Php5 how to get it going

Note: TOTAL BEGINNER!
I have installed the entropy php5 package onto my Mac and run a test file as explained in the installation instructions. The result I get is this:
The requested URL /~lesleyro/test.php was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at mycomputer.local Port 80
Trouble is I have absolutely no idea what to do next.
Can you help?

You really should use MAMP instead of what is integrated into Tiger. It is much more in depth and completely simple to install.

My iPod touch camera just stopped working its brand new any ideas on how to get it going again?

Try the standard fixes:
- Reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory deaults./new iPOd

You might luck out if you cancel, then (in the job pane of the batch window) you modify the movie's name. Then re-submit. If that doesn't work, click on Rest Background Processing and then try re-submitting.

Safari lagging badly. How to get it going again?

i'm running 3.1.1 and has been working fine for months.
Today the scrolling started getting really jerky and even entering text on web pages there seems to be a time lag between actually typing and it appearing on screen.
I've emptied the cache/autofill cache and even reset safari. Nothing seems to work. I haven't installed any new software or changed any settings.
The only thing i've done was mess around a bit with the flash player settings last night but it didn't seem to affect anything at the time.
Can anyone suggest a way to fix this. I've just converted to mac from PC and it's all a bit confusing at the moment.

Hi Stevo and welcome to the forums!
Try this:
Empty Safari's cache (from the Safari menu), then close Safari.
Go to Home/Library/Safari and delete the following files:
form values
download.plist
Then go to Home/Library/Preferences and delete
com.apple.Safari.plist
Repair permissions.
Start up Safari again, and things should have improved.

Is there some similar procedure that I can perform to get VCA working again. Ever since we got power back the call register shows new call date 10/21/2011 and vm's date 3/2/2011. They never update and caller id has apperntly ceased working.
Of course it could be because I get the message signon failed and it shows as offline, however I know of no way to retrieve my password as the forgot id/password button just goes to a general search function that returns me 46,400 answers! - a very helpful feature and another fine example of poor QA testing of the product.
Anybody have any hints on how to get it going again?

WOW, what a mess this is.
I tried logging in to the online VCA client on another machine and found it would not accept the credentials that I was using on the first machine. Then went to the VCA page on the the Verizon web site. When I logged on there with my VCA credentials it told me that the credential check had been changed to use the SSO id for MyVerizon - guess that change was made at the same time that the id on my forum access was changed.
However I still cannot logon to the VCA pc client with those credentials on the second machine nor on the first machine. After trying my SSO credentials on the first machine I reverted back to the credentials that were giving me the erroneous information and now find that I can no longer use thos either.

Un-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Changing the library the Apple TV is synced with will delete all synced content from the Apple TV, but it won't delete purchased content.
You should be able to change the library, resync any content you want and transfer your purchases back to the new library.

You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

Right click on or near one of the other headers and a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the Basic Panel for viewing.
