Probleme commande viVxiCommandQuery

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec la commande viVxiCommandQuery(Visession InstrumentHandle,ViUint 16 Mode, ViUint32 command,ViUint32*response).
Es-ce la même commande que viQueryf(vi, writeFmt, readFmt, ...) ?
J'ai compris quel est le premier argument de cette fonction mais pour le reste je ne vois pas. J'ai trouvé des informations sur la documentattion VISA mais il ne précise pas à quoi correspond le mode (a par envoyer une commande ou un requete de 16 ou 32 bits en TCP/IP), pour le 3ème arguments la commande est de type ViUint32 ce qui ne correspond pas une chaine de caratère de même pour le dernier argument.
Le but de mon application est d'envoyer un commande via TCP/IP à un SMJ100A de rohde&Schwarz.

Workflow 2.6.4.0.0 configuration problem - Command window does not close

I am trying to install Oracle Workflow 2.6.4.0.0. as part of Warehouse builder using the details mentioned in this link

From the Start menu click Programs > Oracle <Database HOME> > Configuration and Migration Tools >
Workflow Configuration Assistant. The Assistant is started.
Accept the default for Install Option
Workflow Account: (Accept the default ) owf_mgr
Workflow Password: owf_mgr
SYS Password : <Enter the SYS account password>
TNS Connect Descriptor: localhost:1521:orcl
Click Submit.
However following this document, the command window did not close, and I did not get any message stating that Workflow Configuration has successfully completed.
The command window displays this message as the final step and does not close-

I ran into this problem. And it took me while to get it fixed, but It does work.
First the TNS Desc is misleading. One would think that it would be host:port:sid. What it is really looking for is host:port:servicename. But if you want to use the "Change Tablespace" drop down list you need to, enter the sys password, change it to host:port:sid - Then use the drop list. And change it back before you press submit.
The second thing that I found is that it wants to use the SYSTEM tablespace as temporary tablespace. THis is becuase it is looking for a temp tablespace called TEMP. If you look a the line default_temp = SYSTEM. And if you dont supply a tablespace it wanted to change it in the wfsysgnt.sql script in the $OH\wf\sql directory. You would think that what ever the default database tbs and temp tbs is - that owf would use that. No, it wanted to change it. Oracle needs to fix this.
So here is how i fixed it. I had to create a temporary tablespace called TEMP, does not need to be big as I dropped it after it was done. Then i had to modify the wfinstall.csh script and use the install options. Not the /tablespace this option is obayed but it will try to use the SYSTEM as the temp tbs. Here is my example that I appended:
/wfacct "owf_mgr" /wfpasswd "my_owf_mgr_pwd" /debug "true" /tnsConnDesc "my_host_ip:my_port:my_servicename" /syspasswd "change_on_install" /tablespace "OWF_TBS"

Switching application shortcut problem (COMMAND+TAB) and (COMMAND+`)

Hello everyone
Since the upgrade Leopard i had a problem with the switching apps shortcut.
Once you start the switching apps forward shortcut (COMMAND + TAB), the switching apps Backward shortcut (COMMAND + `) won't work anymore. The only thing that make it works it to use (COMMAND + SHIFT + TAB) which is not good. It gives me cramp in my left hand! HA!
Anyways I check out petty much everywhere in the settings where I could find a customize shortcut for that. But I didn't find it. I also check if is was not an other application who was taking the same shortcut and it is not the case.
Can somebody help me on that one.
I know it is not a big deal but... still.

Some applications allow you to set hotkeys (Quicksilver, a 3rd party app, is the example I used -- this is not included with OSX). I was thinking that perhaps some other application you have was using the hotkey cmd-tab and stealing it from the finder.
You can also change the 'meta' keys in the system 'Keyboard and Mouse' prefereneces (click on keyboard -> modifier keys) -- this maybe is confusing things if its not set to defaults.
There's also a 'keyboard shortcuts' tab under keyboard and mouse, look under there e and see if there's anything involving tab (by default there shouldn't be).

Problem commands at Cedar

good morning
i use a mobile sony cedar to send and receive many sms from pc and it works very well.
I get an error only when I delete an address in the phonebook.
Use the command: AT + CPBW = N
The command works only if N = 1.
The problem you can solve it?

The problem is in the phone. Using a phone alcatel the problem goes away.

JSF Problem: Command Button

Can you have a Command Button action event take you to a url?
If you can how do you do this, for me it keeps taking me to some default file on my "C" drive (C:\rave\rave)

I have a really annoying problem. command C andV stop working just in Microsoft Word. what should i do?i can't use them as shortcut keys in word documents! however they are working in other applications, the problem is just in word documents!

