Popup Window - should not enlarge and should not contain address bar

Hello,
    I have a input field and the text for this field is a Link.
Ex:
     Country    [     ]
when I click the Country, it should open a popup page(country.htm) where a list of countries are displayed. I can select one from them and bring the value to the input field.
Everything is fine...I am able to get the value to input field too.
BUT when I click the link, I am not able to bring the country.htm page like a popup page. Whats happening with my case is it displays the FULL country.htm page.
Also, in the popup page I dont need the address bar or navigation bar.
Could someone please advise.

Hello Raja,
     Many Thanks. This is what I wanted. Especially, to set the width and height of the window when I click my link. But I was searching for some HTML or HTMLB feature which could restrict the new page's height and width. BUT the Javascript code given your example should serve my purpose.
