PO Cancelation problem

Create PO, Goods Receipt, invoice verification, then cancellation for that goods.
I want after invoice verification, User are not allowed to cancel
that PO anymore.

Hi,
OMBZ deals with GR-Based IV, which means you need tick the flag GR-Based IV for your PO. If you want to forbid all the reversal of goods received, you can set up movement type 102, 122 delete the related transation by OMJJ.

Hi,
it looks like you have an authority problem with aleremote. But anyway, did you check the syslog (sm21) or the dump overview (st22)? Are there any problems logged for the run time of the job?

Acrobat X Scanning Cancelled Problem / WORKAROUND / BUG REPORT

As you have read in other threads, Acrobat X on Windows has a serious scanning problem with HP and possibly other scanners.
Whereas in Acrobat 9 scanning worked reasonably well, Acrobat X seems to be unable to cope with scanning documents from the flat bed of a multifunction scanner.
So, if you are scanning from the feeder, scanning works, but if you are scanning from the flatbed, you will get a brief pause and the phrase SCANNING CANCELLED.
This is, of course, not acceptable.
The problem is that Acrobat X does not play nicely with the scanner drivers. Previously, Acrobat 9 would "auto-detect" the source of a document, using the feeder if loaded, and "falling back" to the flatbed otherwise. However, Acrobat X does not fall back. If there is nothing loaded in the document feeder, the scan will be cancelled by Acrobat X.
The workaround - and I would NOT call this a "solution" - is to use only the "Custom Scan" command from Acrobat X. When the window pops up, choose the "Options" button and select "Native Mode" and "Show Scanner's Native Interface" from the two menus. (Acrobat X does seem to remember these settings at least within a session, so if you're scanning multiple documents you only need to do this once.) Then scan.
You will see a new window pop up - the scanner's "native interface." On my computer, this window shows up BEHIND the Acrobat X screen (annoyingly) so you have to watch for it and click forward. Be sure to select "flat bed" from the "document source" menu. On my computer, this setting is NOT remembered between scans, so you have to do this for EVERY SCAN. Then, the document will scan, and you can do what you want with it in Acrobat X.
Needless to say, this is a long, painful, slow process, especially if you're scanning lots of flatbed items, as I do. Hence it's a "workaround" and NOT a "solution".
The SOLUTION will be for Adobe to FIX this. ADOBE: THIS IS A BUG REPORT. PLEASE LOG THIS IN AND FIX IT. Acrobat 9 with CS5 worked perfectly, as did Acrobat 8 before it. Moving to CS5.5 with Acrobat X broke this. Sloppy. Please fix! Thank you!

I used your workaround (thank you!) but it was very annoying. Although I set up the options for a single multi-page document, Adobe gave me separate files and I had to consolidate them. I also had to fill out the options (color, flatbed vs feeder) for each page. This function was working for me at some point, so I don't know what happened to make my HP Multifunction and Adobe part ways. I hope Adobe comes up with a successful patch for this problem.

Af:dialog cancel problem on new VO row

Using 11.1.1.4.
I have an af:popup that contains an af:dialog which itself contains enterable components mapped to VO attributes, the first being an af:selectOneChoice (body-part list). The body-part list draws from an LOV setup on the underlying VO attribute. The LOV RowSet is initialized in the model tier for the row each time the popup is invoked to ensure it contains all the values allowed.
Everything works fine except when:
a) user adds a new row to the underlying VO and invokes the popup to initialize the new row values, and
b) user selects a value out of the body-part list, and
c) user elects to Cancel the dialog
The PopupCanceledEvent fires a Delete Operation on the underlying VO in the above case, to remove the new row just added.
All this works fine, but if the dialog is now invoked either for another new row, or for an existing row, the body-part list shows the value that was selected at b) above and not the value as it is in the Model row (this has been verified). If I add and delete the row using the Delete Operation off an icon above the VO table (outside the dialog), then no issues. The problem doesn't correct itself unless / until user goes in to the dialog again and completes the add row process by hitting the dialog OK button. User can then delete this new row using the icon, and then edit and add operations all work fine again.
Everything in the model looks fine, the problem just seems to be that the UI components in the dialog aren't initializing properly from the values I know to be in the model WHEN AND ONLY WHEN the dialog has been canceled on the add of a new row (cancel of an edit doesn't cause the problem). I've tried various PPR requests to try and sync the components up with the bound values, but no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be going on here ?

I put a ResetUtils.reset(body-part-list component) in the bean member handling the PopupCanceledEvent and it all works fine now. Don't really understand what's going on here, and why the manual reset is required for this item, but it's working ...

Delivery Cancellation Problem?

I m facing a problem while cancelling a Replenishment Delivery , I had dispatched 60 batches against one item number. But when I m cancelling the Delivery I am able to cancel 58 batches but the last two batches are not getting cancelled. Can anyone throw some light on it.

While making the replenishment delivery did you do PGI? If so then check the material document and see how many batches are there? If the same batches are there then check how many batches are there while reversing the PGI.
You should get the trace from the material document generated.

all my orders was cancelled .. when I placed an order, it will be canceled .. even the sender name and the name of receiver are the same but the addresses are not same what's the problem please ?

LIV cancellation problem..