I just had the same thing happen on my Macbook but was able to resolve it (at least for now!). Here's what I did:
Go to Tools>Customize Keyboard
You can then select 'edit' on the left side under categories. Then on the right side, you'll see lots of commands. Scroll down till you find the ones that aren't working. Ex. Editcopy, Editpaste.
Select each one and check to see if there is a command short cut. Ex. for editcopy it should read: "Command C"
If it does not (i.e. the problem), put the cursor in "Press new keyboard shortcut." Then press the command key along with the corresponding letter. Note you will not type the letters out but actually do the command. Then press "Assign." The shortcut command should then appear under 'Current Keys.' Go through and check all of the ones that aren't working for you.
BTW, this is a nifty was to add some cool commands that you use often. Ex. insert row on table, etc.
Quit Word and restart it. It should work. Hope that helps!

Illustrator Applescript open command is broken

Hi, Scripters have been doing many different things with Illustrator over the years. One of the things that allows that is the ability to open the files we need to process. Many things could prevent a file from opening, so the open command has a nifty dialogs parameter, that allows a scripture to ask Illustrator to open a file but regardless of any issues, prevent a dialog from opening. On top of that, Illustrator can be asked to not display any dialogs at all with the user interaction property.
Alas, the new Illustrator has a missing fonts dialog box that will not go away. It has the TypeKit logo at the top, so many folks, me included, got annoyed with TypeKit, but that was misplaced.
Adobe: If we can't confidently ask AppleScript to open a file without it, well, not opening, we are kind of screwed.
Please put someone on this task: When the open command is invoked with the dialogs parameter set to false, do not show the Missing Fonts dialog.
It has to happen and it has to happen quickly.

Alas, ill-mannered dialogs have always been a problem with AI. Super annoying, but then I read about all the other horrors Adobe perpetrate on their scripting users and am personally quite glad they leave AI's Apple event support largely alone.
I'm not familiar with this particular dialog (I'm currently still slumming it on CS6 for development purposes), but I have had the exact same problem in the past with Universal Type Server's "missing font" dialogs, which don't respect any of AI's user interaction settings either. I've even had problems with AI itself throwing up "swatch conflict" dialogs when duplicating content between documents.
To what extent these missing font dialogs are AI's fault versus the font manager's fault I couldn't say offhand. I'd have to spelunk the AI SDK to see if it provides any hooks for plugins to determine AI's current user interaction settings prior to throwing up dialogs and/or instructs plugin developers to respect those settings, and frankly if I wanted to deal with AI's C* APIs I wouldn't be using its scripting interface in the first place.
Either way, as W_J_T says, you need to submit a bug report directly to Adobe if you even want them to be aware of the issue. Whether they'll bother to fix it, who can say... the entire AppleScript world ain't exactly blooming with health these days, so I doubt a fix will be high priority assuming it's even practical.
In the meantime...
The workaround I used was to create a separate 'dialog monitor' service that my AI scripting code would activate before performing a command known to trigger badly-behaved dialogs, then deactivate again once the troublesome operation was done. While running, the service would use GUI Scripting to poll the state of AI's GUI every second or so, and if it detected the appearance of a dialog would figure out what type of dialog it was and click the appropriate button to dismiss it.
Obviously, this logic had to be individually coded for each type of dialog encountered, could be a tad fragile (though I did my best to make it cope with stuff like window order changing), and tended to require updating when new versions of software were installed. But it worked well enough
As this was all running on a headless Mac, I also wrapped the problem command in a try statement that'd catch any "timeout" errors, take a screenshot of AI's UI so I could see what (if any) dialogs were displayed at the time, then kill -9 the AI process and email me a full error report before restarting AI and proceeding onto the next job as normal. That way, any time the system got stuck on a dialog I'd not seen before, I had lots of troubleshooting info available to diagnose the problem and start working on the solution for that.
Being a Python weenie I just used a background thread to run all this stuff, but as an AppleScripter it shouldn't be any harder for you to write a stay-open 'dialog monitor' applet that does the UI polling from its `idle` handler. Just have your main script run and quit the monitor applet when needed, and mind and have it deal with any timeout errors as appropriate should your dialog monitor be unsuccessful in dismissing a dialog before the command gives up.

What is your table structure.
The command AT ........ENDAT work in sequential order.
Let me explain with example.
if your table itab has two column column1 and column2
loop at itab into wa.
at new column2.
// This will execute when the Value of column 1 change or column2

The solution of your problem is.
Change your internal table column order ,
Put the column first for which you want to calculate the sum.

