Panels n Windows

At the beginning I've made declarations.
This isn't a very good way of making declarations if I have to have for example 5 panels, 5 labels and 5 buttons. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to make these declarations and follow better design principles?
Also I am getting an error saying "missing method body, or declare abstract" and highlighting the line "private void build();"

For starters u can do the following things.
Declare the private variables in the end of the code.
Use a constructor to define the variables. Or you could have it call a function which defines the variables.
And if you have to define different panels you have to declare them any ways.
I've a feeling u are looking for something else but still i hope this helps.
