Please let us choose what to see in Itunes?
Hello dear Apple developers,
Usually I never take the step to write a post like this, but this time I have to.
Till the new iTunes 11, I was so happy with iTunes!
But now it seems that IOS is leading in the iTunes Store when it comes to functionality.
I use the iTunes Store a lot for finding AND BUYING all kinds of music, but now the genre column is gone in "view all" and I can not find a way to switch it on. For example, if I want to make a crazy playlist of "White Christmas" songs, I used the genre column a lot.
I can understand that you make the default without this column as it looks nice, but why is there no way to switch it on again?
I also do not understand why you do not give people a chance to switch from 11 view to classic view as you did in Mail.
Please, change this in the coming updates/upgrades! If you have any questions contact me!

Occasionally my computer seems to go off on a frolic of its own - lights on, whirring, very slow to respond to my instructions, etc. Recently I noticed a message in the bottom right corner of my screen along the lines 'Choose what I share' There was an explanation that Mozilla sent Firefox information [or vice versa] and a claim this somehow made my life better. I thought I would choose what I share but the message disappeared and I have been unable to find the relevant page.

If you use the input/feedback button the information you send will be public, but that is the point of sending it.
That is were you send short comments about Firefox. More than one way of doing this:

* the ''[Suggestion Box]'' option on some of these pages

Crashes:
You will need to send that information if you wish to get help with crashes. The email address is optional (and I do not think it is public).If you file a bug however you will need to provide an email address that will be publicly displayed

If you need help with your crash Mozilla needs some techie information about the crash before they can do anything about it or help you.

At present, I think, you will only see the information yourself if you submit.
This is a feature that send some basic information about Firefox performance. It was introduced after it was realised Firefox was doing some things very badly, but the full extent of the problem had not been quickly identified.

Why is it that when I text pictures, the recipient does not receive them. I've noticed that I have a camera roll which is where I choose pics from, but nothing in Photo Stream. Can someone please let me know what the issue might be? Thank you!
Some phones can only send and recieve SMS messages. If the recipients phone doesn't support MMS they won't be able to recieve a text with a photo.
To get your photos in Photo Stream, you'll need to setup iCloud. Check out this Apple article for more info -> iCloud: Photo Stream FAQ -

Basic key figure BHSL-I belonging to the table GLPCT is used in the one of the reports created using the Report Painter.
Please let me know how to see the details of the BHSL-I key figure.
Details I am looking for is, how the field BHSL-I is getting populated I mean from which field/fields combinations and what is the formulae involved in the calculation of the key figure.
Please let me know if any documentation exists about the key figures.

Madhuri.What model year is it? If older than a 2011 model, and even some early 2011 models, you will need the original install discs that came with it.
If older than a 2011 model then you use the Online Internet Recovery system to erase the drive, format it Mac Extended and then reinstall OS X.
To access that online recovery system at startup hold down the Command + Option/Alt + r key and keep them held down until you see a globe on the screen. -

$24.99 is the amount for iTunes Match in the US : http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/ - was its auto-renewal due ?
If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (I'm not sure if iTunes Match and/or other auto-renewing subscriptions show there).

My ArtZ II is on a Win2K supplemental computer. I think that the main reason that I keep it around is the 12 x 12 ArtZ II.
Next workstation will probably force that comupter into a closet and my beloved ArtZ II will probably go with it...
Even on my laptop out on the patio, if I have to do almost anything in PS, or Painter, I'll go grab my Intuos 2 and hook it up, even though it's a 9 x 12 and a bit big for the patio table (works fine on my various desktop situations though). I cannot be without my tablets, though I am not a fan of the Wacom mice that I have tried (2 still in the box). Best mouse is my Logitec cordless (hated its keyboard and got rid of it in a second), which has nice weight, the right feel for my hand and is just great. Still, I only use it for the duties that the Wacom is not the best at. If I open up PS, or Painter, the mouse sits idle.

Hello, My iph5s screen cracked according an accident I just had it since February with threeG mobile network , I have been told I can replace my phone or get it fixed by apple for free, can you please let me know what should I do about this matter ?
Oh well that's what I heard because it's about the 90 days warranty ,,. Anyway can you please tell me what I can do to get it fixed ? It's a not really big crack in the right bottom side of the screen

That image on the iPad screen is telling you what to do. Connect the iPad to your computer and use iTunes to restore the iOS software. You said it yourself, something went wrong. So now you have to restore the device.

Make sure that you read all the way to the end under "Additional Information" where it talks about using recovery mode. You just might need to use that in order to restore. -

Can't open ImportExport Tools in windows
