Order Component Quanity fix to minimum

Hi ,
        I have Finsihs material BOM with two componeet . After MRP Run , i want the Component qty in should be set fix to some minumu level so that reservation of component should always be with the set fix minimum qty.
Fir Example   Finish materail X for base qty 10 Kg
Componet  A - 5 kg
Component B - 5 Kg
When i wil create the production order with with qty 8 Kg, i shoudl get the reservation of minimum qty of 5 kg of both component.
Reservation requirement of component should not be created below  5 kg.
How can i fix this 5 kg is the minimum requrement qty against each reservation when qty Finish material falls below 10 Kg.

Hi,
You want to fix the quantity of the component:
First goto the MRP1 view for the particular component and In the Lot size data give the Minimum Lot Size and run the mrp.
The planning will be done only for the Minimum Lot Size as you filled.no matter what ever the Lot size type is:
Example: example given by you
order quantity is 10 kg
component A = 5kg Here comp A master data maintain Minimum Lot Size should be given as 5kg in MRP 1 view
component B = 5kg Here comp B master data maintain Minimum Lot Size should be given as 5kg in MRP 1 view
