Plan Table error

Hi all,
I created few tables in test schema.
And i am trying to see the execution plan.
I connected to test schema, then i am getting error as "Specified plan table not found " error i am getting.
So, what to do to check the execution plan of tables exist in TEST schema.

I changed the name of plan table in TOAD.
Now i am :Plan table does not have correct format".
I created plan table as "$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlxplan.sql ".
Same name i have given in View->options->oracle->explain plan table name.

Error message in capacity planning table

Hi,
I am using REM planning table.I enter the planning table by giving the selection criteria of Plant and production line.
System is giving following error message,
the error message and dignosis of the error message is given here.
'No prod. dates for material MTI_FERT011, version 0001, production line 2279'
Message no. REMPT315
Diagnosis
The planned order has no production dates for the combination of material, production version and production line you specified.
This may be as a result of the following, for example:
The planned order was scheduled but not using the production line you selected. (The production line is determined by the production version you entered in a planned order.)
Procedure
One possibility of finding out what is causing the problem is:
To access the planned order from the detailed dialog box in the table via "Change" and reschedule the planned order. Check the scheduling log by choosing "Goto --> Scheduling log". More information is displayed in the log's warning or error messages.
But which master data to be corrected is not known.
Experts please guide me.

Hello,
I had the same error while working with the REM planning table, despite the consistency of the data.
Another cause that can lead to the error message REMPT315 is that in the production version detailed screen, "Planning data" table you have entered the routing next to rate-based planning. You must enter the routing (number of the group and the group counter) on the line detailed planning.
After that, choose check again and try to introduce new quantities in the planning table. It worked for me!

Operations are not getting despatched in capacity planning table

Hi Experts,
I am using capacity planning table (Graphical) to level the capacities and sequence the process orders. The start date of my orders are very well in future and sufficient capacities also is available in resources. But when I go to CM25 and select one order and click on despatch, system is not despatching it. This is the case for almost all the overall profiles.
The surprising factor is, this function was working fine earlier without any issues. I havent done any changes in configs which will affect capacity planning.
What can be the reason for this? Any thoughts please?.
One more thing. Is there any option to avoid the capacity planning step if Iam using R/3 and manage it by some other way?

Most likely you didnt define the rowsource key properly. Please look under <install>/errors folder for any file there.
Also, please read the documentation. There is information there about how to troubleshoot a loading problem. Please always read the documentation and we would appreciate feedback on the documentation.

Unable to drop or truncate a plan table

I was trying to execute 'Explain Plan' on one of my query. However, when I tried to drop the plan table, i was prompted that the table or view does not exists:

Ok, I managed to find the scripts to recreate the plan table. Now it works again. Cheers.

Business Rules and Planning Login Error

Hi Experts,
Today with the help of our DBA we migrated all the Production Planning Oracle database to Planning development database.
But after all, we restarted all the services and after that when we are connecting to the Console and Planning application we are getting log in erros and in console it is successfully opening all the administration services but giving fail to login to HBR.
When i login into the Planning application I am getting this error.
"Unsuccessful logon check for details"
We are using Planning 4x and Essbase 7x.
Please suggest me.

I guess I did not read your post carefully before this. Did you just copy application databases or planning system database too? You probably just needed to copy application databases for copy applications from prod to dev.
You cannot log in because of difference in user authentication. when you add a user to any system, it translates that userid into a ID that identifies the user according to external system you may be using. However, if you are using PROD to connect to prod MSAD but using dev to connect to dev MSAD (or other), they potentially resolve in different internal IDs. My suggestion would be to drop planning tables and recreate/reconfigure planning in dev. Then create your applications in dev. After creating application shells, you can ask DBA to copy database for applications into application databases followed by copying essbase apps from prod to dev. For HBR, you should just export rules from PROD and import to DEV. Its more involved but much cleaner.

Explain Plan Table

I have created the plan_table using utlxplan.sql but still i am getting the error:
ORA-02404: specified plan table not found
Is there something else to be done to get it fixed?

