Query on Undo Set Stream flags.

Hi All,
          I'm using AEGP_SetStreamValue to update the value of the effect parameter. The Edit menu shows Undo Set Stream flags. Now if I Undo, nothing happens. I tried AEGP_StartUndoGroup() before I set the stream value. I end the undo group after setting the stream value using AGP_EndUndoGroup(). Still Edit menu is showing Undo Set Stream Flags.
          What is the issue? Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dheeraj.

Sounds like the internal CoDec commands of the RED importer and in turn points to a leaky plug-in, meaning it's a bug. Short of getting an updated version of the plug-in I see no way to fix that.

  • How to undo "Set case to" on a column in the data foundation?

    Hello,
    I have a multisource universe currently pointing at only one database (Oracle). In the data foundation I right-clicked one of the columns named "Category" and selected "Set case to upper case". This broke the query with the following error: "Database error: [Data Federator Driver] [Server] The column name 'CATEGORY' could not be found in the table/alias: 'Table__1'. (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)"
    I would like to undo this change but can't find a way to do it. The only options in "Set case to" are upper and lower case, with no option to go back to the original/default. How can I fix this without having to reimport the table? I read that you can tweak case-sensitivity settings in a .prm file but I would rather not change things at the filesystem level.
    EDIT: I worked around it by changing the object in the business layer to use the original case of the column name. But is there no way to change back how it actually looks in the data foundation? A minor issue perhaps, but annoying.
    Thanks.
    Pedro G. Acevedo

    Hi
    We can make changes back using the Undo option.
    If you have selected Category ..and selected
    Selected "Set case to upper case" CATEGORY
    selected "Set case to lower case" category
    If you want the actual DB field Category use the option :
    Edit --> Undo Set (IDT)
    If it is still not change back to “Category” , just delete the table from Data foundation and add again to same table once again and create the joins

  • Follow up action to set delete flag after UD (QS41, QS51)

    Hi all,
    If user give UD as 'not good' for Equipment (eg Vernier Caliper) then he has to set delete flag for maintenance plan no and Equipment no through IP02 and IE02 respectively
    now he want that, above delete flag should set automatically after giving UD so particular maintenance plan or equipment should not release in future.
    I got one follow up action 'QM_PM' in transaction QS51 due to this after giving UD for Inspection lot, plan get technically complete (TECHO)
    so how to make changes so i'll achieve above functionality
    plz tell me about catalog, follow up action, QS41
    thanks....

    Hi all,
    i got one solution on which i am working
    Steps:
    1.The solution is to use the User Exit namely QEVA0010 and use the logic as mentioned below.
    2. Test and use the above mentioned user exit.
    3. The first condition should be checked for Inspection Type - 14 and for UD code NG.
    4.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Equipment.
       Go to Table QAPP - Pass inspection lot Number and get the Equipment no.
       Go to Table EQUI - Pass Equipment no and get OBJNR
    Go to Table JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion  flag inactive is I0320.
       In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.
    5.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Maintenance Plan.
    Go to Table QALS - Pass inspection lot no and get the order no.
    Go to Table AFIH - Pass order no - Get maintenance Plan.
    Go to Table MPLA - Pass the maintenance plan and get the Objnr no.
    JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.
      In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.

  • HOW TO SET DELETION FLAG TO SERVICE ENTRY SHEET ?

    Dear Experts,
    Can anybody explain how to set deletion flag to Service entry sheet created ?
    Service Entry sheet has been accepted and saved, i want to set deletion flag to the Service Entry sheet.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
    Go to ML85 and give your service entry sheet no in Entry sheet data and select "cancel release" check box and give the corresponding release code and execute and save. The release gets cancelled.
    The other way is go to ML81N and give your Po and service entry sheet and click on the icon "cancel release" (reverse arrow mark) give the corresponding release code for cancellation and save. Now the service entry sheet will go to "No acceptance" mode. again go to the change mode and select the line item and delete it by clicking on delete icon.

    Hi Diego Victor, thanks for the very quick response. Sorry I am delayed getting back to you.
    This made setting home page was easy.
    I can see from cor-els reply how to make a new tab have the sites I want so am trying that for now but still cannot work out how to make a new tab actually go go www.google.co.uk.
    I could not get there from Victors reply. I went to about:config but it said this could invalidate my warranty so nervous of that.

  • A way to set a flag in java layer when native method has been called?

    Hi,
    I'm calling a native method from the java layer through to a native c function. Is there a way I can set a flag in the java layer when this native method has been called?
    Thanks!

    1. Create a wrapper method. The wrapper method is the only exposed method. It calls the native method. It sets the flag.
    2. Set the flag in the native method itself.
    3. You might be able to use the debugging API to do this however it is going to require quite a bit of work. And it injects itself at runtime.
    Is there a reason for this request? There might be other solutions if a general problem was posed.

    1. System status CRCR is active (ORD 93000112)
    2. System status ORRQ is active (ORD 93000112)
    Here i have solve the problem number one through transaction code BS22 (i.e. under System status I0241 -CRCR , previously LKZS - Set deletion indicator & LVMS -Mark for deletion was maintain as Forbidd now i have made it under No influence )
    after saving this customization system give only error two ( System status ORRQ is active (ORD 93000112)
    Same way when i try to find ORRQ but here i havenu2019t found  ORRQ.
    Could you plz help me.
    Best Regards,
    Parag Save.