I don't know whether this is prolem or not, maybe I think it's SAP basic conception.
problem occurs on MM module L.I.V cancellation(reverse).
Our FI team want to reverse the original document's debit to reverse documentu2019s credit and the original document's credit to reverse documentu2019s debit
For example: PO 10 qty per $10

JOptionPane inputdialog, dealing with Cancel problem

Hello,
I've read a lot about the cancel button of a JOptionPane,
but never found how to deal with my problem.
I want to show twice a JOptionPane which prompts for the player's name, and place those names in a TitledBorder around my two panels.
The problem is , when the user clicks on the Cancel button in the first JOptionPane, the second JOptionPane isn't showed anymore.
Here's a part of my code:

if you have not initialized panel than you might me getting an exception while setting border,
         cardPlayers[0] = new JPanel();
                      cardPlayers[1] = new JPanel();if the above is not the problem, there is one more problem in the code...the way you are checking for null..
use the following code..
            if(name1 == null || name1.equals(""))name1= "Player 1";
            cardPlayers[0].setBorder(BorderFactory.createTitledBorder(name1));
            name2 = JOptionPane.showInputDialog(null, "name of player 2");
            if(name2== null ||name2.equals(""))name2 = "Player 2";

name2.equals(null) is NOT OK (will throw NullPointerException)

check note 721438 it solves the following problem
"When you cancel an invoice document, it results in error message M8080 'Reversal quantity greater than quantity invoiced to date'. The invoice document contains purchase order items with account assignment for AFS materials. "
Also check 792900 it solves the following problem
"You cancel an invoice document using Transaction 'Cancel Invoice Document ' (MR8M) with reference to a purchase order with account assignment. The following error messages are displayed
M8 080 'Reversal quantity greater than quantity invoiced to date' or
M8 074 'Quantity entered larger than quantity to be debited'. "

Subversion authentification cancelled problem

I have a local subversion repository.
I cant test the connection from the properties edit window sucessfully.
But i got suddently org.tigirs.subversion.javahl.ClientException svn:authentification cancelled during commiting some changes.
No idea what the problem is ?

Somebody to help to restore this subversion connection.
I'm able to do everything in command line, i'm able to update from JDeveloper but i'm not able to commit any changes. This is really frustrating to cup & paste the log entry and systematically use the svn command line in a dos box.
Is it some client setting to check in JDeveloper to solve the problem ... We don't have special settings (no security, no groups, really nothing special).
We are using 1.4.5 version

GRN Cancellation problem

Hi experts,
I'm getting problem while canceling the Goods receipt from production.
Actually the problem is user did the Goods receipt with wrong date. That stock went to Quality. Quality people also done UD and stock posted to Unrestricted. Now i want to cancel the document.
I cancelled the document of Quality posting. Then it shows error as change in QM only. I deactivate the quality inspection. Then i posted. Stock came to Quality. After that i'm going to cancel the document of goods receipt done by production. That document is not cancelling. Error showing as not possible.

For UD & Stock reversing apply the SAP note 175842. While applying SAP note for reversal of UD ,u have to make a configuration in the t-code OMJJ ie movement type configuration where for the reversal movement type (Say 322) u have to assign qa11 in allowed t.code tab.
In SAP note 175842, there is prog with RQEVAC50 which you can create in your system and run to return the stock from unrestricted use to QI. You can copy the source code of the report from the note and create your own report in SE38, e.g. ZRQEVAC50. While running the report you just need to input the lot number and run.
Input the transaction code QA11 into 'Allowed transaction's in customization OMJJ for movement type 322 before running the report.

VL09 Cancellation problem.

Hi All,
While doing VL09 error is coming that "Handling Units have been changed. No cancellation possible".
What could be the reason?
we are unable to simulating the same issue again. It is coming in one case in production.

BILLING DOCUMENT CANCELLATION PROBLEMS

in my process from POS we have created IDOCS,than IDOCS we are creating several docuemtns like,
1.article document
2.billing documents,
Now from billing documents, accounting documents has been created with different g/l account and also with posting key 40,50.
now when we saw the bill doc document flow,it shows accounting doc as cleared.
its show entry at G/L level not at customer level,
now when i want to cancel accounting doc its shows tht this document has not been cancel because it not posted.
and when from t.code VF11 i am gng to cancel billing document at the time its shows:
original document is not same as billing document and its contains some error.
Pls help on this

I am trying to show PO cancellation details in PO layout (smartforms).
i want show text "PO CANCELLED" when PO is cancelled and
text 'This item is cancelled' when line item is cancelled.
for items i found delition indicator in structure BBP_POS_PO_HEADER which is used in layout.
BBP_POS_PO_HEADER-IT_ITEM-DEL_IND.
But, how will i come to know that PO is cancelled?

Please go through these details, which will definitely help ->
The standard SRM Smartform BBP_PO is triggered in this case.
It uses the structure BBPS_SF_PO_OUTPUT (Transfer of Purchase Order for Smart Form Output).
This structure at run-time has an Item table IT_ITEM[].
Inside the Item table IT_ITEM[] which uses the table type BBP_PDT_PO_ITEM_D (Which is Line type of BBP_PDS_PO_ITEM_D) [(Item Data Purchase Order GetDetail-Case Interface)], there is afiled called DEL_IND which you can use as per your requirements.
Sample code for logic.
DATA: lw_item TYPE bbp_pds_po_item_d.
LOOP AT sf_po-it_item INTO lw_item.
 IF lw_item-del_ind IS INITIAL.
 flag1 = 'X'.
 ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.

Order cancellation problem

Hi Frnds,
When i am trying to cancel the Order confirmation (CO13 Tcode ) i am getting an error as :
Deficit of BA Unrestr. prev. 57.000 M : ELF-WJ-40MM-SP01 3100 440 0000015183
But i have the stock of this item in plant 3100 and 440 Sloc . I have a stock of 2500 M with the same batch.
But why i am getting this error and why is it not allowing me to cancel the order .

Hi,
Please check that at the posting date of the cancellation entry the stock was there or not.The system refers to the same posting date on which the confirmation was done.Please check that at the same date the stock was there.
Also check the current stock status like if it is blocked or in restricked use.
