Pcscfg.cfg configuration not standardized !! ......RTFM ???!!!

Hi,
I am using Oracle 8i on RedHat 6.1, and facing a hell lot of problems. I need to compile a Pro*C program an the damn thing keeps throwing me out !!. It keeps giving a very irritating message, as follows:
INTERNAL ERROR : Failed assertion [PGE 90105]
This shows an error in /usr/include/stdio.h which apparently points to the last line of the file, i.e the "endif" statement.
This is totally absurd and crazy !!
When I was going to the previous discussions at OTN, I came across a lot of mails, complaining of similar problems. Unfortunately many of them went unanswered !!
Few of them gave various versions of the "pcscfg.cfg" file and I have tried them all. None of them work !!
One person also said RTFM. Well, the documentation that comes with the 8i CD talks about certain entries in the "pcscfg.cfg" file which I think is utter bullshit cause most of the paths declared don't even exist. I have installed Oracle about 5 times and checked for this !!
But the surprising thing is that the same chaps give a different version of the same file at their website !! And that too does not solve the problem.
Can't they give a standard configuration file ?!!
Well, if some one has come up with a working version of the "pcscfg.cfg" file, please, please send it over to the following email id
[email protected] OR
[email protected]
Thanks in Advance,
Sandeep Sundaram.

    How to configure a standard SmartForm to be sent by e-mail in PDF format
    We need to use standard SAP configuration to send e-mails (output type Medium = 5 External Send).
    Currently we were able to send the forms on OTF format, not PDF.
    Does anyone know how to automatically make the conversion from OTC to PDF without having to code anything on ABAP?

    Hello Luiz,
    actually there are only a few steps to do:
    Just call transaction SCOT and doubleclick your SMTP node. Click on the "set"-Button behind the supported address type "internet". Choose "PDF" as output format for SAPforms.
    By the way. You can also generate a PDF-File from a Spool with report RSTXPDFT4.
    I hope this will help you.
    Bye

  • Configuration not dispplayed on the screen

    Hi,
    I have created two different configurations for a view.
    one as default and the other specifying an object type.
    have done the following coding in the DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION method of the view implementation class.
      data: lv_object_type    TYPE bsp_dlc_object_type VALUE 'ZFOC_SR',
            lv_subtype        TYPE bsp_dlc_object_sub_type VALUE '<DEFAULT>',
            l_user TYPE uname.
           lv_config_key TYPE .
    IF l_user eq 'ZCPSR'.
    lv_object_type  = 'ZFOC_SR'.
        me->set_config_keys( iv_object_type        = lv_object_type
                           iv_object_sub_type      = lv_subtype
                           iv_propagate_2_children = abap_true ).
        ENDIF.
        CALL METHOD SUPER->DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION
      EXPORTING
        iv_first_time = ABAP_true
    but still the default configuration is being loaded.
    pls correct me, if i have missed some specification in the above code.

    Thanks Sumit but, still the same result.
    if anything more to be done, pls specify.
    Have specified the object type and config key in spro.
    Have tried deleting the default configuration and retaining only the one i have created.
    on debugging, i got to know that the system is searching for standard config after the method
    DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION.
    since i have deleted the default config. i got the following error:
    CX_BSP_DLC_CONFIG_NOT_FOUND - Configuration not found
    CL_BSP_DLC_XML_STORAGE2=>GET_CONFIG_DATA
    Q1. why the system is checking for standard config, after getting the confing details from

    Do we need to specify any other parameter, to restrict this.

  • Configuring a standard Badi for ESI refund

    Hello,
    I am Malathi working as HR-ABAPER.This is the First time I am working on BAdI .
    I want to stop ESI retro refund by configuring the standard BAdI HR_IN_ESI_REFUND.But when I try to change the Interface Method (as mentioned in the F1 help ) its asking for access key.
    Kindly advice on how to configure this BAdI.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Malathi V.

    Hi Faizur,
    for this BADI doesn't allow multiple implementation I normally would have told you, that you can't use it, because the SAP implementation might be changed and reactivated by any support package.
    BUT:
    In our systems there are no SAP implementations for this BADI
    SAP note 1716090 - RFIDYYWT: Enhancement to customer Badi WTAXREPORT_MODIFY clearly says, that this BADI is a customer BADI.
    So why do you have an active SAP implementation for it? I would suggest, that you contact SAP in this case to clarify it.

