Pluma en Illustrator

Hola,
Actualmente utilizo Illustrator para diseñar y me gustaría saber si puedo cambiar las peferencias de la pluma para dibujar. En concreto me gustaría que al dibujar con la pluma hubiera una manera de visualizar el trazado como lo hace en freehand y photoshop. Si pincho en un punto y estiro poder ver el trazo. Estoy acostumbrado a trazar y redibujar con esos programas y me supone una pérdida de tiempo trazar con la pluma en Illustrator.

La versión que utilizo es la 10 y la plataforma es windows xp profesional. No es que sea un problema grave, pero me parece raro que no muestre el trazo entre dos puntos (sólo muestra el trazo cuando he pinchado en el segundo punto), y yo lo que quiero es visualizar el trazo y poder dirigirlo sin tener que marcar el segundo punto. No se si me explico. En photoshop, en la herramienta pluma, tienes la opción de goma elástica para activar o desactivar la visualización del trazo. Pensaba que en Illustrator también había una casilla de activación, pero la verdad es que no la encuentro.

Problème lors de l'utilisation de l'outil plume dans illustrator

J'ai un problème un peu embêtant. Je commence à utiliser illustrator cs5.5 depuis un certain moment sans problème. Mais je ne sais pas pourquoi,
depuis aujourd'hui quand j'utilise l'outil plume et place deux points d'ancrages sur un axe horizontal ou vertical, ben le contour qui était mis sur 0.25 d'épaisseur

Vous avez sans doute créé un document "pour le web" en lui demandant d'aligner les nouveaux éléments sur la grille de pixels.

Plume illustrator besoin d'aide

Bonjour a tous, Tentant d'en apprendre toujours plus sur Illustrator, j'ai affaire a un petit problème donc je vous expliques, Musketon un artiste que j'aime beaucoup a realisé un tutoriel lien ci dessous :

j'ai donc suivi les étapes une par une, après avoir tracé les grandes lignes, divisé et enlever les tracés qui depassés je bloque car je ne comprend pas comment changé les lignes de tracés de façons a se que cela donne un effet plume alors si une ame charitable pourrais m'éclaircir pour que je puisse continuer ce tutoriel je lui en serai grandement reconnaissant

J'ai essayé d'utilisé l'outil Largeur mais ça ne m'y autorise pas (sachant que les tracés sont decomposés et divisés) et je n'y arrive pas non plus avec l'outil formes qui me parait assez restreints j'ai eu beau chercher sur internet il m'a était impossible de trouvé un moyen afin de tracé a la plume cette effet qui donne un super rendu !
Concretement j'aimerai pouvoir effectué un tracé tel que ci dessous avec l'outil plume et l'outil pinceau pour un rendu similaire a la deuxieme image

Plantage d'illustrator avec des images importées (CS6 64 bits pour Windows)

Bonjour,
Je travaille (en entreprise) sous Adobe CS6 (64 bits). Depuis ce matin, lorsque j'essaie d'enregistrer (ou d'imprimer) mes compositions qui contiennent une image importée, Illustrator se ferme avec une petite fenêtre windows "Illustrator a cessé de fonctionner".
Je suis certain que c'est la faute aux images importées car tout fonctionne très bien quand je n'enregistre que des textes ou que des formes (plume, autres,...).
Je voulais savoir si ce bug était répertorié (je n'ai rien trouvé sur internet) et quelle pourrait en être la solution ?

Il faut savoir qu'un compte utilisateur et donc restreint peut être la cause du problème, il faut savoir que ce type de compte ne vous donne pas un access total en droit de lecture et d'écriture comparativement à un compte administrateur.
Un compte en serveur peut être également le problème dû par la configuration faite et de leurs paramètres different de ceux d'un compte local normal Windows.
Si votre collègue a eu le même problème et me doutant que la configuration des comptes Windows soit indientique à la vôtre, cela peut expliquer le problème et donc il faudrait dès lors faire un test sur un compte Admnisitrateur en local Windows.
La désinstallation n'est pas la solution appropriée étant donnée que le problème ses presente sur 2 PC different, sauf, si l'installation a été faite en déploiement et dès lors il faudrait peut-être revoir et voir refaire l'installation si celle-ci n'a pas donné un succès escompte.
Une coupure de courant a certainement cree pas mal de problème dans l'ordinateur comme certainement au niveau du serveur.
Je ne pourrais vous conseiller que de prendre contact avec votre service informatique et de leur faire part de mes notifications.

