Printing information (date+time) of an order

Hi experts,
Do you know where printing information (date + time) of an order is stored?
Does SAP store also a re-printing information?
Via configuration OIOE, it triggers the printing information in table JCDS , but in case of re-printing, SAP does not seem to store that information.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
P.

Hi,
Several suggestions to find the replied date & time:
1. We can find related emails in Outlook, then find the replied date & time from the related emails:
Right click on the message in the list, Select "Find Related" -> "Messages in This Conversation" from the menu that comes up.
2. View tab -> Conversations -> check "Show as conversations", then we can easily find other emails in the conversation, then find the replied date & time.
Anyway, both methods above are manual and based on your request description, I don't think the whole process can be performed with the build-in feature automatically. However, the whole process may be realized via VBA, if you can accept a VBA method, I suggest
you post the detailed request in Outlook for Developers forum:

  • Printing emails date/time in headings

    How do I adjust the header : left, middle, right etc to select date/time that is the same as that of the message on sending msgs.
    Cannot find the list of format controls for such when in print preview, print, options (say centre),, custom, format controls etc.
    I do NOT want today's date/time only e.g., when the message was sent or received (i.e., local date/time).
    The only way I have found so far is to print the message source which can be a bit long.
    Using Thunderbird 24.4 under Linux with Mageia v4 distro (all fixpacks etc).

    The date offered is the date time printed. You do not get the option to modify which date and time is used. If you feel it is not correct, simply remove it.

  • Trying to print the date arrays in reverse order....

    Hi,
    I'm trying to print the dates in the arrays in reverse order using the for loop, but its not working and i think ive got something in the wrong order perhaps the constructor or method. Or do i need to define 'a', because i tried it and i couldn't unless, probably because i was putting the wrong code for it.
    Thanks for your help
    public class Array
      public static void main(String[] args)
              a[0] = new Date(2, " January ", 2005)
              a[1] = new Date(3, " February ", 2005)
              a[2] = new Date(21, " March ", 2005)
              a[3] = new Date(28, " April ", 2005)
                                   printDate();
    class Date
      public int day;
      public String month;
      public int year;
      public Date(int d, String m, int y)
        day = d;
        month = m;
        year = y;
      public void printDate()
      for (int i = a.length - 1; i >= 0; i--)
                  System.out.println(a);

    I don't see where this 'a' variable is declared anywhere, so what did you expect it to do? Also, you can't just call Date's printDate method from your Array class like that. You really need to start with the java tutorials or take a course. The forums aren't going to effectively teach you the very basics.

  • HELP - no date/time and clip order is weird

    Hello,
    I have a feeling I have seen people with the same problem as I have now but I haven't found a good answer on what to do. First of all, after having capture my clips into Premiere CS3, the date/time of the clips are obviously not in the app - can't find them anywhere so a workaround is to use paper and pen and look at the timestamp of the camera when a shot was taken. Not so good. It is weird that I can't make this date/time marking of clips work - even KISS apps like WMM does this very easily. Anybody?
    But last time I run into a tricker problem. After capture I had a greater number of clips, and now I can't sort them in any sensible order. Maybe they were initally sorted chronologically but after having reordered for some other reason the chronological order seems impossible to revert to.
    Also the automatic clip naming seem to be of no help:
    Untitled Clip 01 01 9
    Untitled Clip 01 01 10
    Untitled Clip 01 01 11
    Untitled Clip 01 01 12
    Untitled Clip 01 02 7
    Untitled Clip 01 02 8
    Untitled Clip 01 02 9
    Untitled Clip 01 02 10
    Untitled Clip 01 03 4
    Untitled Clip 01 02 5
    seems to have the cronological order
    Untitled Clip 01 01 9
    Untitled Clip 01 02 7
    Untitled Clip 01 03 4
    Untitled Clip 01 01 10
    Untitled Clip 01 02 8
    Untitled Clip 01 02 5
    etc
    Anybody who can give me some advice about this. This is very time consuming and annoying...
    Thanks
    /D