  • Dynamic configuration not fil in reused OM in NW BPM

    Hi,
    I'm having problem in operation mapping that i re-used in nw bpm.
    In my scenerio in the operation mapping, a UDF writes on "TServerLocation" and in the next step of BPM, i have receiver determination rule which read from "TServerLocation" variable.
    Below step calls OM which in PI.
    (UDF writes on TserverLocation)
    This next step, reads TserverLocation in receiver tab of Integration Conguration.
    Receiver rule
    So the problem is dynamic configuration doesn't write on TserverLocation or integration confiuration object removes in soap header somehow.
    This was a ccBPM integration and all esr objects, mapping,udfs working fine. No problem with that.
    I checked below blog but not get this work.
    Dynamic Configuration not working with Integrated Configuration
    Has anyone faced similar problem ?
    Thank you

    HI,
    In general Correlation , concept, whatever we configured in Correlation editor , i mean in runtime which xml element should filled with which element of which interface ..as you said you have configured the local correlation to block, in block it is the first receive step, while receiving the first message which is relevent to first recieve step , i mean if it receives the one message which is related to first receive step inteface .. the respective element data will be filled in correlation id and it will assign on giud for processing , so while assign the runtime data to correlation element ( imean filling stage) check you said two elements in correlation does the first message contains these two elements ??
    if so ok , no then check , and try to use the IM before calling the IP to fill the payload.

    Hi,
    Standard or Pro would be licensed through your serial number, the download link and downloaded file would be the same for both of them.
    Pro or Standard would be determined after you put in your serial number.
    Download Acrobat products | 9, 8

    hi prasad
    There are 2 jar files that may be missing from your SQL JDBC driver --> msbase.jar and msutil.jar, I think once you add these to the driver it might work.
    also check  the driver string for the SQL  driver 2 parameters
    i.e 'com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver' now becomes
    'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver'
    This will solve your problem

    I believe you are trying use Sales order for services....and you have created material in services if I am not wrong.
    Again sticking to basic rules, you can configure only materials with type KMAT. Further for services, I believe there is a concept called milestone billing...which I am not sure about.

    I am doing a RFC to JDBC scenario in PI 7.1. I am getting the following error:

    Is the problem related to deployment of JDBC driver or something else? How can i ensure that the JDBC driver deployment is succesful in PI 7.1?

    Hi,
        I have tested one scenario for WebService to JDBC. Integration engine shows success message.But i got some error in Adapter engine. It shows "JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized".
    So, plz anyone give the solution for this problem.
    Regards

    Hi,
    1.Check whether the JDBCAdapter is Activated.
    2.Check if any firewalls are there frm client side and open
    3.Check the password used to connect the Database is correct one.
    If all these are fine..do the complete cache refresh once.

  • Why negative stock is possible for Moving avg price & not standard price?

    why negative stock is possible for Moving avg price & not standard price?

    Hi,
    Negative stock is available for both MAP as well as Std. price.
    Eg.
    MAP-->
    1. Mtl with MAP 1 Rs/pc & stock of 10qty.
    2. GI done for 15 pcs. Each pcs evaluated with 1Rs (MAP). Stock value reduce by 15Rs. Offsetting entry takes place in consumption account of 15Rs. The stock and stock value is -5 each.
    3. Post GR of 10pcs with PO price 3Rs/pc.
    Now GR/IR should credited with 30Rs.
    Negative stock (which issued) with 1Rs. But incoming mtl. is of 3Rs/pc. So difference of 2Rs for Qty 5 (Neg. stk) of 10Rs. will posted to Price Difference account. And remaining 20Rs posted to stock account.
    Std. price.--> step 1,2 remain same
    3. Post GR of 10pcs with PO price 3Rs/pc.
    Now GR/IR should credited with 30Rs.
    Durin GR Stock account posting will be 10Rs but due to negative stk value the net stock value will be 5 Rs. Remaining 20Rs posted to price difference acct.