Vectorizar en illustrator

hola!!! recurro a los expertos!
Mi tema es este: tengo un dibujo hecho a mano en lapiz y lo escanee. quiero pasarlo a vectores. lo he hecho en corel simplemente vectorizando pero no queda como quisiera. es decir, lineas negras a las q yo les pueda cambiar el grosor y trabajar con los nodos a mi gusto.
no me quedan lineas simples como hechas con la pluma, sino como planos delgados con muuuchos nodos formando las lineas.
hay alguna forma en photoshop o illustrator para q queden lineas como hechas con la pluma de manera normal? mi dibujo es en blanco y negro, solo lineas sin relleno. desde ya, gracias!!!

Para vectorizar en Illustrator tienes la herramienta o comando Live Trace, Calco Interactivo en español.
Tras colocar la imagen escaneada, en la barra de control en la parte superior tienes un botón para "vectorizar"la imagen, Calco Interactivo. pulsa para obtener un resultado inicial. En la barra de control verás ahora el ajuste de trazado inicial aplicado en un menú desplegable, a su derecha hay un icono que te permite configurar una serie de opciones para ajustar la imagen y la forma de vectorizarla, ajuste de umbral (lo que considera negro o línea) y de Área mínima a trazar, dos triangulos para ver o no, de forma combinada, la imagen y el resultado final.
Lo de Live o Interactivo significa que se pueden probar toda una serie de preajustes, modificarlos, visualizar resultado, hasta que nos convenza el resultado, entonces al pulsar sobre el botón de Expandir es cuando se efectúa en realidad el proceso de vectorización, desaparece la imagen y quedan los trazados y rellenos.
En las opciones de Calco hay una casilla para Ignorar Blanco, de forma que el fondo quede transparente y no se pierda el tiempo eliminando rellenos.
Bueno mi consejo es que experimentes con este control y consultes la ayuda del programa, también tienes este comando y sus opciones en el menú de Objetos.
Es aconsejable que escanees la imagen y la limpies y aumentes el contraste previamente en Photoshop; dos acciones que se pueden hacer en Illustrator sobre la imagen a vectorizar pero que resulta más práctico hacer en Photoshop son: Desenfocar ligeramente las líneas para suavizar su aspecto y evitar un exceso de puntos, y Posterizar para reducir el número o cantidad de transiciones de los colores en imágenes en color.

Herramienta pluma de Photohsop

Hola buenas espero explicarme bien, en illustrator por ejemplo al clicar con la pluma realiza una curva hasta el siguiente punto pero si pulsas en el ultimo nodo creado la siguente curva es independiente de la primera. Esto no funciona en photoshop repito eligo la pluma pulso un clic y siguo hacia delante con el ratón y pulso clic y sin soltar creo una curvatura, luego suelto el botón Y AHORA ES CUANDO QUIERO PULSAR EN EL ÚLTIMO NODO CREADO PARA QUE LA CURVA NUEVA SEA INDEPENDIENTE DE LA PRIMERA.

No te has explicado muy bien, ya que para crear curvas hay que pinchar Y arrastrar, pero bueno, creo que lo comprendo.
Si lo que deseas es que el segundo arco utilice líneas de dirección o manejadores independientes, que en el segundo nodo, en lugar de un punto suave (simétrico o no) sea de esquina (los manejadores sean independientes y se orienten en cualquier dirección), lo que tendrás que hacer es pulsar sobre el segundo punto o nodo con la tecla ALT pulsada, se elimina el manejador de la siguiente curva.
Pulsa y arrastra en la dirección que desees para orientar el segundo tramo curvo.
Mi consejo es que en ambas aplicaciones, Illustrator y Photoshop, en lugar de eliminar una línea de dirección y sustiturla después por otra en una dirección distinta, es que, mientras arrastras sobre el segundo punto al crear el primer trazo, NO sueltes el botón del ratón, pulsa la tecla Alt y sigas arrastrando el cursor en otra dirección y verás como la línea de dirección se libera o independiza y la puedes colocar en cualquier lugar o dirección.