    Sorting by media start assumes all on the same tape and only one tape per bin. Might not be the case always, especially if you want to match up shots from several cameras using datacode. That's why I use Scenalyzer to put date/time in the filename.
    Adobe didn't mention displaying datacode in their spec, so it shouldn't really be too much of a surprise to find it isn't included.
    Since I don't use PPro's capture, I don't know the subtleties of the results of opting to split capture files into scenes. Does that give any hints in filename or logging etc?
    If you want extra datacode facilities in CS5 (gossip says CS4 is beyond the new feature stage), then best submit a request via

  • Printing current date and time on each page

    I'm often printing several versions of a document (e.g. a paper in progress). To keep track of the printouts I would like to print the date and time of printing onto each page, regardless of which application I'm using (although it would be okay if it works for PDF files only, if it happens automatically). I have seen Windows printer drivers including this feature, but haven't found any settings here (e.g., Canon iR3225) nor any hidden-CUPS-feature-I-could-activate-in-the-config-file.
    Any ideas? Some sort of preprocessing I could inject into cups?

    I agree with Greg. I had a quick look through the cups settings and could not see what you want. The closest thing would be a cover page, which you can also do via the standard print dialog.
    And checking the iR32xx series printer driver on Windows 7, there is no feature to print the date/time within the driver. So as Greg has mentioned your reference to Windows having this feature must be via an application rather than a driver setting.

    I'm sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but I was unable to find it. Following a change I made to the Date & Time prefs in order for the complete date to show in the menu bar I am now unable to determine the time a backup was made or anything else for that matter.
    I made the modification via the International Preferences - Formats pane, but this did not display as I wanted and I have since gone back to how it was originally or so I thought! Now all the time stamps are showing as a five or six digit number. Does anyone know have to change this back!

    Hi, and welcome to the forums.
    Do you mean in the TM Interface +(Enter Time Machine)?+
    If so, try turning TM off, selecting the "none" drive, quitting System Preferences, then going back and re-selecting the drive.
    If that doesn't work, try a "full reset:"
    Turn TM Off, de-select the drive, note any exclusions in Options, quit System Preferences.
    Delete the file /Library/Preferences/com.apple.TimeMachine.plist (in your top-level Library folder, not your home folder).
    Re-select your drive (and re-enter any exclusions).
    Do a +Back Up Now+ or wait for the next scheduled backup.

    How to print date & time stamp on photos?

    Three methods:
    File>process multiple files>labels. Be sure to uncheck "same as source", or the originals will be overwritten. It is best to work on duplicate files, esp. while learning.
    Use the horizontal or vertical type tool to add the information manually to each picture file
    If the same information is to be applied to several pictures, e.g. a copyright notice, use  of a brush made in PSE is very efficient

  • Add Curent Date & Time to PDF when Printed

    This is my first post so please excuse any ignorance.
    Basically we are in the process of creating electronic copies of SOP’s and putting them on our file server for all staff to access. Due to regulations, when these SOP’s are printed they would need to have the current date and time in which the SOP was printed, ideally like a watermark faded diagonally across the page but even if it was something on the bottom or top this would also do the trick.
    It should read "Only Valid on Date of Printing - <Current Date><Current Time>
    Could somebody please tell me if something like this is possible by incorporating JavaScript into the PDF.
    Any assistance I would be grateful.

    Thank you so much, I got it and it worked perfect courtesy of "hardDriver2". For anybody else who is looking to do this see below.
    // Description: This script adds a text field to the left side of all

    // document is printed and fills the field with date.
    // Add field to each page of form
    var inch = 72;
    for (var p = 0; p < this.numPages; p++) {
        // create rectangle quads for field
        var aRect = this.getPageBox( {nPage: p} );
        aRect[0] = 0.0;
        aRect[1] = 0.0;
        aRect[2] = 26.0;
        aRect[3] = 792;
        // now construct text field to fill with date information
        var f = this.addField("PrintField", "text", p, aRect )

        f.rotation = 90;
    // Adds a doc level script to populate text field when doc prints from

  • CDHDR date/time fields vs. changenr field - what's the proper order ?

