Omp_error ** while attempting to see the demo results of mvdemo

hello,
i use oracle 10g enterprise edition.
i am new in oracle spatial. i want to start with examining the demo which includes some state maps and relational knowledges about USA. for that, i created the user mvdemo/mvdemo, i imported the necessary dump file into my database named mvdemo.dmp. when i want to see the demo results on mapviewer, i see an error below. i am also new in XML. the code sample and its result like this:

i did not use the administration page. i edited into the mapViewerConfig.xml and changed some parameters.
original configuration:

i can connect to the database from sqlplus.
lastly, i just noticed that i do not have any ORACLE_HOME and J2EE_HOME settings in my Enviroment Variables. by the way, i use windows 200 prof. and i dont know how to configure it. problem can be relational with this matter. however, i configured the JAVA_HOME setting and isnt it sufficient for the J2EE_HOME setting? could you help be about this matter?