Illustrator: disparition des poignées!? comment ajuster la taille d'un simple rectangle?

je n'utilise pas souvent Illustrator et à chaque mise à jour, je suis à nouveau perdue…
précédemment, il y avait des poignées au centre de chaque côté quand l'on dessinait une forme, ces petites pointées permettaient de jouer uniquement sur la largeur ou la hauteur de ma forme; comment fait-on maintenant pour simplement ajuster un des cotés??

Illustrator CC 2014 nous amène une petite nouveauté avec l'outil Rectangle et rectangle arrondi, soit le "forme rectangle" au lieu d'être simplement un tracé. Lorsque tu sélectionnes un rectangle, observes le coin supérieur gauche de ton écran, tu devrais voir "rectangle" au lieu de tracé. Cette nouvelle formule permettrait de conserver la forme dynamique du rectangle, entre autres, pour les coins arrondis en "live". Perso j'y vois pas d'avantage, mais on nous l'impose alors trouvons une solution.
Il y quelques solutions possibles pour faire réapparaître le cadre de sélection "les poignées" mentionné par Benoît. En voici 3:
Solution 1:
Dans le menu Objet: tu verra un ajout, le menu "forme"
qui dans son sous-menu contient Convertir en rectangle ou décomposer le rectangle.
choisi, décomposer le rectangle.
Il peut être pertinent de faire un raccourci clavier pour cette option
Solution 2
Avec l'outil plume ajoute un point d'ancrage n'importe ou
Enlève ce point d'encrage… comme le rectangle deviendra un tracé, les poignées réapparaîtrons

Sélectionner le rectangle
Un petit coup de pathfinder (ajouter, ou soustraire) et voilà

App-V 5 SP1 Creative Cloud Enterprise Illustrator 213:19 Error

Hello, I'm currently working on creating an App-V 5 sequence for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise. Firstly I'm trying to create a sequence for CC Illustrator, however I'm running into what appear to be licensing errors.
From what I understand in Adobe Create Cloud Enterprise, the licensing restrictions which tie the license to the machine have now been removed so that packages can be created with serial numbers included for deployment and imaging purposes.
I've created a package for Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Packager and included the serial number and then sequenced this in App-V 5.
When I deploy this app-v sequence, Illustrator loads but I end up with a 213:19 error. Looking in the amt3.log the full error is

I've also tried creating a package using a trial licence and then using the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the product at launch with no success.
I've read the support statemnt at http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/technical-support-boundaries-virtualized-or.html, but would appreciate direction from adobe as to what would be causing the above error.

I have read those articles (multiple times :-)) I've installed the required c++ redistributables on the sequencer and also on the test machines.
I'm not getting any errors being reported in the App-V eventlogs.
I initially used the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the app-v application at launch via startprocess in the userconfig file as shown. This runs but it doesn't work around this issue.

Following that I read that AAMEE 3.1 removed the (http://blogs.adobe.com/oobe/2012/09/aamee-3-1or-why-puffer-fish-is-a-delicacy.html) machine to license issue
therefore allowing packages to be created using serial numbers and to be included within build images.
As I'm packaging Creative Cloud (not CS6), I'm assuming this has been carried into the Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise which now must be used.
Any other ideas appreciated.

Preserving PDF links and actions created in Acrobat after editing in Illustrator

I created an interactive PDF in Acrobat from an Illustrator file saved as a PDF. It's basically an interactive prototype that simulates dropdown menus, highlighted selections and navigation between screens. Using the Link Tool, I set layers to appear through the layer visibility action, and certain layers to toggle through javascript. Since the prototype is evolving, however, I have to periodically make minor edits to it in Illustrator. Once I make an edit and save the PDF again, when I open up the saved document in Acrobat, all the link tool actions are gone. This is highly frustrating because most of the edits take just a minute or two in Illustrator, but I have to re-create all the links in Acrobat when I'm done, which takes a very long time. How can I make minor edits in Illustrator while preserving the action elements I created in Acrobat?