As Lukasz suggested check the table privs between the schema where the table was created and the user trying to use it. Also make sure there's a synonym for the user using explain plan to get to the plan table easily; a public synonym might work best

Planning - Recieving errors during configuration process

We are currently installing System 11.1.1.1 using Weblogic 9.2 MP1. We have successfully installed and configured Shared Services, Workspace and Essbase. We have installed Planning but I keep recieving errors during the configuration process. The following errors are logged in the configtool_err.log file:

(Feb 10, 2009, 07:19:59 AM), com.hyperion.planning.PIRegistrationPanelManager, ERROR, Error happen while trying to get Planning system DB info from registry.
(Feb 10, 2009, 07:30:10 AM), com.hyperion.cis.config.servers.WlsAppServer, ERROR, WebLogic Admin server has not started after about 10 minutes.
(Feb 10, 2009, 07:30:12 AM), com.hyperion.planning.HspDBConfigurator, ERROR, HP-9.5.0 product is not registered.
(Feb 10, 2009, 07:30:13 AM), com.hyperion.cis.config.wizard.RunAllTasksWizardAction, ERROR, Deployment failed. Admin server doesn't started.
(Feb 10, 2009, 07:41:35 AM), com.hyperion.cis.config.servers.WlsAppServer, ERROR, WebLogic Admin server has not started after about 10 minutes.

Hi,
What O/S are you installing on?
Is it possible you can try and break down the configuration of planning.
So only have Shared Services / Open Ldap Services running, make sure you can log into shared services console
Run the configurator, choose planning > Configure Database (are you using a seperate database for each product, I am finding it helps with installations)
If you are select the "Perform 1st Time configuration of Database" - Chose Drop and re-create tables"
If successful move on to the configure - Deploy to application Server.

This is just a sample query which I have executed on a recently installed Oracle ..
SQL> explain plan for

3 where job = 'CLERK';

ORA-02402: PLAN_TABLE not found
When I have requested my DBA, he said, he couldnt find this (PLAN TABLE) utility in oracle .. Please advice me, from where can I get this utility ?? And how to proceed

Problem in REM Planning table.

Hi PP Gurus,
We created one material with REM profile 0004 with MRP1, 2, 3, 4, BD1, 2, Accounting 1, 2, Costing 1, 2 and Work scheduling views. In Work scheduling view weu2019ve not maintained any Production Scheduler and Production Scheduling Profile except Production storage location. Whenever weu2019re accessing Planning table (MF50) getting the errors
1.     Date adjust. level incorrect: Plant 1001 /ord.type PE / prod.sched. *
2.     No lead time scheduling: Plant 1001 / order type PE / prod.sched. *
3.     No capa. data determined: Plant 1001 / Ord. type PE / Prod. sched. *
One more thing. If we donu2019t put any sales order OR PIR using MD61 Planning table is not showing any details in Material Data rows of Planning Table. And system is not allowing to create any Planned Order manually. What might be the problem?
If we put any Sales order or PIR using MD61 though the Rows in Material Data get visible but system is not showing any calculation changes in u2018Complete capacity datau2019 rows. We mean to say system is showing Available capacity but not showing any Required Capacity at Production line.

In OPU5 Rate base scheduling active tick mark for scheduling and generate capacity with selection ID 02.
Scheduling level -rate-based scheduling
Scheduling type- Backward.
Then check the planning table section parameter
SPROProductionRepetitive ManufacturingPlanningPlanning Table--Maintain Entry Parameters.
Please check scheduling level and other parameters?
I hope u have not maintained any prod scheduler at work scheduling view.
Please change this and try again run MRP with planning mode -3 deleted and recreated with lead time scheduling and check the result
The production line what u have selected at planning table should be same with, production line define at "production version"

Asset acquisition-Table error

While doing an Asset posting from MM Side, the following error is happening:
"No accounts have been entered for depreciation area 01 account allocation 31000 (Chart of accounts 1000)".
"Table Error"
I have assigned accounts in AO90 for the acquisition/depreciation accounts. Still I dont not understand why this error is happening ? Please give some helpful inputs.

in the IMG Fixed Asset Accounting you have several check and consistency reports. Run them, maybe you get some hints what could be missing in your configuration.

This type of error usually means the the xml being returned by your provider is not the expected type or is malformed. What provider are you hitting and can you tell me the url you are using? Also it the provider and older or newer version than the Smart View client?

Plan table output

Hello guys,
I am on a 9.2.0.7.0, and i am trying to get explain plan for one select that is reading some table through the db link at the remote sight.
Unfortunately, i am getting this output :

Another User Modified Table Error.

My Client is using SAP B1 2007 B PL 11, When he is updating the Freight Amount in the Freight Window at that time he is getting the Error of Another User Modified Table Error.

So just restart the SAP , It will work ..
