Price recalculation in SAP.

I try to integrate a third party software with SAP. In the ORDERS05 idocs I send the sales orders to SAP. But percentage condition types are recalculated in SAP even if I send the percentage and the value of the condition.
For example:
I  send %5 97,5 from third party system but only %5 is populated as it is in the sales order and its value is calculated by SAP and found as 98. I want to send exaclty the value as it is fromt he third party system. If I don't send the percentage then the condition percentage is taken as zero and the value is not calculated even if I send it.
What should I do to stop SAP t recalculate the prices in sales orders?
The tax value is recalculated as well and tax values are different in two systems.
Thank you

In transaction V/06 check the condition record specifications that is being fed by your application.
Check the section of "Changes which can be made", and check if the option 'C' is on (Manual Entry has Priority).
Also check how is the roundng rule defined.

  • Purchase price difference between SAP R/3 and BWI report

    Hi
Purchase price difference between SAP R/3 and BWI report
What is purchase price variance ?, my user is telling that  in SAP R/3, purchase price variance 100 and in  BWI  report it is 200 .
Any other terminologies are there for purchase price variance ?
And any idea wherefrom BWI will take this purchase price variance ?
    Thanks In advance

Purchase price variance is he difference in price between the amount paid to the supplier and the planned or standard cost of that item
Request you to check your data first in your Cube/ODS, better would be to check in the data container where the data is first loaded.
Also check if this field is getting directly loaded as 1-to-1 mapping.

Initially we implemented a B2B scenario without TREX engine.
    VMC component is active (IPC).
In the catalog we don't see customer specific prices. What are the steps to enable customer specific prices in the catalog.
Do we need TREX engine ?
Do we need catalog views for customers to get customer specific prices.
    Please advice.

  • ICIS - Price update in  SAP

    Hi,
We wish to re-initiate the “Daily Update of International Prices for Key RAW MATERIAL” in our SAP System.
With this system, while making the Purchase Order in our SAP system, we can able to understand that our purchase is above/below the international price level.  Base on that the Control Key will allow releasing the said purchase order.
Kindly advice how to go ahead in implementing the above refers system.
    Thanks in advance
    Samir Bhatt

    Dear Ajit,
    1.Manual entry -
Manual entry will be applicable in only some cases and you cant able to track if some one has changed the price and it is having limitation .
    2.through condition records-
where as if you maintain the price through the access sequence and user cant able to change the price manually and for different combination and different material you can maintain different prices .here there is no limitation and you can extend this price for different combination in future .
Based on the above points you take decision.

  • Copy PO order in SRM not replicating new net price in ECC (SAP SRM 7.0 )

    Hello - I'm in SRM 7.0 SRM Server 701 level 4 and ECC 6.0
I I'm copying an already order PO from POWL (copy), I change the Gross Price in SRM from X to Y and I order the new PO. I go to ME23n in ECC and the NET_PRICE value on the PO is still X even that in SRM is Y.
So I go to SE37 in SRM and execute BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2, when I step in I can see that the value in the PO in SRM is Y and in ECC is Y. When I check me23n again now the value in ECC is Y.
If I don't debug the value never updates. Any ideas what could be causing the NET_PRICE not to update. Also if I add other lines item the net_price always update to the new lines item. It is like a buffer issue but how come when I debug it is working but when I order from NWBC it doesn't update?
    any ideas?
    thanks!

  • Changes in SAP b1 price list is not reflecting in webtools

    Hi,
I have 5 price list in SAP B1 and it is synchronized with web tools so i am able to generate sales orders for a customer with same price whether from B1 or web tools. Now I have defined 5 new price list in B1 and changed default pricelist  on customer card in SAP B1 and synchronized. While generating Sales order from webtools I am still getting the old price list. Any reason for this?

Are you logged into the commerce site as someone from that Business Partner?
You might have a force an update of that BP to Web tools, by simply changing some data then changing it back. Sometimes changing the pricelist on the BP doesnt trigger the synch to notice that data has changed, and it therefore is not queued to be synched.
So on the BP Master Data, you can add a space onto the end of the name, and then immediately delete it, thereby causing the "OK" button to change to "Update". This will force the BP record into the queue to be synch'd and the next time the synch runs it will synch that BP, including it's new pricelist assignment.
Also, just to double check that the items whose pricing you are testing do actually have special prices on that pricelist. Sounds obvious I know, but with so many items it can be an easy detail to miss.

