current versions of Adobe software creating corrupt files…
    http://premierepro.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:How_do_I_recover_a_corrupt_project%3F
    QUOTE:
    “Can someone please advise – why on EARTH we should have to download XML Wrench and manually fix a corrupt Adobe project??? This is something common to all the Adobe “Support” forums on issues like this, and the many others that plague Adobe’s product (and I’m not being a mindless troll – I’ve been forced to use it for years so I do know the usability and other issues it has): it seems that people are excited because they’ve found a “fix” (which is more like a work-around) – purely because they’re understandably ecstatic that all their hard work isn’t comPLETEly lost.
    However, Adobe should be making sure their product isn’t so buggy! This issue should be fixed (as just one example). Adobe should be finding out what causes the corruption in the first place and fixing it. And whether it’s some other codec on the system that’s caused it is no excuse – their software should have better error management built into it. I’ve seen other issues where an Adobe support representative has happily replied: “oh, that’s a known issue since version [3 versions back] – don’t worry, most users are aware of the work around for it: just select and move all of the items in your timeline each time you open the project and you’ll be fine!”
    I’m sorry to rant on – but can some other users please explain the above to me? (i.e. why aren’t more people annoyed about this and complaining to Adobe to fix these things).”
    UNQUOTE
    All of this coming from an experienced user of Adobe products complaining about needing XML:Wrench to fix corrupt Adobe files seems relevant.
    In addition, why does no one, including the Adobe knowledge base, have any info about what “An error occurred while loading your project. 10″ means?… why isn’t there a database that identifies Adobe error numbers by the simple number itself?  The only info I was able to find identifying “Error 10″ on the Adobe site was a software installation error, not a project loading error.
    Now I find myself chasing a clean download of XML:Wrench in order to hopefully fix this corrupt file.  Whether I’m using Premiere 6 on a 160 gig hard drive with 20 gigs of open space or Premiere Pro CS5 on a 5 Terabyte hard drive with 3 Terabytes of open space, the problems, according to other users, seem to be the same as ever with corrupt Adobe Premiere files, based on what I’ve been reading across the internet.

  • Error when creating SharePoint WebPart - "An error occurred while generating the project"

    I am getting a Error in Visual Studio when I create a SharePoint Web Part.. "An error occurred while generating the project. Please see the Visual Studio Output window for more information."
    I have checked the Output window and there is noting in it. When I click OK I get the next error that states "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
    After I click oky.. There seems to be files missing in the project menu..
    I am using Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate and SharePoint 2013 Enterprise. These run on Windows Server 2012 R2..
    This mind boggling.. Hope someone can help me..
    Thanks

    Hi,
    For better troubleshooting, I suggest you do as the followings:
    Create a new clean project. In this projcect, you can just create a new web part to check whehter it works.
    Debug the project step by step and try to find which object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    Thanks,
    Jason

    When you say "The first project I've created is essgbpdata"
    I believe you refer to first importing project DC from NWDI.
    Then you are creating the project...right ?
    If yes, then have you set proper dependencies in NWDI ?

    Thanks for reply,
    i have debug my program and found that run time error is coming at GET_MAST function module.
    but  i have already checked that     MATNR and STLNR  is already filled before reaching to that FM.
    GET_MAST
    IF NOT SET IS INITIAL.
          IF     WA-MATNR IS INITIAL
             AND WA-STLNR IS INITIAL.
             RAISE KEY_INCOMPLETE.
          ENDIF.
          IF     WA-MATNR <> SPACE
             AND WA-STLNR <> SPACE.
             RAISE KEY_INVALID.
          ENDIF.
    please can any one provide me the solution for that.

  • How do i put a video in my presentation when there is an error code coming up?