    I have an application where I need to keep track of all the changes on sales orders.  Got it working pretty well, but in production it has the nasty habit of missing some changes ( it runs every 15 minutes and keeps track of the last date/time of an item it picked up ).  What's worse is that if I do a full run from scratch, the missing stuff appears.
    I think my algolrithim is flawed because of the missing things plus I found two entries who's entries look like the following (all in VERKBELEG) - yes, this is REAL data from my production system:
    changenr          udate     utime
    0004520883     2/27/2007     19:20:24
    0004522894     2/27/2007     19:16:31
    Apologies for the formatting - anyways, as you can see - which entry happened first?  Is the changenr field the authority on that or is the date/time fields ?  I have to think it's changenr because of the following:
    1 - changenr is part of the primary key - date and/or time is not
    2 - my program is missing changes
    What's even wierder is that the above two changes were made by the same person - and I have no idea which one they did first.
    bottom line - what determines order of changes ? - field changenr or date/time fields (which are udate and utime respectively).  I thought when I designed this the first time that it would been entry #2 above, but now I'm thinking it's entry #1.

    Tom;
    Thank you very much for the information - I did run transaction SNRO and I see on my dev box that it's buffered ( 10 numbers ).  This then leads to my next set of questions:
    1 - If you have multiple app servers and it's bufferered, where does it buffer ?
    2 - Are the change numbers still in order of the changes ( see #4 below ) ?
    3 - When a change number is buffered - does that mean the entire change is buffered or does that mean that only the number is buffered ?
    4 - If you have multiple app servers with multiple changes - do the changes appear in the database in order of the change numbers or out of order ?  Here's a simple example:
        change 1 - done by app server 1
        change 2 - done by app server 2
        change 3 - done by app server 1
        change 4 - done by app server 1
        change 5 - done by app server 2
    At any point, would I see any change number in the database which has a higher change number than one that doesn't yet exist in a commited form in the database ?  In order words, if I did the read just right, would I see changes 1,3,4 on one read and then 15 minutes later 1,2,3,4,5 ?  The reason I'm asking is because if you want to remember where you last left off, if a change number "appears" later and not in order, tracking the change numbers won't help either.

  • Print PDF document with printer's name and date/time of print

    Hi,
    I'm pretty new to this...
    I have a PDF document and when I print it, I want the printer's name and the date/time of print to be showed on the printer's output.
    I have several printers (some local and some on network) and don't necessarly use the default one. I would like the name of the printer used, to be printed on the document.
    With var h = this.getField("Printer"); h.value = app.printerNames; I'm able to get the list of all printers available but I just need the one used.
    For the date/time, using var f = this.getField("Today"); f.value = util.printd("mmm/d/yyyy", new Date()); gives me the date/time of when the document is open, not when the document is printed. (or maybe I'm missing something?)
    I guess the date/time issue is not the major one as there is usually not much difference between the time you open the document and the time you print it.
    I'm more interested in the printer's name.
    I use Acrobat Pro 9 to edit my PDF document.
    Can anyone help me please?
    Thanks!

    This project was left aside for a while... but it's now finished!
    Thank you for the answers. It was helpful.
    Here is a step-by-step of what I did (using Adobe Acrobat 9.5.1):
    Open PDF document in Acrobat
    Select Forms -> Add or Edit Fields
    Add two text fields: one called "Today" for the date and one called "Printer" for the printer name
    Close the form editing
    Select Advanced -> Document Processing -> Set Document Actions...
    Then select Document Will Print and Edit
    Paste the following code:
    var f = this.getField("Today"); f.value = util.printd("dd mmm yyyy - HH:MM", new Date());
    var pp = this.getPrintParams();
    this.getField("Printer").value = pp.printerName;
    Save your PDF
    Enjoy!
    The date and printer name field will be automatically updated when you print the document!