  • F&A Price not being recalculated at MIRO level.

    Dear all,
I have a PO on which I have an F&A price.
At the PO creation I have a price which is calculated. This price is provisional.
Then I do my goods receipt.
Some days later I'm able to calculate the final price.
When I do MIRO, the price which is calculated and displayed is the same one as in the PO.
The question is: How can I enable price recalculation at the MIRO level?
By the way I have maintained the classical IS-OIL setting (IS-OIL Downstream -> MAP-> Formula & Average Pricing -> Define copy rules for invoice receipt) and it's still not working. Is there another setting to be maintained?

Do the differential invoicing after you are done with the provisional invoicing.
Make sure that the entries for prices are availabel in the price quotation tables.

  • Scale Price redetermination in order modification

    Hi,
The situation I met is the following :
Price scale registered on material/customer with minimum quantity of 100 UN.
Order created with quantity on material of 150 UN.
    Order saved.
Price scale modification : minimum quantity is increased to 170 UN.
When I got back into modification into the order, I modified a text, the system redetermined automatically the scale price when saving. And a PR00 at 0 € was saved then (incomplete order).
I tested on a standard price without scale with a standard order, there was no price redetermination done in VA02 at all.
Is it standard SAP this redetermination for scale price in the order ?
If not, where can I check this specific in the programs?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Anna

    Dear Michael Neumann,
when i select the shipment type and special process indiactor parameter that time how i can trigger and how i can proceed with price recalculation automatically.
these 2 parameters are custom fields which we added in crm web ui.. please guide me.

  • Function Module or BAPI for Sales price calculation and Pricing worklist

    Hi Retail experts,
We frequently change purchase conditions, but not that frequently for cases like perishables, so sales price calculations needs to be done each time. This means pricing worklist generation and release is done often and then sales price recalculation is done each time article wise and for various organization level.
We have 15000 articles for which purcahse conditions changes, it is impossible to generate and release pricing worklist and do sales price calculation for each article
So solution may be to find a FM/BAPI for the following transactions and automate them.
    Do you know FM/BAPI for VKP5/VKBP or VKP6, WVN0, WVN1 transactions.
    Regards
    Bob

    HI Madhu,
             Thanks for the reply,
I am looking for BAPI or FM which will check all pricing condition types( like MRP of the Material(table A304), discounts(A800,A802,A803,A804) for that customer and Tax) and give me the value(KONP-KBETR).
I can only pass Customer, material, quantity etc.. so that BAPI or FM has do all standred checks/ validation and give the
KONP-KBETR for all condition types like MRP, discounts, Tax. we are developing the custom program for sales order creation so we require the all this before saving the sales order.

  • I'm new in SAP . Would like to have some advice

    Hi Friends ...
Hello all , perhaps I'm posting the thread into the correct thread category  , I'm really new in SAP and currently starting to put my interest into SAP . I'm currently doing IT Support (Unix Support). Previously I have no ideas about SAP and from my knowledge , jumping into sap is too costly until I found about getting to SAP academy through E-Learning which cost half of the actual normal classroom method of getting SAP certification . And obviously it pulled my interest . A few opinion and advices I would like to gather :
    1) Do you think that it worth for me to spend money for SAP certification ?
    2) What is the career prospect of an SAP certified ?
    3) What is normally the routine of the SAP consultant ? in term of the job dsecription .. I don have any ideas what is the scope of a SAP consultant .
    4) Is the SAP job marketable ? internationally ?
    5) What is the possibly of getting job for a newly certified SAP w/out experience
    6) Which is the best module that I should enroll for the certification ?
    7) What is normally market price for the SAP certified salary .
What is other tips/advice from you for me before i start investing on getting on the SAP certification . Many thanks in advance for the advices .
    Thank you
    Regards

