Certo PeterPan forse per te è tutto semplice perchè ci giochi con Pages..
Ma io son o un professionista, e scrivo molti testi... Ed è una perdita di tempo assurda mettere la maiuscola dopo ogni punto! Controllare i testi e correggerli a mano!! Controlla tu testi di 50'000 parole... per vedere se c'è la maiuscola (il capital).
Non è una scienza missilistica.. è una vergogna di Pages 5.1 iwork 2013, che non c'era in pages 4.0 iwork 2009.

Pages 5.0 per MAC, molto discutibile. Alleggerire un app così importante per renderla un giocattolo per bambini! Mah che scelta strana da parte di Apple. Pages '09 dovrebbero essere ancora nella cartella Applicazioni / iWork. Utilizzare Pages '09.

Troubles with ID

A luglio creo un file nuovo di zecca per la guida del Teatro, il file è piuttosto complesso: 8 tipologie di pagine mastro, fogli stile numerosi con Nidificati e GREP. Vado via via impaginando senza alcun problema, inserendo testi e immagini tutte piuttosto grandi a 300 dpi e tutte in cmyk.
Arrivo con l'impaginato fino a un buon 2/3 del file (70 pagine su 100 circa).
Interviene la pausa estiva (per me comunque di soli 7 gg durante i quali c'è stato in effetti un black-out ma a macchine spente) con l'aggiornamento poi di Leo.
Subito dopo, (ma probabilmente è solo coincidenza) inizio ad avere problemi di lentezza, faccio fatica a "scroll-are" le pagine, a ingrandire la vista dei testi e un giorno addirittura si incrociano i font (un po' com'era successo con Xpress anni fa). Penso a un problema di font e di Suitcase.
Con Marco faccio un po' di pulizia di font, verifica di eventuali corrotti, dcc.
Riaprendo il file le cose non migliorano, anzi, nella correzione dei testi, ingrandendo la visualizzazione sparisce il testo appena il cursore tocca la riga di caratteri, riappare se rimpicciolisco. Anche con visualizzazione "normale" non vedo le guide e le griglie delle pagine.
La cosa ancora più strana è che non riesco a produrre pdf con le pagine che si presentano con questa anomalia. Insistendo, per capire, a stampare due pagine per volta, compare la scritta "memoria insufficiente" (vedi allegato). (Avviso di Indd). Il file pesa 49,5 MB.
Dopo l'aggiornamento alla CS6 e alla CC qualsiasi operazione compia sul file i tempi di reazione sono di svariati secondi.

Wifi si disconnette in standby e non arrivano più le notifiche

Ciao a tutti. Ho notato che con il wifi attivo e i dati cellulare disattivi, dopo un minuto dal blocco, l'iphone non riceve più alcun tipo di notifica. Ho aggiornato ad iOs 6.1 e la situazione è rimasta uguale a prima. Anche a voi si comporta in questo modo o devo seguire qualche procedura per risolvere questo problema? Grazie a tutti!