Cycle through Safari windows doesn't work - command+~

I recently got a new Mac Pro with the latest Snow Leopard OS and all updates are current. Tried rebooting, running Disk Utility....my problem:
Command + ~ doesn't cycle through open Safari windows anymore. It gets stuck between two and just bounces back and forth between those when I cycling. It used to work fine, and I hate tabs. The shortcut is too clunky. Command+~ is stuck in my brain, but if I have 5+ separate Safari windows open, like I said, it will start to cycle through, but then it just picks two random ones and doesn't cycle to the rest.

I don't know if Swiss French keyboards behave the same as Danish, but on Danish keyboard you can cycle through windows by using cmd-< (which is the key left of z).

Sharing external drive between PC & 2 mac laptops - ntfs VS fat32 WARs

and I am having issues with file format.
my goal: to use one of my external drives as an easily sharable storage place through the airport extreme for media, and basic work dosc for me and my wife.
we have a PC desktop and each have mac laptops - me a macbook pro and her a mac pro.
I have an external 380 gig drive that I'd like to use thru the airport extreme. it is currently formatted ntfs and of course airport will only properly work with drives formatted as Fat32.
PROBLEM - command line in windows will not reformat this as a FAT32 drive as WIN XP only supports FAT32 drives up to 32 gig - at least through the format command.
questionm - how do I format this drive so a all or at least a large portion of it is accessible through my wireless network? ? (also why won't airport extreme work with ntfs drives?)

Since I instaled my new motu traveler interface on my computer, I have midi problem of any kind... bad timing ;like play on time and records before the cursor's line... Latensy and so on.
1)Does thoes problems also occur on logic ???.
Cause guess what ! I'm struggling with a PC !!(cubase/pc)
The reason I'm asking is because I'm switching to mac/logic
and figure that these problems will go away with my pc ,
2)or cubase is the problem ???.
I went back with my old midi PCI card and everything is back to normal.
3)does motu has problems working with PCs ???

Most likely, you have a bad extension. They are in a folder called extensions What you need to do is create a new folder and move extensions to this folder. Move extensions to the folder in groups. try 1/2 first. Move back & forth between folders. See which extension is causing the problem. command + n to create a new folder
verify that you have the correct firmware.
Figuring out what level of firmware you have?
1) Mac OS 9.x or 8.x, you need to use the Apple System Profiler.
Apple -> Apple System Profiler
2) Mac OS X, use the System Profiler.
Apple -> About This Mac
click on the More Info... tab
click on Hardware
read the Boot ROM Version
3) Open Firmware, boot into Open Firmware.
Power on your iMac while holding down commandoption+of
The first output line contains the firmware level. Mine reads:
Apple PowerMac4,1 4.1.9f1 BootRom built on 09/14/01 at 13.18.04
Copyright 1994-2001 Apple Computer Inc.
The 4.1.9f1 will be different on a 333 machine.

What's wrong with my .flv?

Experts,
I've been trying to create .flv movies for my kid's soccer
team. I'm using OS X and Final Cut Express to edit the movies. I'm
using Flash Video Encoder to convert the results from .mov to .flv.
I'm not happy with the quality (editing and content,
notwithstanding). Anyone watching any youtube video, can see that
I'm not doing something right. But, after hours of trying, I'm just
not getting it.
I can tell you that I slightly reduce the dimensions of the
final product. But only slighty.
Here's an

So, what's with the degraded video?
So, if you can direct me to a tutorial, or can recognize my

What's wrong with my iMac G3?
Ok. I'm going to attempt to be as thorough as possible on this one. When I first got my iMac G3, it was stated to be non working. I got it from freecycle. The lady who provided my with the machine said that "one day it just wouldn't turn on". So, I still took it home. After I set it up, it turned on and booted into Mac OS 8.6 no problem. After about two days of using it, I turned it on again and it said something about "finder could not be started because draglib-setdragimage (or something like that) could not be found." It gave me a restart button, which I clicked. After about a day of messing around with it, I found that holding the shift key to disable extensions would allow it to boot properly. I decided to re-install 8.6. However, the cd was not recognized (perhaps because it was an ISO, not DMG). So, I proceeded to install panther. The first time it booted with the panther cd (and ever since), there has been no startup chime. It also will only get to the apple logo, without the spinning thing, where it freezes. Only the button on the keyboard works to start it up. And, occasionally it will boot into open firmware. I don't know what to do from here. I can still boot into os 8.6 with extensions off.