    Hi,
Well looking at your queries I can suggest you to spend some time looking for the kind of requirements in the markets ( this you can find from different job portals). This answers your query number 2) and 3)
    1) Do you think that it worth for me to spend money for SAP certification ?
This is an investment and it is really worth it
    2) What is the career prospect of an SAP certified ?
As mentioned earlier, please check this yourself
    3) What is normally the routine of the SAP consultant ? in term of the job dsecription .. I don have any ideas what is the scope of a SAP consultant .
As mentioned earlier, please check this yourself
    4) Is the SAP job marketable ? internationally ?
    Yes
    5) What is the possibly of getting job for a newly certified SAP w/out experience
Good depending on your previous work experience
    6) Which is the best module that I should enroll for the certification ?
This is always dependent on 3 things:
    1) Your academic qualifications
    2) Your professionsal experience
    3) Your interest
    7) What is normally market price for the SAP certified salary .
Depends on your experience and as you are from IT market it varies a lot depending on your experience and the requirement of the company
    Hope this helps you.
Do let me know in case of any specific queries.

  • Why can't I create a report for standard price by material

Any ideas? All reporting I have tried in SQO1 and even in SE16 returns 0 value for standard prices?
Firstly why is this? and secondly is there another way I can pull a report by material showing standard price?
    Points awarded, many thanks

    hi,
In MM60, u can get report for  materials having standard & moving average price based on ur input in selection screen like material, plant, material type, material group & created by only. As of my knowledge,
there is no option to get list of materials with standard price in std.SAP.
There are two options to generate report for materials with standard price.
    1. It is better go for customization . selection screen must contains price control field. if u enter price control like 'S' or 'V' in intial screen , report is generated.
    2. create a ABAP query for this.
I hope this info is helpful to u.

  • Price to Customer Changes When the Payment Method is Changed on Sales Order

This is one I have never seen before and wonder how this can be corrected/blocked/changed...
When a customer has a payment method of let's say "Check" and they place an order and decide to pay it with a "Credit Card", a system message comes up and asks if you would like to change the prices on the order according to the way the customer is payiing - say what???
Well, first off that is about the wierdest thing I have ever heard - you are going to change a price because a person pays in a different manner???  Does anyone pay a different  price when they go to a restaurant, have a meal, and use their credit card instead of cash???  Does the restaurant charge you more because you are paying with a check???  Heavens no - so why would SAP make that function as a default instead of making it the exception it should be???  I am truly puzzled on this one.
Sure there are discounts, but overall changing a price by way of payment is very bad - 99% of the time a person is going to pay the same price no matter how they pay - cash, check, COD, 1% 10 days, 2% 5 days, etc...
I know, I know - the vast majority of answers will be just say "No" on the System Message Screen BUT since SAP B1 throws up so many useless System Messages, users tend to ignore them and just hit yes.  Changing the price of an order like this can be disastorous and I just cannot believe this function has not been challanged by someone in the user/customer community who have some common sense in seeing how bad/dangerous this can be...
I am looking for a way to shut this off.  The payment method window requires you to enter a price list under the "BP" section.  How do I get this to be blank under the BP section and not change the prices of an item on an order just because someone is paying with a credit card instead of a check...
Maybe I am missing something here but does anyone know what to change or what setting needs to checked???
    Thanks in advance...Zal

    Thanks for the reply Julie...
I have heard of some places where there is a difference, but as I said before...that is the exception and certainly not the rule.  I do a good bit of traveling and a surcharge like that has happened to me maybe once - at the max twice.  I am not sure where the vast majority of SAP B1 installations are being used, but those some countries are definitely in the minority.
Let's just face it, this is a bad system design.  First off, the payment terms should never have had a required connection to a price list - OR - SAP should have given the option to leave the price list field blank during the initial set up of payment methods and terms, and then leave the system message by the wayside.  When you have personnel who are paid commission on getting out orders quickly, this is just another button to click and their chance to take the next incoming order is delayed - not good.
I have received about six Emails saying I should post this in a forum for consideration of changes/enhancements to SAP B1, and that is exactly what I am going to do.
    Take care - Zal
