my script problem:

in this record i want to store into ACCOUNT : GSIP_200065001020
but the result show is store in ACCOUNT : COSTCENTER65001020
then i change :
*REC(EXPRESSION=%VALUE%/3,ACCOUNT=COSTCENTER.ID+ACTIVITY.IS_ACCOUNT)
now result show is store in ACCOUNT : GSIP_2000ACTIVITY.IS_ACCOUNT
any idea on how to store in ACCOUNT : GSIP_200065001020??

It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I HAD two accounts because of this problem. I completely removed the problem account from the Apple Mail client. Guess what is happening?? That's right - Mail is still sending from the other account that no longer exists on my computer, and I have absolutely no idea how this is happening. This is incredibly frustrating. When a recipient chooses to reply to my message, quite often I won't get it now because it is going to the other account that has now been deleted from my system. COME ON APPLE!!! WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THIS???

Different rich text/plain text settings for different accounts?

I use Mail for both my work email (MS Exchange) and my personal email (webmail/IMAP). Many of my coworkers use Outlook's rich text formatting options, so I need to have my work emails go out as rich text. However I'd like to have my personal emails go out as plain text.
I can set Mail to create new messages in plain text, but to reply in the same format of the original message. That takes care of everything EXCEPT when I compose a new message using my work address... in that case it goes out as plain text, and my coworkers complain that they can't use formatting, because their copies of Outlook are in turn configured to reply in the same format as the original message.
So ideally what I'd like is to have two different formatting settings for my two different accounts. Anyone know how this might be done? Any plugins, etc., that might accomplish this?

Since you are running Jaguar, Jaguar and Panther Mail do not support composing in HTML and this includes when forwarding a message received that was composed in HTML.
Since Jaguar and Panther Mail do not support composing or forwarding HTML, you can't embed images or photos in the message body anyway.
RTF with Tiger Mail is really HTML and although Tiger Mail does not include an HTML composer/editor, you can copy/paste HTML format from a web page and forward HTML received.
Images/photos and single page PDF attachments are revealed as inline or viewed in place within the body of the message by default which cannot be turned off. This applies to received and sent messages which is not the same as being embedded. Embedded requires HTML and an embedded attachment is not a true attachment. All Mail.app versions render HTML received but you cannot attach a photo or image as embedded with Jaguar or Panther Mail so it doesn't matter if you use RTF or Plain Text in regards to photo/image or single page PDF attachments which appear as inline or viewed in place within the body of the message by default regardless.
When you use Plain Text for message composition, the receiving mail client renders the text in whatever font the reader chooses.
IMO, everyone should use Plain Text for message composition. Messages would be boring to some but the majority if not all problems experienced with email would be eliminated if HTML was banned from message composition.

Hi, here's a question:
How can I share the home folder with different accounts on the same mac?
The whole point being not to have to install all my apps, and move all my files each time between users.
The second thing would be to be able to modify one document on one account, and have it changed on the other account without having to copy it.
I would like to have a pro and a private account on my mac.

Your apps should not be installed in your home folder--they should be in /Applications where every user can access them.
If you want to share things between users on the same Mac, use the /Users/Shared folder. Keep your home folder private. Trying to defeat the protections on the home folder subfolders just gets messy. I've never bothered to figure out all of the problems associated with it so I can't explain how to do it.
Even with using Shared, you would need to alter the ACLs on the shared folder in order to allow both users to modify the documents.
You must create a Group in Users & Groups and put each user in that group. Then create a folder inside /Users/Shared where you want to share the various files.
Then, add an ACL to the shared folder that gives the group special permissions. on that folder.
sudo chmod -R +a "<sharinggroup> allow delete,chown,list,search,add_file,add_subdirectory,delete_child,file_inherit,directory_inherit" /Users/Shared/<sharing folder>
Replace <sharinggroup> and <sharingfolder> with the name of your group and your folder. Then, run the command in the Terminal.
With that ACL, each user in <sharinggroup> will be able to alter the files created by any user in the group in that <sharingfolder>.
Essentially, the client OS is not designed for true file sharing among the individual users. It is designed to isolate each user account from the others.

I am wanting to purchase an iPad for myself and kids but I am wondering if they need to be setup under a different Apple account or just one. What about my iPhone that is under that account? So how many devices can be linked to an account before it is maxed out?

I'm not sure what the total limit is (or if there is one), but two iPads and one iPhone is no problem - you only need one account and you can have the same apps on all three devices if you want without any issues (I have an iPad, iPhone and iPod without problems). There was a thread a few weeks ago about a newspaper app (though it could have been a magazine), where the issue could only be downloaded to one device, but that is the only time I've heard about that limit.

I got an iTunes account years ago with an ID and password...them later got a mobile me and password...now I have an iPad and downloaded iCloud and I can't get my movies and tv shows on iPad because different account name and password from my mobile me.

I can't get my movies and tv shows on iPad now that I have added iCloud. The problem is that my iTunes account has different name and password from my mobile me account. Can I change my iTunes account name and password so that they will transfer to my iPad with the mobile me / iCloud account? I need to figure out how to make the two accounts one or iCloud has to be able to accept my iTunes account with years of music and movies.