Well, that's a bummer. It's so close to a feasible workflow for generating quick early-stage prototypes that you can continue to work on.

How can I give songs on one album different illustrations.

Pete Philly, a Dutch singer, did a project, called "Open Loops". He uploaded a number of songs that didn't really fit in his new album, to be downloaded for free. I downloaded it, and it turns out that every song has its own illustration. I was curious if it was possible for several songs on one album to have different illustrations in iTunes. Is it possible? If so, how can I do it? Thanks in advance.

How can i disable Illustrator from changing my language / keyboard layout.

I have an azerty laptop and a qwerty external keyboard. Switching from any application to illustrator changes the language and therefore also my keyboard layout. No other application does this.

But i have a laptop with azerty layout (Belgian) and an external qwerty keyboard (Brittish).
So i need both languages selected in the System Pref >> Keyboard >> Input source
When "Brittish" is selected and i switch from Apple Mail to Photoshop to Skype to Chrome to ... it all works fine.
Only when i switch to Illustrator it also changes my language/layout from "Brittish" to "Belgian" and stays like that. I need to manually change it back in the menu in Finder.
I like the brittish better (with a qwerty keyboard) because of the shortcuts (eg. sqare brackets -> shortcuts for order in Illustrator are not even on an azerty (Belgian) keyboard).
Any idea?

Can you export images which have been pasted into an Illustrator document as separate files?

I have a multi-page Illustrator document (over 50 artboards) which contains lots of images that are all saved within the document (not linked in from seperate files) and all the images need to be exported as separate image files (similar to when you package a file in Indesign). The problem is the files are not linked, they are all saved within the document.
Want to avoid having to copy + paste every image into a new document in Photoshop and save individually as this will take forever.

Save the document as a PDF and Open in Photoshop. Select only the Images in the Open dialog and proceed from there.

Can I replace Pantone color books in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop?

These new Pantone + books are a pain in ...well... you understand. In my years as a designer, I have just clicked on the correct book and color swatch, but now...
I am using Windows 7 and the CS6 suite of products. We have a company logo in which both main colors have dramatically changed with the new books. I won't go into all of the tricks we've tried to be able to place it in new documents without the color changing. I now think the only answer is to replace the color books as Adobe recommends. I do have two questions, though.
First, can I change the books in all of my products? Adobe only gives instructions for Illustrator and InDesign, but I regularly have to change vendor logos into our company colors in photoshop, and I am finding the color in Photoshop isn't the same when I bring that logo into Illustrator, even though they have the same number.
Second, what are the end results if I do change the books when I send a document to a printer? We usually do our printing in-house, so I am wondering when we buy PMS 2955 if it will be what I see in the old books or the new books. And what will an out-of-house printer be using?
My main two concerns are (1) seeing the correct color on screen and (2) printing the correct color. I don't really care how I get there, but I'd like it to be a permanent fix so I don't have to go in and manipulate swatches every time I add a logo to an item.

Creation of a several-page PDF from an Illustrator file

I have created a leaflet in Illustrator as two print-ready files - one artboard containing front and back pages plus one containing the inner pages.
Now, the need has arisen to also publish the leaflet on the Web as a PDF containing all four pages. Is it possible to create such a file using Illustrator, or must I purchase InDesign for doing so?
And if this can be done using Illustrator, how do I do?

2/ Create file as individual pages
If you're using CS4, no problem as you can create a new file with four pages / artboards and save to a single multi-page pdf. If you're on CS3 or earlier, you can do one of two things:
1/ Download the appropriate version of the MultiPage plugin from Hot Door: https://www.hotdoor.com/multipage
or
2/ Create a multipage document in Illustrator. Here are a some links to tutorials on how to do that (Google will throw up more):

Edit: Forgotten if you need to print or you can just save to a multi-page pdf. Of course, you may have to adjust the artwork a bit... specially if you have art that spans the 'spread' ...
