Printing error in physical invoice

Question

When the customer is using a Z pricing condition and leaving it with out entering any value, The final invoice is getting blank.
The Z pricing is a manual price condition, it is always entered, it will be entered to some order where the customer specific price is commited.
Lets take a case where user entered this Z pricing condition and later realised there is no customer specific price, so he is leaving the Z pricing condition as blank
In the order, delivery and Invoice has price for that specific item in SAP. The main issue is in the final physical invoice that price is not reflecting and it is blank     
If you check in the SAP in all the documents you will get net price for that specific item but in the final physical invoice printout it is not reflecting.
While calculating the tax for all the items, the tax is getting calculated for the blank Z pricing condition also.
For example I have entered 5 items and left 1 item's pricing condition as above mentioned Z pricing condition and leave it as blank.
The customer receives an invoice the total amount of which is DIFFERENT to the sum of its items incl. VAT as well as (very important) to the posted amount in Accounts Receivable.
The total net amount on invoice fails to include the net amount for the specific items entered in the order using the specific action sequence.
On the contrary, tax (19% VAT) for these items is indeed included, creating a confusing total amount which contains tax for items not appearing to have been actually invoiced.
Here is the item details

Item3          174.00
Item4      blank        0.00
Item5          110.00
For above pricing the Tax must be 60.58 but it is printed as 79.58. I think it includes tax for the one item that is left blank.
We are using Standard SAPscript for Invoice, is there any OSS notes to apply or how to handle this?

Hi,
Thanks for your inputs, sorry forgot to mention that there is no separate window for this subtotal information, it is included in a text element within the same main window where we have text elements for printing the line item details also. Actually if there are 8-9 line items the main window calls a page break, but if there are about 7 line items which are distinct the main window tries to print all the line items within its window size and thereby overlapping the subtotal information in the o/p.
Please tell me if protect endprotect will help in this case?
Or if anyone has any code to handle this situation, please do let me know?