    I am trying to place a movie in my presentation but there is a error code coming up saying cant find server

    So, if I set my PRODUCT NAME in the project properties to "Cool App", then should I manually change the following settings in my Info.plist to delete the space:
    Bundle display name: currently set at ${PRODUCT_NAME}
    Bundle indentifier: currently set at ${com.companyname.${PRODUCT_NAME:identifier}
    Bundle name: currently set at ${PRODUCT_NAME}
    Based on what you said, then my product name is automatically being set with spaces when copied to the Bundle display name, identifier and bundle name, which is probably causing the error I suppose.

  • Runtime Error 1101. Application-defined or object-defined error

    I am updating VBA code from MS project 2003 plans  to 2013, and have come up with the following error message.
    Run-time error 1101: Application-defined or object-defined error.
    Any help to remedy the situation would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    jfrh,
    Normally you shouldn't have to make any changes to VBA written under Project 2003 in order for it to work with later versions however sometimes certain statements may need some "tweaking".
    The general description of the run-time error doesn't help us much unless we know a little bit more about your macro. We don't necessarily need to see the whole macro but we do need some context as a starting point. What is the macro supposed to do generally?
    Which line of code is highlighted when the error occurs?

  • TopLink ADF Faces Tutorial - Object Generation Error

    Hi,
    I'm trying to work through the tutorial "Build a Web Application with ADF Faces and Oracle TopLink" (http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe1013jdev/masterdetailedit_adftoplink/endtoend_toplink_adffaces.htm#t2), but I am stuck at the last step of "Creating the Data Model Using Oracle TopLink (http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe1013jdev/masterdetailedit_adftoplink/endtoend_toplink_adffaces.htm#t2s2).
    When I hit the Finish button of the Create Java Object from Tables wizard, I get the following error:
    java.lang.NullPointerException
         at oracle.ideimpl.log.TabbedLogManager.getMsgPage(TabbedLogManager.java:101)
         at oracle.toplink.addin.log.POJOGenerationLoggingAdapter.updateTask(POJOGenerationLoggingAdapter.java:42)

    It appears the wizard is having a problem opening or displaying log messages?
    I searched this forum and found two posts about this problem:

    but no solutions or suggestions.
    Hoping a JDeveloper guru can help me out.
    TIA,

    Sorry - I didn't look hard enough.
    Found the answer here:

    Would be nice if someone would update the tutorial with a step to compile the datamodel project before attempting to create the java objects.

  • VBA Runtime Error 1004 "Application-defined or Object-defined error"

    I have code VBA code written in MS Access 2010 (.mbd file) to write data into an Excel file (.xls file). Below is the code to write data into that excel file. When you run this code, it always throws Error#1004 "Application-defined or Object-defined
    error". When you debug the code (F8) or run it (F5), it runs absolutely fine with out any issues. I am still not able to figure it out on what exactly the issue is. This code works fine when executed in MS Access 2007.
    Below is thr code that's getting executed and when it fails, the focus is set on the 3rd last line of the code marked in double astriek mark.
    Sub PopulateReport(appExcel As Object, testcam)
    Dim Site As String, intRec As Integer, i As Integer, cnt As Integer, intRecSet As Integer, cntr As Integer
    Dim F1 As String, F2 As String, F3 As String, F4 As String, F5 As String, F6 As String, F7 As String
    Dim F8 As String, F9 As String, F10 As String, F11 As String, F12 As String, F13 As String, CAMDate As Date
    Close
    i = 0
    cnt = 0
    cntr = 0
    Set cnn = CurrentProject.Connection
    rec.Open "SELECT * FROM Site", cnn, adOpenStatic, adLockPessimistic
    rec.MoveLast
    rec.MoveFirst
    intRec = rec.RecordCount
    Do Until cnt = intRec
    rec.MoveLast
    rec.MoveFirst
    rec.Move cnt
    Site = rec(4)
    Select Case Site
    Case "Fort Worth"
    cntr = 0
    recset.Open "SELECT * FROM Employee", cnn, adOpenStatic, adLockPessimistic
    recset.MoveLast
    recset.MoveFirst
    intRecSet = recset.RecordCount
    appExcel.Application.Goto Reference:="START_FW_CL"
    Do Until cntr = intRecSet - 1
    appExcel.Selection.EntireRow.Copy
    appExcel.Selection.EntireRow.Insert
    cntr = cntr + 1
    Loop
    appExcel.Application.CutCopyMode = False
    appExcel.Application.Goto Reference:="START_FW2_CL"
    go = appExcel.Application.Range("START_FW2_CL")
    cntr = 1
    With appExcel.Worksheets("Accts. > Clearing").[START_FW2_CL]
    Do Until recset.EOF
    **.Offset(cntr, 0) = recset(0)**
    .Offset(cntr, 1) = recset(1)
    .Offset(cntr, 2) = recset(2)
    End Sub

