Problem while run the application directly

i have developed an application which uses database . i have downloaded few dll files required to connect the database (In XAMPP MySQL) . when i am running the application from the visual studios, the application is working perfect but when i am using the
application file which is in debug folder .. it was showing an error .. i don't know why its is happening like this . Please help me out as soon as possible

When you installed MySQL the assemblies should have been registered in the GAC. I would remove the current MySQL references and then re-add them through the .NET tab. You probably only need to add MySql.Data (see below):
Do not add any of the other libraries unless your application is using them.
If, and only if, you will be running your app on another computer should you set the Copy Local property to True. If you are only running the app on your computer or MySQL is already installed on the other computers then set it to False.

Getting "Error Establishing Socket " error while running the application

Hi,
Can Any one help me as I getting the following error while inserting data into database for after some rows and will insert for some rows then again some error . I googled but but didnt get any proper solution.
Soultion what I got it is
1) turn off windows firewall.
2) change server TCP/IP settings.
3) It will give probelm with windows XP SP 2
I tried all but didnt able to solve that.

Created an ADF application and Deployed this application to Weblogic server.
I am getting the below error After deploy into weblogic server while running the application
I am able to run this application well in JDeveloper using the IntegratedWebLogicServer.
The Application is successfully deployed to the Web Logic server.
While creating the domain, I have extended the Oracle JRF classes.
Error
Error 404--Not Found

On the Deployments look for the Testing tab.. you will see your test link to check your deployment ..
Some times.. for some reasons( which i dontKnow :( it doesnt identify with m/c name.. repalce it with IP address..and give a try.. if its on local /c u can try 127.0.0.1 /(or local host too)

1) Is this a new issue? Has your keyboard worked fine before?
2) Is you keyboard hanging up when you run a specific application? Does it hang up at boot up?
3) What operating system are you running?

Link Button disappears while running the application

In one of my User Defined Forms i've added a link button and i've given the properties like Linkto,Link Object and all.In Preview mode it is available.But while i run the application,it is not available .Any body please help me to resolve this issue

Hi Gibi,
Form Freeze mode stops you from seeing any updates on the screen (to prevent the flickering effect) until you unfreeze it.
The linked button will only display once the field has been filled and the form is "un frozen".

Facing a problem while running a application on a sever

Hi All,
When i am trying to run anapplication via Webdynpro it is throwing an error saying "<b></b>Page can not be displayed"
What could be the possible reason of error?

This error means that the requested resource is not present in the server. If it is Webdynpro for java applicaiton, goto the Webdynpro console and check if your application has been deployed. For this use the left hand side "Deployed Content" box and click on the arrow befor the local listing if you have deployed a custom application. Double click on the application and you can see if it has been started(Green box) . Try to run the application from here by clicking the run button. This way you can make sure you don't have any issue with the deployement. If you still get the error, there could be some resources missing which might have been logged into the log file. By analysing the log file you can fix them. Please let me know how it comes up once you check the above mentioned things.

The workaround mentioned by Chris will not be required in future versions of TopLink 10.1.3. We have removed our dependency on the 3-arg javax.xml.namespace.QName constructor that is not present in the WebLogic 8.1 distribution of the QName class.

Problem while deploying the application

Hi,
My application is currently working fine on tomcat .
I am trying to migrate it to Weblogic 8.1 SP4 in clustered environment.
While deploying the application, I am getting the following error.
<BEA-101249> <[ServletContext(id=19016735,name=test,context-path=/test)]: Servlet class com.ABC.EFG.services.QuartzInitializerServlet for servlet QuartzInitializer could not be loaded because the requested class was not found in the classpath.
Please provide me the solutions.

The workaround is to extract the ear file into war and jar files. Then open this war or jar file whatever you want to modify in the deployment tool. Save this modified war/jar file. Re-open the ear file and remove the previous war and jar files and add this new ones into the project.

Calling report from forms while running the application from thin clients

I am using thin client technology with 64MB RAM for running developer 6i application.
The server has windows 2000 advanced server with 256 MB RAM.
When I run the apllication from a single client, it works fine even for multiple windows.
But the moment I switch on more thin clients, the client which fired the printing job first works fine, while the others allow data entry using forms but any call to report for direct printing throws an illegal condition error. I have tried both run_product and host option for running reports. The error returned is the same.
Howver if the report is run from command prompt simultaneously from both the clients it works fine.
Immediate help required in this case

Hi,
you better off using Run_Report_Object() instead of Run_Product(). There is a Whitepaper available on otn.oracle.com/products/forms that details this. The problem that you run into is that Forms Services(thin clients) are multi user environments while Reports called via Run_Product() is a single user environment. This means that the Reports Runtime does not handle Reports requests in parallel but sequential one at a time. The first user blocks the runtime engines and all other hang for this time.

Possible Video Card problem while running 3d applications on wine

Hello guys, I got an issue with wine running 3d games/applications on the netbook and I thought this was the right place to post, since I'm pretty new to Arch, sorry if I messed something up with the sections.
Long story short: The applications/games I "tested" are Football Manager 2013 (via Steam) and Nintendo64 emulator. I didn't post on the wine forums since I'm pretty sure it's not a wine related problem, due to the fact that on my desktop both work without any problem with same wine and Arch configuration.
The netbook as an integrated Intel video, while the desktop has a nvidia card.
So I'm assuming there something wrong with the video card/drivers/configuration even if X runs good and seem configured correctly.
When I run those games with wine i get the following error and I get a black screen on wine:

Problem while running the program in background

hi SDNs,
i have problem while i run report in background. in background, last three columns are not appearing in the report. whereas it showing all columns in foreground.
i have increased the line-size, even then it is giving truncating last some columns.
could you any one pls help me out, what to do ?

Problem while running the scheduled jobs?

Hi any body know the reasons for this?
1) one job got cancelled with error "ABAP/4 processor: SPOOL_INVALID_JOB,
log:
"The current ABAP program had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected an internal system error.
The current ABAP program "RSPPFPROCESS" had to be terminated because the ABAP processor discovered an invalid system state."
2) second job got cancelled with error "system exception ERROR_MESSAGE UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION CX_OS_DB_UPDATE seems there is some problem in updating the table PPFSTRIGG". but PPFSTRIGG is not table it is structure.
when next execution of these jobs there r working fine.

What is your desired startup page? Is it something like home.html, or index.jsp? Are you opening the application with a URL like:
http://myhost/myapp
If so, you probably need to add the welcome file definitions in your web.xml file. You can find the syntax in the OC4J docs.

Hi all, i am getting a error you have insufficient previlages for the current operations, the application was working fine before, the exact problem is, its not executing process form request at all, all the pages are running, but i am not able to execute any operation defined in process form request in any of the pages and getting common error(you have insufficient previlages for the current operations)...can any one give me solution....
