OK I am new with Icloud. I have an Iphone 4s. I would like to be sure my phone is downloading to Icloud. How can i be sure?
How do I connect to Icould to be sure it is downloading my info from my Iphone 4S (Obvisouly I am new with this phone).
Make a new Apple ID for her.
Use it on her iPhone 4S for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime.
Use your ID on her iPhone 4S for iTunes and App Stores.
Sign in with your Apple ID on iTunes Store (on iTunes app of her new computer)
Authorize her new computer with your Apple ID in iTunes (iTunes menu>Store>Authorize this Computer)
Check "Share my Library on my Local Network" in iTunes Preferences in your and her computer
Sign in Home Sharing of her iTunes with your Apple ID.
Copy all the Music she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Copy all the apps she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Export all playlist as xml files from the old computer to the new one.(right click on the playlist to export and "File>Library>Import Playlist to Import)
Sync her iPhone 4S with all content she wants from her new computer (all data from the old computer will be deleted)
Are you sharing Contacts or other data from iCloud?
Be careful or ask for help about moving from iCloud account to another one.

The backup files for my devices are saved to my internal hard drive. I have a small internal hard drive and would like them to be saved to an external drive. How can I change where iTunes automatically backs up to?
This has nothing to do with iTunes as iTunes provides no way to move or relocate the backup files.
A search of google or the fourms would reveal ways to create a folder link to relocate the physical location where the files are stored. -

hi, I have 2 iPhone 4 and i would like to transfer all of my documents and data, contacts, apps ect ect from my old phone to my new iPhone 4.
Essentialy I would like to recreate my old phone on the new one. (older phone is scratched). I have a different phone number, and different i tunes account associated with each phone but I have no problem with changing the i tunes account on the new phone back to the account I had on the old one.
I have done back ups in the past of my old phone, using i tunes and I would like to apply the backed up information to my new phone. How would I do this?
Can I restore device A onto device B? Also wondering what sort of information or files might not transfer?

Is it possible to take a shared calendar and have it appear on a non iOS system like Microsoft Exhange? I would like to view my shared calendar that I have with my wife through my work calendar on my computer. I would like for my alerts to show on my PC when connected in this manner.
Is it possible?You would need to share that calendar diretly to your work exchange account if your work exchange account supports that ability.

My daughter's ipod touch and my iphone are are the same account. How do I set up adifferent account for her without losing everything she has purchased and downloaded?
To keep from losing purchases you will both need to continue sharing the Apple ID for purchases.
I would reccommend you both create new Apple IDs for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime and keep the current one to share purchases in the iTunes & App Stores.