    Dear,
    The system sets this status when you release the order, provided that the Order record required indicator is set in the order type-dependent parameters (see Customizing for Process Order)....
    This setting is there in SPRO....
    Production Planning for Process Industries - Process Order-Master Data-Order-Define Order type Dependent parameters...
    In this you set the option Order record Required....
    Requirements are that the process orders are settled, associated PI sheets, inspection lots and any linked purchase orders are complete.
    Following are prerequisites for closing a process order
    1 The order must have the status Released (REL) or Technically completed (TECO)
    2 The order balance must be 0
    3 There can be no open purchase requisitions, purchase orders.
    4 There can be no future change records from confirmation processes.

  • Set a flag if certain columns contain a value

    I have a table with multiple different columns. Each of these fields can contain 1 or 0. So how would I write a statement that sets a "flag" if each of these columns contain a 1. Again, I only want the field to be set if
    each column in the row contains a 1. I know I can use "nested If statements" but I was wondering if there is a cleaner, more organized way.
    Thanks.

    You missed a basic concept; columns are not fields. This is fundamental. Then you do not know that we never use flags in SQL. That was assembly language, not SQL. Please read:

  • What is the BAPI for setting "deletion flag" in IW32?

    What is the BAPI for setting "deletion flag" in IW32? Thanks!

    Hello
    There seems to be no BAPI to set deletion flag for MO.
    Quick Approach:
    You can copy an existing BAPI module BAPI_ISUSMORDER_SETSTATUSTECHN, for example, to Y_BAPI_MORDER_SETSTATUSDEL, and then edit this copy
    change the code in the existing lines for screen 3000
    PERFORM BDC_DYNPRO USING 'SAPLCOIH'      '3000'.
    PERFORM BDC_FIELD  USING 'BDC_OKCODE'    'LVMS'. (Instead of current 'ARCH')
    It should hopefully work.
    fyi: The orders can be set with Del flag only when they are in CLSD status

  • IMAPMessage is read-only Exception while changing setting the Flag

    Hi,
    I am getting " IMAPMessage is read-only" Exception while setting the Flag to SEEN/DELETED but the chages are effecting in mail(gmail).
    below is my code, please help me in this.
    Session session = Session.getDefaultInstance(props, null);
               Store store = session.getStore("imaps");
               store.connect("imap.gmail.com", username, password);
               Folder inbox= store.getFolder("Inbox");
               inbox.open(Folder.READ_WRITE);
                  Message[] msgsArr = inbox.getMessages();
                  for (int i = msgsArr .length - 1; i >= 0; i--) {
                    try {
                   IMAPMessage msg = (IMAPMessage) msgsArr ;
    msg.setFlag(Flags.Flag.DELETED, true);
    msg.saveChanges();
    catch (Exception e) {
    e.printStackTrace();
    Thanks,
    Reddy

    You don't need the call to saveChanges after setting the flags.
    Also, you don't need to cast to IMAPMessage.

    The best way to reduce GC is to change you application to use less memory. Serious.
    There are a number of JVM options for GC. I can't tell you what will work best
    for your application.
    25 seconds is way too long for a GC. Is the OS paging? You may wish to invest
    in additional memory.

  • How to set a flag

    How can I set a flag?
    I tried to connect a boolean (true) to a local variable, but it didn't work since the local variable had a question mark in it!
    Is there a better method to set a flag?
    Many Thaanks

    They also use extra memory which can also dramatically slow down your app and they break dataflow with the risk of race conditions. Programs with a lot of locals are much harder to debug - trust me on this. Shift registers can be very tidy if done right and don't cause the problems that locals do. The "LabVIEW Development Guidelines" document that ships with LabVIEW has a section on locals/globals and a reference to functional global variables which can be used to replace a standard global variable but nothing in LabVIEW is as effecient as a wire.

  • What is the best practise for setting dirty flag of a page/view?

    For a page/view, normaylly there are 2 things to do for diry data:
    1. when it's clean, Save button is disabled, when it's dirty, save button is enabled.
    2. when it's dirty and the window is closed, a popup says "you have unsaved data, close will lose the data".
    My thought is: it must be handled at client side, because not all valuechange is auto submitted. E.g., you type the 1st letter of a string in a input box, the server side does not know it, but save button should be enabled immediately.
    Is it possible to capture all valueChange events in a page or a view at client side?
    I'm not sure what is the best practise for setting dirty flag? If there is better solution? Does ADF provide facility for this?

    public void save(ActionEvent event){
    boolean formValid = isFormValid();
       if (formValid) {
      save button is enabled.
        private boolean isFormValid() {
            boolean valid = true;
            if (Check Condition 1) {
                valid = false;
               showErrorMessage1();
            if (Check Condition 2) {
                valid = false;
               showErrorMessage1();
            return valid;
        private void showErrorMessage1() {
                    when it's dirty and the window is closed, a popup says "you have unsaved data, close will lose the data".

  • How to set deletion flag in Production order item level

    Hi Friends,
    I have a requirement like...
    Suppose production order conatians 100 items. now i want to set deletion flag for 20 items only.
    In Co02 t.code deletion check box is disable mode.
    There are nearly 100 production orders .i have to write the program....
    Is there any BAPI or other way to meet this requirement.
    Can you please help me..

    Also, You might want to have a look at the BAPIs like BAPI_PRODORD_SET_DELETION_FLAG which are used to set the deletion indicator but it appears to me the deletion flag can only be set at the header level using these BAPIs.
    Please have a look at SAP business object BUS2005 methods from transaction SW01 for more Production Order related BAPIs.
    One more thing ... since you mentioned that in CO02 the deletion indicator is greyed out, then it might mean you are missing the authorizations to set the deletion flag. Please consult with your Authorization (BASIS) administrator. As a hint, the authorization object here is C_AFKO_AWK.
    Cheers,
    Aditya
