Query For Linking Activity

Dear All,
I need your help in writing a query. My Scenario is as follows:
I add an Activity whose Code is 95. Now using activity no. 95, I make a follow-up whose no. is 103. Now using 103, I create another follow-up, no. is 110. And using 110 I create my last follow-up, no. is 118.
Now if user selects activity no. 118 & want to see the history or previous conversation made against this activity then he/she should get 110,103 & 95
And if user selects activity no. 95 & want to see the history or conversation made against this activity then he/she should get 103, 110 & 118.
Please help me in writing this query.
Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I'm also dont have much experiance in SQL, So what i suggest is, you can give 15 or 20 levels .
Below query will help you to get the data in both case, i mean , it will fetch all 4 level data if you give starting activity no or ending activity no.

Need to create a webi line chart to measure ‘user activity’ per month, year or day using BO4.0 Auditor on Oracle.
This question raises two sub-questions:
What actions constitute user activity? Is it concurrent logins by users? I am confused if that would really give a true picture of user activity as users can log in and do nothing on the BO system.

Follow below steps to create a webi report for your requirement, launch Webi rich client and create a new webi report by selecting "BOEXI40-Audit-Oracle" (Audit universe)
1) Select below objects in 'Result Objects' pane
[Event Year], [Event MonthName],[Event DayofMonth], [Event Type], [User Name], [Total Event Count]
2) Define below conditions in "Query Filter" pane
[Event Type Id] In list 1015 AND [Event Year] In list "Select Year" (Prompt)
3) Run query
4) At report level create a new variable of type measure with the name "User Activity" with below formula
=Count([Total Event Count]In([User Name];[Event MonthName];[Event DayOfMonth]) )
(This formula will track logout event of a each user in a day as well as in a month, it will take/count only one log out event of the user in a day as you desire)
5) Create a table block as well as graphs as you desire
i) For day wise user activity create a table/graph using: [Event DayofMonth], [User Activity]
ii) For month wise user activity create a table/graph using: [Event MonthName], [User Activity]

I have this dilemma on how to link two tables without a reference. In the Business Partner Master Data, there is a field for the Territory which is from the table OTER. This OTER focuses on its description. Once you have added the particular Territory for that Business Partner, it is being stored in the Territory field of the BP right? Our client wants to have an automated way of searching for the Business Partner's Profit Center in creating a Sales Order wherein it is the same as the Business Partner's Territory. The Profit Center is from the table OPRC.
When I create a Sales Order, after I have entered the Business Partner/Customer Code, the Profit Center should have the value of the Profit Center Code wherein it is the Business Partner's Territory. My query will go like this:
Enter the BP/Customer Code automatically the Profit Center code where Profit Name = BP's Territory.
OTER and OCRD don't have connections. How can it be?
I'm thinking of retrieving the Territory first before the Profit Center but can you suggest of any other way?

Was above illustration correct? Then, you could use this formatted search in Cost Centre / Dimension field in Sales Order rows

However, I suggest you use a little bit different approach here. Since you can't define Territory Code / Territory ID (you could only type the Territory name, Philippine etc.), why don't you standardize Territory name with Cost Centre code? Let say, you define Philippine as PHI, Indonesia as INA, Germany as DEU and so on. Therefore, user can read the Cost Centre or more precisely Distribution Rules in Sales Order form in more familiar way.

When FMS worked in Sales Order document, your user will read PHI instead of 25, should be more familiar to them. With that being said, you could use simpler FMS

Query for Inventory Activity for whse & dates

I am using the query below to report Inventory Activity by Whse for a selected date range. Can anyone please advise on how to add a column for Inventory Unit of Measure (OITM.InvntryUom) to this query? This would make the report more useful. Even more useful would be to also integrate batch numbers into this same query. Would this be possible also?

I would like to know if it is possible to create a query that would display the stocks of all items on a specific date and will display the item cost or the purchase price of each item in stock. Let say for example, today is January 14, 2010. I would like to check how many stocks in my inventory last January 8, 2010. Does anybody knows how to create this?

You can pull the qualification details using SAP quick viewer (Tcode SQVI) and using logical database PNP
-> Go to Tcode SQVI
-> give Query name and Create
-> In the data source field, select Logical database
-> In logical database give PNP or PNPCE
-> Then in basis mode u can find IT 0024 in Planning data header
-> and then select the list fields u need and the additional selection criteria also
-> Then execute the query.

Query for active tasks

Im trying to query for worklist tasks associated with a running business process. Using the WorkListManager and TaskSelector, I use the TaskSelector method setListeningProcessUri("*", true) and also tried setListeningProcessUri(".+", true). I thought by setting the isPattern to true would return all tasks with a listening business process matching the pattern.
Has anyone else used this method with a pattern?

Check the below steps for extracting AD users information using powershell,
- Go to Start -> Open Windows Powershell using Run as Administrator
- In the powershell type set-executionpolicy unrestricted (for allowing commands to execute)
- Type the cmdlet import-moduleactivedirectory (to enable and execute AD cmdlets)
- Type the cmdlet Get-ADUser -Filter * -properties * | select * (to get all AD Users, each with all properties)
- To show only select information such as firstname, lastname etc,you need to replace the
select * section in the previous command by select firstname, lastname etc.
- Also to display the result in columns, you can type the command as
Get-ADUser -Filter * -properties * | select firstname, lastname | ft
To run as a powershell script, you can copy the above commands to a notepad and save it as a .ps1 file.
NOTE: if you wish to run the script from client machines like Windows 7, you need to enable RSAT.