ri-ciao a tutti. Ho finalmente trovato la soluzione al nostro problema..
mi scuso anticipatamente per i bruschi modi usati in precedenza..ma ero parecchio nervosa..
dopo aver letto su tanti forum le svariate teorie ed aver provato alcuni tentativi, ho sciolto il nodo:
il wi-fi non si disconnette, come erroneamente credevamo tutti, rimane comunque attivo, ma ad un livello inferiore.
il fatto che quando riattiviamo il telefono non ci sia più il simbolo del wifi, ma appaia il 3G, è dovuto al semplice fatto che non essendo più il "wi-fi completo", al 100% diciamo, il dispositivo non lo riconosce, e passa in automatico in 3G..arrotonda per difetto..
faccio una piccola premessa: io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo letto ed effettivamente notato che il wi-fi viene "smorzato" solo dopo qualche istante che il dispositivo è messo in stand-by (un 15 secondi circa); se infatti si prova a riattivarlo subito, entro pochi secondi, il wi-fi è ancora attivo, mentre se si attende qualcosa come 15-20 secondi abbiamo visto che appena riacceso riparte in 3G, e dopo circa un secondo torna in wi-fi.
ho finalmente risolto ogni dubbio e ne ho avuto prova con un semplice escamotage:
ho usato il 4S del mio ragazzo (dove è ancora possibile disattivare il 3G): abbiamo tenuto il telefono con solo il wi-fi acceso. quindi in teoria, una volta in stand-by non avrebbe più modo di comunicazione dati..
l'abbiamo messo il stand-by, abbiamo aspettato qualcosina più dei canonici 20 secondi, e gli ho mandato un messaggio con whatsapp..come tutti sappiamo ha bisogno del traffico dati per poter funzionare..e senza il 3G attivo non sarebbe dovuto arrivare nulla..
beh, tempo alcuni secondi e gli è arrivato il messaggio, con l'iPhone in stand-by..
(abbiamo dedotto che questo lieve ritardo sia duvuto appunto al fatto che il wi-fi non è al 100%..)
comunque, il fatto che è arrivato ci ha incuriositi, quindi abbiamo provato con una mail, impostandone l'aggiornamento dell'iPhone 4S con aggiornamento push, ed è arrivata senza problemi..
abbiamo fatto vari tentativi (altre app di sms, iMessage (disattivando la funzioni "invia come sms"), tutti riusciti, quindi abbiamo dedotto che questo "problema" altro non è che una funzione del wi-fi impostata da mamma Apple..a 'sto punto credo sia per risparmare batteria..
mi sarebbe piaciuto però avere almeno la possibilità di poter scegliere come mantenere il wi-fi, o almeno che ci fosse stato comunicato in maniera diretta, senza perdere tempo (tutti quanti) e magari senza aggredirci per una sciocchezza..dico questo perchè presumo che se abbiamo un'app da più di 50-100 MB in download, che quindi richiede una connessione wi-fi, una volta che il dispositivo è in sleep-mode e si "smorza" il wi-fi, l'app non sia più scaricabile (infatti, non rileva il wi-fi).
appena abbiamo del tempo lo verifichiamo..o qualcuno l'ha già notato?!
..comunque, credo che finalmente la questione principale sia ormai chiarita.

Non riescono a sentirmi durante le chiamate!

ho appena ritirato un iphone 4 ricondizionato da un vs centro autorizzato e dopo appena di giorno ho riscontrato un grave problema durante l'utilizzo: durante quasi tutte le telefonate che faccio il mio interlocutore non riesce a sentire nulla (come se il mio microfono fosse impostato su muto), lo stesso problema è stato riscontrato con le cuffie originali apple e con il mio auricolare bluetooth della plantronics.
Ho provato a ripristinare il telefono senza successo, dopo pochi minuti il problema si ripresenta. Ho provato ad usare anche altre applicazioni (es skype e registratore vocale) per verificare che non fosse un problema di hardware, infatti il microfono funziona perfettamente senza problemi.anche il controllo vocale funziona benissimo. riscontro questo problema solo effettuando e ricevendo chiamate.
il problema è parecchio fastidioso visto che è quasi impossibile effettuare telefonate senza incorrere in spiacevoli interruzioni.
avete altri clienti che hanno riscontrato questo problema?
come mi devo comportare?

Identico problema che mi affligge oramai da almeno un paio di settimane.
Dopo l'aggiornamento a iOS6 ha iniziato a sparire la voce dopo pochi minuti di chiamata, adesso non funziona dall'inizio della chiamata, sia in entrata che in uscita. Ho provato con l'auricolare originale e con il vivavoce dell'auto (bluetooth integrato Toyota).
A metà della scorsa settimana ho resettato e reinstallato iOS6, per alcuni giorni nessun problema, da questa mattina sono di nuovo muto.
Capite bene che per quanto bello e funzionale, un telefono che non ti permette di telefonare non è una gran cosa... giusto?
Attendo urgentemente una risposta!

