In my applcation iam using jsp as view.
After entering the values if we refresh the page the values are
invissible.Plese any body tell me is there any way to protect this one.

use <jsp:usebean...
suppose usebean id = beanid
eg. for input type text use
<input type="text" name=address value=<%=beanid.getAddress()%>
like wise you proceeed..
the above syntaxes maybe not properly. take care..

As long as there are no confounding factors, such as certain extensions, or a user.jsfile the procedure is as follows
# Open a new tab and type "about:config" in the address bar.
# In the Search bar type: "newtab"
# Locate and double click "browser.newtab.url"
# In the "Enter String Value" box change "'''about:newtab'''" to "'''about:blank'''" and click OK.
# Verify that the value has changed and now all new tabs will be blank.

Have to say that I rather agree with Mark..all we want is a simple, unadorned clean page that doe not track and show usage!! WHY NOT!! Is it too simple for developers..we aren't all (nor do we want to be!) software experts! Come on Mozilla..tidy up and clean up..it might be a quicker programme too!!

PO value should not change after PO history update

Dear Gurus,
I m using release indicator u20186u2019 in my release strategy (i.e. new release will occur only if value increase), but now Iu2019m facing an issue since it gives the provision to decrease the value. So our users have decreased the price after few GRNs. Because of this our inventory has gone up but payment has done for the correct value. I want to know how to block changing of value or quantity after PO history updated. But I should be able to put the delivery complete indicator. Please provide me a solution.

While you cannot achieve this through release strategy configuration as it doesn't look at price reduction, you can try to authorization objects. This solution will involve putting field EKPO-MENGE, EKPO-NETPR & EKPO-PEINH under an authorization object and then assigning it to users who are only allowed to make changes in these fields. For the rest, lack of this authorization object in their user role will prevent them from making any changes.
The disadvantage of this rule is that it prevents increase of price also, given that you have such a requirement I presume that price increases are not so frequent.

Help! why the value does not change?

in ViewStack at index=0 (home page) , I pass object to placements (index=1) when I click on a datagrid item. The name on placements has the value that passed from home page.
when I return to home page and click on another item on datagrid, I want the new value pass to placements page, but the first item data is still on the placements. How to refresh it?
I need the value (text) of
TextInput id="txtName" on placement page changes as I assign at home page.

I created a JDBC connection with the Oracle database (HR schema) using JDeveloper(10.1.3) and then I created an offline database (HR schema)
in JDeveloper from the existing database tables (HR schema). Then I made some updates to the JOBS database table using SQL*Plus.
Then I returned to the JDeveloper tool and refreshed the HR connection. But I found no any changes made to the offline database table JOBS in
JDeveloper.
How to make the JDeveloper's offline tables to be synchronized with the underling database tables?

Once you create an offline table, it's just a copy of a table definition as of the point in time you brought it in from the database. Refreshing the connection, as you describe it, just refreshes the database browser, and not any offline objects. If you want to syncrhnonize the offline table, right-click the offline table and choose "Generate or Reconcile Objects" to reconcile the object to the database. I just tried this in 10.1.3.3 (not the latest 10.1.3, I know), and it works properly.

What do you mean by refresh?
Have you tried SAP_WAPI_WRITE_CONTAINER? Always check workflow functions SAP_WAPI for any workflow functionality. If you don't find one for your purposes within SAP_WAPI*, the functionality probably cannot be achieved (at least not easily).

Don't think this is a conflict with IP Addresses or computer names
= DHCP hangover when computer renews DHCP lease
There is no actual other computer
It just appears that way when reconnects so creates new -2 computer name
What types of names do you use your computers ?
Whether you name them after quantum particles or the romantic poets...
They will each start to be appended with "-2" then "-3" etc if you auto configure network settings from Airport Router DHCP service and you have this Change computer name issue where pop up window states name is already being used on your LAN
As stated previous post you can reset the computer name in SysPrefs / Sharing / Edit button
And restart Router or renew all DHCP leases (if persists in not allowing original name)
Can now press Edit and reset name of choice
But for Fix see link above

You may want to read about the Partial Page Refresh (PPR) capabilities in ADF Faces. You can make the selectInputDate's partialSubmit property "true" and then cause the specific components you wish refreshed have their partialTriggers property set to the ID of the selectInputDate.

Application is retired, deployments removed, no references. Manual deletion of the applications is not the problem, this works as it should.
However SCCM documentation says "If an application that has no deployments is retired, it will be deleted from the Configuration Manager console after 60 days."

When you are recording.. you might be creating the values... ensure that they are updated into the GL before u write program. I doubt you might have missed the save ..

Ok worth repeating, hope this works. Finally spoke to AppleCare Support and walked me thru following...restart computer holding down "command" and "option" keys at the same time with letters "P" and "R" when computer turns on. This is what he called a PR restart, clears out discrepancies in memory (if that is what the error message actually is). Then went to Systems Preferences/Network/Sharing and deleted the number that kept increasing every time MAC would wake up.
Even tho this was just done, I am hopeful that error pop-up won't happen again. Fingers crossed!

Sale Order Excise Value should not be zero

Dear Friends
With the User Exit MV45AFZZ Form:: Userexit_Save_Document_Prepare,
we have written a condition that while saving the sale order, if the excise condition value JEX2 is zero, order could not be saved and this is working fine for normal process.
But in some cases, we need to explode the BOM in sale order. In this case, the above user exit is checking for components excise value which should not be the case. In fact, we tried to distinguish with item category for the above exit but the item category structures are not flowing in a particular area of user exit.
My requirement is that for BOM exploded items, the above condition should not trigger for excise value in sale order. It should trigger ONLY for Header Material. How this should be achieved??

The problem is solved.
Actually in the above user exit, we had looped thru' xvbap for the item category type NOT equal to 'Order Type'.
Then, we read the xkomv table with two keys JEX2 and POSNV ( referring to vbap-posnr) and checked if condition value is null, if so trigger the error message.
In this way, though the xvbap is not dynamic in that form of userexit, the reading of xkomv helped to achieve
our purpose of triggering the error for header materials.

The user exit-sy-ucomm value is not changing

Hi Everyone,
I have created a subscreen to be called from the program SAPLXQQM (Notification header).Within that suscreen (0115) I am calling another screen (say,1000) after wrapping it in a FM, as shown below:
Code in the flow logic of subscreen 0115-> Call Function 'XYZ' .
FM 'XYZ':
Function XYZ
Call screen '1000'
End Function XYZ
This is done by pressing a button created on the subscreen with F-code already provided in the enhancement.
After the processing of the FM the control comes back to the calling screen of the subscreen 0115. Here the value of sy-ucomm is the same as that while calling the FM 'XYZ' .Now the problem here is that this value is not changing even when the control comes back and I do any other event like pressing an 'Enter' or 'Scrolling'.So the FM gets called again and again.
I want to know why is this hapening and how can I rectify this?Is this because of the way I called the screen 1000 from the subcreen 0115.

Once after completing the processing of ur sub subscreen(0115) u r cming to ur subscreen
and still getting the same screen(0115) for any other event, it might mean that the events which u r calling are not defined with the respective ok code.
Bcoz of which every time after calling other events ur sy-ucomm is not getting modified
bt persists the same old value.
Pls chk the Function codes neccessary to trigger other events. eg: back button
