QM Related Standard TCode

Hi Gurus,
We are facing a small requirement,
Business Flow:
The deminsions, metallurgical, etc..
properties of a component is freezed and samples of the same
in (less) numbers is aquired from different Vendors(say 5 or 6 in numbers)
after aquiring these samples, complete quality testing is made(This is the
first phase and in this PHASE Right First Time will be checked).Out of these
quality testing(if the testing for the samples given by the respective
vendors, is satisfactory) some vendors will be shortlisted and This time
more materials will be ordered from them for further quality testing
(This phase is called Pilot testing).Again, if this phase is successful
The corresponding vendor will be shortlisted and he is considered as
"New suppling Vendor" with respect to past six month performance.
Program Needed in Z:
1. we are going to capture only the data relating
to Pilot Stage - total lot quantity received and total of rejected
quantity wrt plant vendor material
2.The data relating
to "New Suppling Vendor" Phase wrt to past six calendar months -
total lot quantity received and total of rejected
quantity wrt vendor material
DOUBT:
{bold} Is there any Standard transaction in SAP to handle this requirement so that we can avoid this Z program?

Jagan,
I'm not sure this would be the correct solution but u can try with this.hope this can help you.
Solution : Go to Transaction SDMO ,there u can find a text box where u can enter the description.
Please enter ur desired description here the scenario/tcode for which u r trying for and press F8,u will get the list of standard transaction which can suffice ur description.
For those list,select appropriate one which suits for you.