Constant DNS querying for 127.0.0.1

Hello,
I'm quite puzzled... I noticed a constant low bandwidth traffic on the WAN port of the router and tracked it back to the MacOS X (10.5.2) host constantly DNS querying for 127.0.0.1 (about every three seconds). I am using DHCP and the network configuration picks up the external DNS server.
I thought this localhost information should be picked up directly from /etc/hosts (in my case)

pretty clear that the 127.0.0.1 entry in /etc/hosts is unfortunately not used.
localhost and 127.0.0.1 are part of the loopback interface (lo0) and a lookup from /etc/hosts should suffice! no reason at all to query a DNS service unless explicitly specified.

Error while running query for a specific table

I need your help please.
I've configured everything correctly in my SCCM environment. And i used to connect the CAS database from a separate box(same domain) which has SSMS console installed in it. Now the problem is, whenever i try to run a query in CAS database locally, it runs
successfully. But when i connect the CAS database remotely and run the same query with the same login i used in CAS, it says the below error. This is happening from past 2 days only. :'(

According to your description, you get the logon issue when connecting to CAS database remotely and execute query. Right?
In this scenario, this error can happen when the SPN account is registered without setting 'trusted for delegation' property. Account must be trusted for delegation in order for Kerberos delegation to succeed. Here's a blog talking about your scenario, please

Return Code - Query for Multiple Rows as XML

Hi,
I'm executing an MSSQL stored procedure through the "Query for Multiple Rows as XML" activity in LiveCycle ES. I do this through a call statement such as this:
{ call MyStoredProc(?) }
This works great, the stored procedure always returns a record set (with or without records). I use this activity rather than "Call Stored Procedure" because I can transform the record set into XML right away within this activity. Unfortunately any exception arising from invoking this stored procedure cannot be handled within the workflow as this activity does not have an exception handler (lightning bolt). In an attempt to handle at least some exceptions we have decided to use try/catches within the stored procedures and return different error codes. Now the problem I am faced with is that there is no way to retrieve the returned code within any of the SQL activities. We don't want to have to write an execute script for each of these SQL calls. Is there any way to do this? Seems like I'm 95% there.

How run the run the BI Publisher report for current/active/selected record

Hi,
I have one requirement to generate a BI Publisher report in Siebel, which will run on SR's List view. Report should fetch the active SR and its audit trial entities. I know this was achieved easily using Actuate (simply setting "current Recrod only" to true), but I need how to achieve this in BI publisher.
This report we are creating is in Siebel-BI Publisher integrated environment, not connecting to database. Can body give share your valuble inputs.

In my experience with Siebel 8.1.1 and BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0 when you generate a report from a Siebel View the report will show all data visible on the view. If you wish to have only a few particular records in the report you must query for them first in Siebel then generate the report again. There is useful article describing how to generate the report for the current record but it does require some config on the applet.

Operations manager failed to run a wmi query for wmi events (0x800706ba)

Hi everyone,
I've been working on this issue for a while and I am still no closer to finding out what the problem is. If anybody can offer any other advice or things to check, I'm all ears.
I'm running SCOM 2012 R2 with UR2, and the Cluster Management Pack v6.0.7063.0
My problem is on one particular batch of cluster servers where I am getting the following error.
Name: Operations Manager failed to run a WMI query for WMI events
Alert Description:
Module was unable to enumerate the WMI data
Error: 0x800706ba
Details: The RPC server is unavailable
Workflow name: Microsoft.Windows.Cluster.Node.StateMonitoring
Instance Name: servername.domain.local
Instance ID: {instance_id}
Management group: SCOM_Management_Grp_Name
I am getting this alert regardless of whether I run the Windows Cluster Action Account as Local System, or as a domain user with full local admin privileges on all the cluster nodes.
When looking at the management pack and the workflow in particular (Microsoft.Windows.Cluster.Node.StateMonitoring), I can see that it's trying to access
MSCluster_Node in the root\MSCLUSTER WMI namespace.

I can confirm that I am able to browse the MSCluster_Node class locally, as well as remotely using WMIEXPLORER and WBEMTEST,
however it only works when I set the Authentication Level to
Packet Privacy. If I do not select Packet Privacy, a WMI event log error 5605 is logged on the remote servers application log that says...
The root\mscluster namespace is marked with the RequiresEncryption flag. Access to this namespace might be denied if the script or application does not have the appropriate authentication level. Change the authentication level to Pkt_Privacy
and run the script or application again.
I can confirm that all firewalls are turned off, and there are no firewalls between the management servers and the agents in question. AV exclusions have been done and appear to be in place. The nodes are all Windows 2008 R2 with SP1. As
far as I can tell there is plenty of memory available on each of the nodes in question (50%+) of RAM is available.
If I manually run the "Discover the Windows Server 2008 R2 Cluster Components" task in the Cluster Service State section of the management pack in the Monitoring Pane in the console, on the nodes in question - the discovery runs successfully.
Does anybody have any other ideas or suggestions I could try?