Anchor tags (aka "bookmarks") break in RH 7 HTML

We use several anchor tags, aka bookmarks, to sections of our
Robohelp pages.
These URLs look like this:
http://www.exampledomain.com/Help/index.htm#Frequently_Asked_Questions.htm#Question_two
These links worked great in Robohelp 5: Question two of the
FAQ page loaded at the top, inside the robohelp shell.
Now in Robohelp 7, these anchor tags no longer work inside of
the shell - the page loads at the top of the FAQ page and the
#Qustion_two anchor is disregarded.
I know that the anchor tag is there and working because when
I load the page without the robohelp shell at this URL:
http://www.exampledomain.com/Help/Frequently_Asked_Questions.htm#Question_two
Question two loads at the top of the page.
Why did this stop working?!!? How do I fix it without
changing all my URLs? This "feature" is ruining my day. Bad enough
that you rename anchor tags to bookmarks, now they don't even work.

WPC anchor tags

Having an issue with WPC and hoping one of you can help. There is a WPC web page containing content in four sections, top is HTML, second section is an iview and third section is another html and the last one is an iview. There are links in other locations needing to jump to the content in third section. Anchor tag seemed to be ignored, do any one of you know a solution?

Hp 635 ripristino bios

Ho un hp635 e durante un aggiornamento bios il pc si è bloccato dopo oltre 10 minuti ho provato a spegnerlo. Ora non parte più, non si accende nessun led neanche quello di alimentazione. Tutte le procedure che ho trovato prevedono che si accendi qualche led, ma nel mio caso nulla.
E' possibile che non possa fare assolutamente nulla!!

Other tips would be plugging directly in AC adapter with no battery, using with battery alone, changing the adapter & battery and check.

Salve so veramente incaxxato ho comprato tramite IPERFAMILA un notebook compaq cq61 precisamente aprile 2014 e tuttora ancora in garanzia purtroppo la batteria è andata in crash e ho chiamato il centro assistenza Hp e mi hanno risposto che il mio portatile è fuori produzione e nn copre più la garanzia e che devo andare direttamente al fornitore "iperfamila" in cui nn mi hanno dato risposta e che devo chiamare per forza centro assistenza visto che è ancora in garanzia a quest punto che cavolo me so comprato a fare sto portatile che un anno fa era in commercio e adesso è fuori PRODUZIONE?????? preparerò tutti i documenti e aderirò vie legali e anche alla CODACONS !!!

Quando mi connetto ad internet attraverso firefox, compare una forte raccomandazione ad eseguire l'aggiornamento di firefox.
Se eseguo l'aggiornamento, il processo dura per ora senza concludersi e sono costretto ad interromperlo. Ho il forte sospetto che si tratti di una illegittima intrusione ma non so come accertarmene. Ho anche ricevuto da google una segnalazione che vi sono state indebite intrusioni nella mia gmail.
Tuttavia scansioni effettuate cona/virus sono state negative.

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

In AA7, PDF Maker is a plugin for OFFICE 2003 and earlier that is a preprocessor for the printer. It simply provided the essence of PDF Marks that were then processed by Distiller once the printer completed the creation of the PS file. AcroTray was to automate the process by invoking Distiller to process the PS file and create the PDF. The latter fails with Win7, as does the printer itself. I have been successful at installing AA7 on both 32 and 64-bit versions of Win7. However, the installation of an additional PS print driver and the extra steps to create the PDF were necessary.

Download di PhotoshopCC dopo aggiornamento a Mavericks (OSX 10.9)

Salve, sono titolare di un abbonamento CC da quasi un anno e mi trovo veramente benissimo! Ieri sera finalmente ho deciso di aggiornare a Mavericks il mio OSX del MacBookPro e, prima di effettuare l'installazione dell'aggiornamento, ho pensato di approfittare dell'occasione per fare un po' di pulizia nel HD… ma ho evidentemente e soprattutto inavvertitamente cancellato PhotoshopCC e quando si è avviato il nuovo S.O. ed ho lanciato l'applicazione Creative Cloud mi ha chiesto di aggiornare i due software che avevo installato precedentemente… cioè Lightroom e Photoshop… solo che ha scaricato l'aggiornamento ma non trovo più il programma… non so cosa fare, non posso neanche disinstallarlo ed installarlo di nuovo perché il Photoshop proprio non c'è più.
Come posso fare per risolvere questo problema?