    What's wrong about it? It can only copy what you chose to have in the recordset. If you only want some fields or fields in a different order, replace
    SELECT * FROM  with
    SELECT Field1, Field2, etc
    CopyFromRecordset is bay far the best method and runs much faster.

  • What are the common errors we get in supporting project

    can any body reply what are the common errors we get in supporting project
    for abapers tickets will get or not.
    what type of tickets generally get regarding reports.

    <b>SAP Tickets</b> are nothing but problems or issues raised by the end
    customer in a company where end users are running SAP project.
    Once the SAP project is implemented, support phase begins. Support
    team is responsible for solving the tickets/issues in day-to-day
    business.
    For any support project, customer will set up Help Desk. If any
    problem occurs customer will call Help Desk and register the
    issue/Ticket.
    Different companies use different software products to manage SAP
    Tickets. Remember this software is not provided by SAP. It is third
    party software. There are many software products in the market like
    Manage Now et c. You can call these software products as tools.
    All tools will provide the common attributes which are listed below-
    1) Every user will be provided with user name and password to enter
    into the tool
    2) We can see the tickets assigned for a particular user name.
    3) You can list all open tickets by giving the Date Range
    4) You can list all closed tickets by giving the Date Range
    5) You can list out all the open tickets assigned for an User
    6) You can list out all the closed tickets assigned for an User
    7) You can see the description of the Ticket, by entering the Ticket
    Number. You can see who had raised the Ticket, what is the problem.
    What is the severity of the Ticket?
    There are lot many other attributes like you can transfer the Ticket
    to another user etc.
    <b>What is the severity of the problem Ticket?</b>
    When a Ticket is raised, it will be given severity. There are
    following severities. It may vary from company to company.
    Severity 1
    Severity 2
    Severity 3
    Severity 4
    The severity will be decided based on the business critical impacts.
    If there is large impact on the business it
    will be given 1 severity, if it is having least impact then it will be given 4.
    Severity 1 problem tickets should be solved in 8 hours.
    Severity 2 problem ticket should be solved in 16 hours.
    Severity 3 problem ticket should be solved in 15 working days.
    Severity 4 problem ticket should be solved in 30 working days.
    Again the no of days may vary from one company to another.
    All these things will be decided when giving the contract to the IT
    company. The agreement is called as "SLA".
    SLA stands for Service Level Agreement.
    What happens if a particular ticket is not solved by the IT company
    according to the SLA/Contract?
    The Customer imposes fine on IT company as per the contract/SLA.

  • RIACCESS prograsm is giving 'OBJECT REQUIRED' error

    hi masters,
    i want to download the data of EKKO table to MS-ACCESS for this i created the RFC connection and its getting connected well. now i
    m executing the RIACCESS program to download the EKKO table data but it is given the 'Object Required' error. pl can u help where i m going wrong. in PC Database i have given the test.mdb file which i have created on my system, RFC destination PS_ACCESS_1, table name EKKO and clicked on 'BOTH'. pl help me to solve this problem..
    regards,
    vicky.

    You will also likely get this error if you are trying to call an instance member without first creating the class.  You need to configure a constructor if your method is not static.  You can then store the object reference in a variable and then use it in subsequent steps.
    If you are already doing this, or your methods are static, then the exception must be coming from inside your code module as Doug has suggested.