I got the "wrong answer", so the next time I asked for an email authentication. I am still waiting. I don't know what the usual time for waiting normally is. I am still waiting for an email reply from three days ago. I'm not going to hold my breath. My ipad is out of warranty but I may have to beg for help from support? I'll wait awhile longer. Sharing music between different accounts on a single computer

I have read the instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1203 , but I'm still having a problem.
Scenario: Two Ipods, one PC (WinXP), one big music library, originally created and stored directly in C:\My Music, which is accessible to all users of the PC. From my non-admin account, I add folders and files to my itunes library, modify songs and artwork, no problem. Now my son has an iPod, and I would like to be able to share out portions of the C:\My Music library with him. It kind of works. He adds files and folders to his library, on his account, in his itunes. The music is there, but it is somehow protected. No artwork, in fact I get the "artwork is not modifiable" message. Nor can he modify any info in the songs. In a few cases, the artwork comes with the songs, but mostly not. In either case, no info in the songs are modifiable. Neither of our Windows XP user accounts are admin, but why does my account seem to "own" the songs? He's not going to be happy without any artwork in his library or on his ipod.

Can i use same customer master record in different sales area

i have created a record of customer master - RAM in sold to party account group using sales area - (I).
(i.e,) XYZ ( sales org ) - A (dis channel ) - XX ( division)
now i have created another record of customer master - DAVID in sold to party acc group using sales area - (II).
(i.e) XYZ (sales org) - A (dis channel ) - YY ( division ).
when i am trying to change SH party function of "RAM" with "DAVID" its throwing an error message that DAVID is not created in Sales Area - (I).
please let me know how to resolve this

Hi,
There are two solution to control this.
1) Extend customers in respective sales area. i.e.. DAVID in XYZ-A-XX or RAM in XYZ-A-YY.
2) Define reference sales organisation, channel and division and assign to respective.
EX.
Define sales org. "0000" and assign to all sales orgs.
Define channel "00" and assign to all channels.
Define division "00" and assign to all divisions.
Now create customer masters only in sales area 0000-00-00 and you can use this customer anywhere for any sales area (at transactional level). This is one time activity and will save so much time in creating(or extending) master records in different sales area.

I deleted Iphoto and Imovie because i cannot able to update it for it was installed using different account the previuos owner of my macbook. all his preinstalled application cannot be updates since it was his account. how can i can i install iphoto and i moveie using my own account? please help me.

There's no need to create a new Apple ID just because the hard drive was replaced.
Apps can only be re downloaded using the same Apple ID they were purchased with originally.
You will have to re purchase the app using the new Apple ID.

Different field groups in the different account groups

Dear IT Experts,
I´m working on restructuring authorization in roles concerning the IC and TP customers.
The goal of this changes is be able to have different field groups in the different account groups (TP and IC), for give you some more detail a good example can be, the same AMS user should be able to change general data and sales views for TP customers but for IC he should only be allowed to change the sales views, however when the changes are made in the roles they are being ignored because as far as I could check the system does not have as a rule that the field groups are or can be dependent from the account group...
I can give you a clear example:
Role A
F_KNA1_AEN -> VGRUP = 10-16
F_KNA1_GRP -> ACTVT = 01, 02, 03
F_KNA1_GRP -> KTOKD = INTR
Role B
F_KNA1_AEN -> VGRUP = 16
F_KNA1_GRP -> ACTVT = 01, 02, 03
F_KNA1_GRP -> KTOKD = THIR
Despite it looks fine, the system is not validating the account group with the correspondent field group in each role, so the field groups that the system use is unique, it means it the content of the object F_KNA1_AEN in total independently of used account group!
So my question is, can we apply any other object that makes the field group being directly depending of the account group, as we can see for example activities for each account group having something similar for field group and account group?
Can someone please explain me step-by-step how I can do this work even if by another method?
I´m quite new on this issues and I really need your wisdom to find a solution for this.

The debate is each inidividual business unit has defined different account groups for the same vendor in their respective systems.
The question is : What is the best practice-- Should we keep Vendor account group as main table field and define Vendors with one unique account groups OR we maintain the account group in qualified table each pointing to different business unit.
In my opinion this is going to be very complex solution. Ideally we need to define all the Harmonization rules before syndicating data to different target systems.
Is this possibel that the same vendor record which is existing as vendor of different account groups in different systems have same set of attributes. If yes then enabling the remote key for Account group Lookup field is one option and defining a unique Account group 'AG" (which is mapped to say AG1 from remote system1, AG2 from remote system2 and so on..)..
Managing this via Qualified table will be very complex and not advisabel. As Rajesh also mentioned Account Group in MDM should be considered as Global attribute and all such harmonization rules should be defined in your project. AG1=AG2=AG in above exmaple.

when i am doing AP invoice copy from GRPO then add the AP invoice error is showing no matching record found "GL ACCOUNT".
Item is manged by item group evn i check the item group accounting and selection of GL account on ap invoice document.
even then it is showing the error and not able to add AP document.

If you display the G/L Account with Form Settings, is the field empty or not? I would usually restore a backup of the DB as a test DB and fill all the fields in the G/L Account Determination with dummy g/l accounts that does noet make sense (by doing this it is easier to find out which field in the Account Determination causes the error). I would use clearly identifiable accounts in all the EMPTY fields, to try to determine which one causes the problem.
Try posting the document and go to the Journal to see to which account did it post to. By comparing the account posting in the Journal with the Account Determination, you would be able to see which account it was.

Bought EPUB book off of B&N site for my Pandigital Reader, trying to read it on my computer. I keep getting message "DOCUMENT IS LICENSED FOR DIFFERENT ACCOUNT" . I followed directions in another thread to fix issue and I still get error message
How do I find out WHAT account document CAN be read on? I have 2 diff emails attached to this ADOBE DIG READER & neither of them will allow me to read this book!
This is WILD! As wild as not being able to unlock DRM books to read on diff devices or convert to PDF
Anywho, is there a way to find this out (what account I CAN read it on?)

I am having the exact same problem! I cannot move my B&N books for my Pandigital into ADE! I have changed everything so that all of my log ins are exactly the same, I have uninstalled and re-installed everything Adobe. I have authorized, de-authorized and re-authorized!! Someone help!!
