Problem with RMIClassLoader.loadClass

Question

I am having problem in RMI for SSL. Please reply back.
I have a class which has call to
RMIClassLoader.loadClass( "TestClass");
I am testing with SSL. But it gives ClassNotFoundException for the TestClass even if TestClass is present.
My code

catch ( ClassNotFoundException e )
     e.printStackTrace();     
loader class is present in a separate directory than the TestClass. TestClass is present in the root of https://localhost:443/ . It works for http setting on port 80, but not for https on port 443.
test.policy file exists both in the loader directory and TestClass directory.
This is the policy file
grant {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
if i put the TestClass directory in the classpath of loader class it works. But i want loader class to download TestClass from https://localhost:443/ .
Please help.

I am using JDK1.3. Does 1.3 support RMIClassLoader.loadClass()
for SSL?
