Prolog in Java. (does it exists ?)

Im working with first order predicates unification and I had implemented a simple inference machine here....
Do you know if is there any 100% Java Prolog-like code available at any place in the web ?

Hi,
why not bringup a search engine like yahoo.com and enter java prolog and press the search button? - There is at least one, but search by yourself, I can't decide, what you need and what not.

I send in the CreditCardNumber in the request and recieve its Status (VALID,INVALID). i get this error every time . i have tried almost every thing to fix this . Please help me with same .
Below is the complete error stacktrace.
Exception occured when binding was invoked. Exception occured during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of Reference operation 'getCreditValidationSelect' failed due to: DBReadInteractionSpec Execute Failed Exception. To auto retry a retriable fault set these composite.xml properties for this invoke: jca.retry.interval, jca.retry.count, and jca.retry.backoff. All properties are integers. ". The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception. Please examine the above error message carefully to determine a resolution.
    Thanks in advance

Can you please check the following
    a. check the JNDI Configuration. ( check for the value used for XADatasourceName )
    b. check the Data source created for the User.
    c. Incase you have updated the existing JNDI then you need to update the adapter with the New Deployment Plan.

  • Keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Keystore file does not exist:

    Hi All,
While listing the keystore using the command keytool -list, I got the error message that
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Keystore file does not exist: C:\Documents and Settings\subramanian.arivalag\.keystore
I noticed there is no file .keystore in the above mentioned directory. What's this .keystore file? Will it be created automatically or should we create manually?
Already I created a keystore using -genkey command and received CA authority also.
Kindly provide me more details about .keystore file and how to handle this error.

If you specified a keystore filename when you created the keystore
i.e. keytool -genkey -alias jboss-ssl -keyalg RSA -keystore my_name.keystore -validity 3650
then you need to specify the same keystore when you export the cert
    i.e. keytool -export -alias jboss-ssl -keystore my_name.keystore –file my_name.cer

  • WD Java - Type does not exists

    Hi folks,
we use the RFC Import in WebDynpro JAVA and import a function module of name like /tyed/myFunction where /tyed/ is a namespace.
when running that application we get an error on a structure which is of name like /tyed/myStructure and in JAVA the namespaces are translated from /tyed/ to __tyed__
The dump says com.sap.dictionary.runtime.DdException: Type ordmon.types.__Tyed__Atcp_S_Ordmon does not exist
But these data-types do exist? are there any known problems with namespaces ???? or what could that be.
    kind regards
    oliver

    Hi Oliver,
The most likely reason for this kind of an error could be the follows
    •     The backend to which to connect at Runtime is not the same as the backend from which you imported the model. This could cause inconsistencies. You need to run with the same backend from where you imported your model or the version of the RFC in the backend used at runtime must be compatible to the one used to import the model.
    •     Data types have changed in the backend, such that the “Type” you imported earlier no longer exists. You need to re-import the model again.

  • "package java.xml.registry does not exist" error in NetBeans

    Hi all
I'm using netbeans for developing webservices and and have to use JAXR. I have downloaded and installed jwsdp1.5.
When I view the source code for the JAXR sample java files that accompany the java EE tutorial in the NetBeans IDE Source Editor, I get the error : package java.xml.registry does not exist.
However, the release note for NetBeans says that it supports JAXR.
Also, when I compile and run the same files using DOS and the ant command, the files work.
Can someone please tell me what to do and how to work on JAXR clients in NetBeans because the Help files don't have any documentation on it nor does the NeBeans Field Guide?

Do you have the jaxrpc-api.jar and jaxprc-ri.jar in your classpath?
    They are in <wspack1.1 installation>/jaxrpc-1.0.2/lib

  • Java.media.* does not exist

    Hello friends,
I am adding a new project in the netbeans5.0 using the
    Java Project with Existing sources.
Then i add the source file.
Before doing this i am using the library manager and add the jmf.jar files and also i am setting the CLASSPATH in the home directory.
Then at last i am giving the build it tells the problem of java.media.* does not exist.
I don't know what to do further.
    I am also setting the JMFHOME,CLASSPATH,PATH ,LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
After that also it tells the same problem.
Kindly tell what to do next for solving this problem
    With Regards,
    deepthi

    Hello friends,
I found the problem of javax.media.* does not exist.
You had to add the library path to your projects,
I here tell how to add the library path for you netbeans 5.5,
    In netbeans 5.5
In the left panel, it list your projects,
    Steps to add :
    1.Click on the project.
2.Now it displays the tree list of source packages, library,
3.Right click on the library ,
    4.click on the Add Jar/projects,
    5.Then enter the jar files [ jmf.jar,sound.jar ,etc ].
Now you compile and run .
It works fine for me try for yours.
If you place the javax directory in you source file remove that directory from the source package.

    Hi All,
I am using BO XI R2 version.
I am facing issues with BOE Java SDK web application.

Can anyone tell the exact folder path for these jar files, if it is there.
Or any link to download jar files.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello ,
-In order to run your application, please copy the Business Objects JAR files from the installed location.
-For example : If you have installed Business Objects on C:
then , go to the path :
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\3.5\Java\Lib and copy all the Jar files from that location including JAR files that are present in the external folder.
-Paste these JAR files inside lib folder of your application.
-The class com.crystaldecisions.sdk.framework comes under cesession.jar

When compiling servlets etc, you need to include in your classpath a jar file with all the javax.* classes defined in it.
For Tomcat this is called servlet.jar and is in (I think) [TOMCAT_HOME]/shared/lib or /common/lib
For J2EE 1.4 Server, the jar is [J2EE_HOME]/lib/j2ee.jar
Where the _HOME directory is the directory where you installed J2EE.
Include this jar file in your classpath when compiling.

Could you please assist me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks & regards,
    Pavan.

    Hi,
you have to map the EP user to an employee at the backend for the ESS services to work.
Go to transaction HRUSER and check whether an employee is connected to this USER_ID.
If it is not there, go to transaction pa30,select an employee and create a new record for the infotype 105 ( subtype 0001) with the USER_ID.
Check the start DATE and the END date of the same PERNR of infotype 105 subtype 0001
    This will solve the issue.

java.math package will be there in jdk_dir\jre\lib\rt.jar. You need to set the classpath variable in your IDE for this jar file. There must be some means to edit the IDE's classpath variable.
i mounted almost a million times in diff ways but it still can't compileIf it takes one minute for each mount then total time you have taken = 10000000 minutes = 166666 hours = 6944 days = 19 years (roughly). Java was not there 19 years ago.
