Printing address using address number

I have the following code:

In this code ' If' statement is executed, i dont understand in if block , we are displaying only 'addressnumber' and 'from country', then how come entire address is printed in the sapscript.

Now in the above code there is this 'if' block
IF &PAGE& EQ 1
ADDRESSNUMBER &EKKO-ADRNR(K)&

So in this 'if' block , using the address number , entire address is displayed in Final output of the sap script. When I debug the sapscript, i m able to see only the addres number and not the address. My actual requirement is to display only some fields in the address and not the entire address, how can i do that???

All,
Currently we have labels printing using the delivery number but in many cases one shipment has several delvieries attached to it so rather printing delivery label for each delivery in a shipment we would like to print labels using shipment number.
i have the name of label program but how can i access this program and make this change?
Basically just need to add shipment number field to the program.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Address Book>print. There will be a window. Click on layout. There will be a couple of drop-down menus. There are a bunch of label formats indicated (for example, Avery Standard and 5161). You can buy the appropriate label at an office supply store.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
What version of Pages are you working with? I'm assuming '09 since you reference OS X 10.7.4 above.

Page 253 starts the chapter on Printing, Shareing and Exporting your document.

Setting the Paper Size and Orientation
Before you print, you should make sure the paper size and orientation are set the way you want by opening the Page Setup dialog.
To set paper size and orientation:
1 Choose File > Page Setup.
2 In the Page Setup dialog, choose the printer you will use from the “Format for” popup
menu.
3 Choose a standard paper size from the Paper Size pop-up menu.
Also, see page 266 of the Pages User Manual for more specific instructions for creating a custom template for envelopes.

Use Numbers to print Address Labels

I know Excel allows you to export a spreadsheet to print labels with, but being a die-hard Apple guy, there's no way I'm going to fork over that much money for a M$ product when I have a perfectly good spreadsheet app right here.
Does anyone know of a way to use a Numbers spreadsheet to print address labels? I have a list of names and addresses that I want to print on some postcards but I can't seem to find an option to do that.

If I took time to build a script to do the trick it's because I undersatand that some users wish to be able to print labels from an other source than AddressBook.
But, given that, it's not because some users wish to have this feature available that the fact that it isn't is "inacceptable". Remember what is written in Apple Human Interface Guide.

Help...I'm trying to print address labels from an existing Excel document that opens fine in Numbers. I don't want to print everything from the spreadsheet. The Avery template and site were no help. Any suggestions?

If you do not need all the excel specific items you can just write it to a spreadsheet using the write to spreadsheet file vi's.
If you want to go the excel route you will have to use active x. you can see a lot of examples on the excel board under the breakpoint forum. please post a sample of how you want your data to look and I can maybe help explain what options you have. and also oyu do not necesarily need the report generation toolkit.

How to get MAC Address of a stolen laptop by using Serial number?

Hi my Lenovo G560 laptop was stolen on 17/04/13. I have the serial number. In order to trace the laptop, I need the MAC address. Unfortunately I don't know the MAC address of my stolen laptop. My question is, is it possible to get the MAC address by using serial number?

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Unfortunately, the only way to get the MAC address is to run a query on the unit (physically or or remotely). Using the serial number to query information on the system will list the devices that are included on the unit (this doesn't include the MAC address).

Printing address label using Print Shop 2 program

Hello, I have a iMac ox 10.6.8 and have been printing address labels. The problem is the image and address do not align "CENTERED" when printing. The image/address are either Higher on the label or lower on the label. There not an even border within the label. Got any ideas as how I can fix this?

I understand that the image and address do not align "CENTERED" when printing on Avery Labels 8160 when using your HP Deskjet 6540. I am happy to help you with this printing issue!

Otherwise, I would recommend contacting Avery Support. Help Center | Avery, as they may have some different software/drivers that you can use.

How to default an address number delivery address in the PO item

Hi All,
I have some combination of certain Material / Vendor / Delivery address.
I have created some address numbers from transaction MEAN.
I can successfully assign these in PO detail manually. Then the address gets updated from it
for plant or storage location if specified.
What I need to know is how to "default" this address number in the PO detail.
I couldn't fine appropriate field in info record, but I have a feeling that it should be possible.
Could anyone help me on this please?

Thank you for your reply.
The plan is that storage location gets default on the PO by material master setting.
I have configured the storage location address, so this defaults in the delivery address tab.
This storage location is our warehouse to receive goods.
Sometimes we delivery goods directory to the vendor without receiving into the warehouse.
In this scenario, we are using the address number to print the vendor address on the PO output.
The combination of material and vendor is unique when we need to deliver directory.
So the expectation is to default this address number in this certain case.
Do you mean this will be possible without user exit?

Printing ADDRESS in Adobe form in capitals only

I am using Address Node in Adobe form by passing ADRNR ( Address Number) and country to it to print Address .
It is coming in small letters. I need only in CAPITALS. Please guide.

Î fear you then need to print the adress manually.
As far as i know there is a parameter you can set which will result in printing the COUNTRY in dapitaly letters, but thats all. so if you need all in capitals, you need to code it line by line yourself.

Need help Printing Address labels from Address Book

I have a new iMac using OS X.4 1. I want to print address labels for Christmas cards. 2. I want to print several address labels of the same information for return address labels. I can't seem to figure it out. I've read the Help. I don't see where to put the # of labels per page. I created a Directory with only one name it it (so it would print several times on one page.) I selected Avery Standard - label 5162. Under label I selected Distribution List. I seem to be missing something.

I wanted to do the same thing. The only way I was able to do this was to create a new group, then enter my name and address 30 times (the number of labels per sheet on Avery 8160). Then I was able to print as many sheets as I wanted. The bad news is you have to enter 30 times, the good news is once you done it you can print as many labels as you need. good luck

The 5163 template has the following dimensional specs:

Hor. Spacing (gutter): 0.14000"          Vert. Spacing (gutter): 0.00000"
Intended Use: Mailing Labels, Shipping Labels, Address Labels
There's a great vendor site with this data readily available, better than the Avery site in my opinion. But, you can get the same info in the Contacts Print dialog pane.
You can grab a template matching these dimensions from that vendor site, Copy the table after opening the Word Template in Pages and drop the into a blank Numbers Sheet.
I found that Sheet side margins of 0.15" worked better than 0.18. For some reason the table wanted to flow to the next page to the right with 0.18". Turning off the Headers and Footers and setting Top and Bottom Margins to 0.5" worked well. These adjustments are made in the Sheets Inspector.
So, that will put the template you specified into a Numbers document and you can print labels properly aligned from there. Since your problem statement is a bit lacking in detail, that's all I can offer you at this point.

Printing address book on day-timer portable page

Anyone have any suggestions for the page layout to print address book to Day-Timer Portable page format? They don't give any options (like Avery 5160, etc). My wife still likes her addresses printed out for her Day-Timer book. The old app that she previously used on her old Mac no longer works on the new OS on her MacAir.

I used to have the Palm Desktop application on my old Mac and that what we used to printout the Day-Timer Portable page format. Of course the Palm Desktop app no longer works on the new Mac OS. I guess if I could get the page layout for that app, I could duplicate the layout.
