check the arguments for ORA-7445 errors.
7445 errors are internal you need to contact oracle support, and also for work around you can pass those arguments in *Troubleshoot an ORA-600 or ORA-7445 Error Using the Error Lookup Tool [ID 7445.1]*
due to 7445 erros database was hung up/not responeded, so may be it is the reason for 3113 errors(inbound connection timeout)
and post the value of sqlnet_authentication_services from sqlnet.ora file..

  • ORA-07445 error in 10.2.0.4 database on Windows Server 2003

    Hello,
We run an Oracle 10.2.0.4 database on a Windows 2003 Server. Yesterday we started encountering an odd, repeating error:
    ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [__VInfreq__kqlCompileSynonym+3038] [PC:0x2F93172] [ADDR:0x30] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
I've tried researching this error on Metalink and Google, however I have not been able to find any information on the specific "VInfreq__kqlCompileSynonym" portion of the issue. I do not see any immediate issues with the existing synonyms in our database, so I am uncertain what else to check.
We've tried a database reboot, a server reboot, and checked the Event Viewer logs.... None of these things proved useful. :) Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insight in to the specifics of this error?
    Thanks!
    -Sabrina

I'm assuming you logged a TAR about this on Metalink?
    (sorry, an SR on Metalink)

    Terry,
Please refer to (Note: 153788.1 - Troubleshoot an ORA-600 or ORA-7445 Error Using the Error Lookup Tool). Enter the "ORA-7445 Failing Function" and "ORA-600 First Argument", select the database version and go through the documents.
By the way, any changes have been done recently? I would suggest you bounce the database first and see if you get the error in the log file or not.
    Thanks,
    Hussein

You didn't mention your OS but check this note:
    [Note:405904.1-Listener Crash on Windows 2003 and/or ORA-07445: Exception encountered: CORE Dump ACCESS_VIOLATION unable_to_trans_pc|https://metalink2.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/ml2_documents.showDocument?p_database_id=NOT&p_id=405904.1]
If it looks like your issue, try Solution 2 as a workaround and see if something changed.

I have been monitoring the SGA+PGA and it has not gone over 1900M
I have not seen the Oracle instance over 2.1GB
Oracle recommends that I decrease my SGA, but if this is a memory leak issue, wont it just delay the crash with a few minutes?
the 3GB switch is set, so oracle should be able to handle up to 2.7GB.
I will really appreciate any assistance.

    Hello all,
I am working on windows 64 bit (local system, testing)
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
my database was working just fine, I was copying export dump(exp/imp) from 'A' hard disk(external) to 'B', as it was urgent I gave a table for import(imp) from 'A' hard disk which had the original dump.
import of table stopped with ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
i thought it might be because I gave import when copy was going on, later on when copy was over I gave the same table for import, this time also I got same error.
when I tried to login as user "test" is gives me ORA 01033 error.

Yes I have the backup of truncated table with me(I am practicing "auditing" in my local system hence exported the table and truncated the table as system table space  was getting full.)
also i checked the trace file c:\app\administrator\diag\rdbms\prod\prod\incident\incdir_94924\prod_mmon_7848_i94924.trc, but not sure what to check..i mean it gives the same

  • Met ora-07445 on oracle 10.2.0.4 of Windows 2003

    Hello,
I was running an PL/SQL application using PL/SQL Developer and after a while, the application will be disconnected from the database with error 03113: end-of-file on communication channel. I checked the alert.log file of the database, at that time an ora-07445 error happened:
    Errors in file c:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\dbtest1\udump\dbtest1_ora_4820.trc:
    ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x0] [ADDR:0x0] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
My environment is oracle 10.2.0.4 on Microsoft Windows 2003(32bit).
My friends helped me search on metalink about this error and didn't find a similiar workaround. Can anybody take a look at this error or give some hint?
I want to upload the trace file but didn't find the entry to upload a file. Please let me know if I need to paste all the content of the trace file. it is too long.
    Thank you very much.
    Tony

I hope that I can log a SR because the metalink account is in our dba hands and till now, almost one month passed we got no answer form him.tough situation - Mystery Problem that you can't deal with directly, having to work through the powers that be second-hand to get support. Been there, done that :(
You probably haven't heard from the DBA because the DBA hasn't heard anything back from MOS - a pure guess on my part, but according to my experience in logging SRs quite possible.
You have some options - not good ones but they do exist. The ideas below are different variations based on the idea that if you can figure out where the program is having trouble you might be able to work around the problem.
There is no trace in PL/SQL as such, but there is a debugger. I'm not sure if you are using All-around Automations's PL/SQL developer or Oracle's SQL*Developer but both support the debugger. You can compile stored code in debug mode and use a GUI interface in both products (TOAD too, for that matter) to set stopping points to monitor your progress. There is information about the debugger in the Oracle documentation and elsewhere on-line. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE DEBUGGER USE A GUI INTERFACE TO SET IT UP AND RUN IT - the command-line interface via PL/SQL APIs in SQL*PLUS is nearly impossible to use effectively.
Alternately and more easily you can put your own markers in the code and execute it. This can take the form of lines like DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Got to line 999') or more elegantly using dbms_application_info to set a column value in V$SESSION to put a message there (procedure name, line number, whatever you want within reason). You'll only see DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE data after the program(s) finish or crash so the dbms_application_info method might be a little bit more useful
    Good Luck!

Lookup MOS document 310737.1 for this. You are better off raising an SR with Oracle support as others have indicated.

Have you observed an ORA-07445 error reported in your alert log?
While the ORA-600 error is "captured" as a handled exception in the Oracle source code, the ORA-7445 is an unhandled exception error due to an OS exception which should result in the creation of a core file. An ORA-7445 is a generic error, and can occur from anywhere in the Oracle code. The precise location of the error is identified by the core file and/or trace file it produces.

Refer to Metalink (now called My Oracle Support ) note id 310099.1 - it lists a whole bunch of 10r2 bugs related to the EVAOPN2 module.
Also, SOP for such errors is to log a SR (Service Request) with Oracle Support.

    Jeanette.

I don't have a metalink account, I need to resolve
this problem urgent please help me.
Unfortunately, ORA-07445 errors are better solved with the aid of Metalink and Oracle support. You can post your contents of the trace file that was generated, mainly the stack trace, to see if some would look up the error for you. The problem though is if the only fix/workaround for your problem is in the form of a patch. If that is the case, anyone that provides the patch will be in breach of their support contract.
