Query to combine Contact Tel 1 + Tel 2 + Mobile No.

Hi,
l would like to combine BP Master Data, Contact Persons Details - Tel 1, Tel 2 and Mobile Number to be retrieve into Sales Order UDF. What is the query to use?
l tried following query, however it doesn't return any result:
SELECT T1.[Tel1]  + T1.[Tel2] + T1.[Cellolar]
FROM OCRD T0  INNER JOIN OCPR T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
WHERE T0.[CardCode] = $[ORDR.CardCode]
Thanks!

Hi,
Also you can try...
SELECT T1.Tel1 + T1.Tel2 + T1.Cellolar
FROM OCRD T0 INNER JOIN OCPR T1 ON T0.cntctprsn=T1.name and T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode WHERE T0.CardCode=$[ordr.cardcode]
Thanks
Sachin

  • How do I use Active Sync to view SharePoint Lists (Contacts and Calendars) on a Mobile Phone?

We are attempting to use SharePoint 2010 in combination with Exchange 2010 to implement shared calendars and contact lists throughout our organization.  We are able to connect the lists to Outlook 2010, but have been unsuccessful in viewing
the calendars and contact lists from our mobile phones.  How do we use Active Sync to view SharePoint Lists (Contacts and Calendars) on a Mobile Phone?
In trying to answer this question, we have come across a few different possibilities, all of them falling just short of a long term solution for us.  After doing research, we found that Active Sync will only show the default folders of the account.  To
solve this, we downloaded an Add-In for Outlook (CodeTwo FolderSync) to synchronize folders and synchronized our SharePoint list with a new Contact list in the default folder.  The issue we came across with this method is that the Add-In we are using
is not capable of automatic synchronization.  There is a button and it must be clicked after every update is made, which is not ideal for our solution.  We then went to the company (CodeTwo) and found server side software (Exchange Sync) that they
offer which will automatically synchronize the folders.  After installing that on the Exchange Server, we now are running into the issue of not being able to locate the SharePoint lists on the Exchange Server.
Does anyone happen to know how we can get to the SharePoint lists from the Exchange Server?  Has anyone else been able to use shared contacts lists and calendars from SharePoint on their mobile phones using Active Sync?  If so, are we in the right
direction with what we have found so far?
    Thanks,
    Brad

You cannot use ActiveSync for that, but there are SharePoint clients for the iPhone. Windows Mobile 7 natively supports SharePoint with SharePoint Workspace Mobile, part of Microsoft Office Mobile. Android and BlackBerry might also have some apps.

  • Select query with combination of two columns

I need looking to write a nested select statement that would achieve the following.
Support i have a table as follows
    TestTable
    Name : Age : Country
    Test1 : 10 : USA
    Test2 : 11 : USA
    Test3 : 12 : USA
    Test4 : 11 : Canada
    Test5 : 12 : Canada
Now i want to select from the above table the following information.
Get all the names of people who dont belong to this combinations (10:USA,11:Canada,12:Canada). The list can be huge.
    The result should be
    Test1:10:USA
    Test1:12:USA
If it were one combination i can write
    select * from TestTable
    where age <> 10 and country <>Canada
    Also i can also do
    select * from TestTable
where age NOT IN (10,11) and country NOT IN (USA,COUNTRY)
But i don't this it would give me correct result.

    sush_msn wrote:
Is there a way i can pass the age and country as list to the query ?You asked the right question.
Three things you need to know:
    1) Your test data doesn't cover all combinations. Here is more complete test data:create table test_table1 as
    WITH AGES AS (
SELECT LEVEL+10 AGE FROM DUAL CONNECT BY LEVEL <= 3
    ), COUNTRIES AS (
      SELECT 'USA' COUNTRY FROM DUAL
      UNION ALL
      SELECT 'CANADA' COUNTRY FROM DUAL
    SELECT 'Test' || ROWNUM NAME, AGE, COUNTRY FROM AGES, COUNTRIES;
    NAME                                                AGE COUNTRY
    Test1                                                11 USA
    Test2                                                11 CANADA
    Test3                                                12 USA
    Test4                                                12 CANADA
    Test5                                                13 USA
Test6                                                13 CANADA2) Now here is the answer to your question. You can put two or more values together in an expression by putting parentheses around them.SELECT * FROM TEST_TABLE1
WHERE (AGE, COUNTRY) NOT IN (
      (11, 'USA'),
      (12, 'CANADA')
    NAME                                                AGE COUNTRY
    Test2                                                11 CANADA
    Test3                                                12 USA
    Test5                                                13 USA
Test6                                                13 CANADAThis is what Etbin did above, but he used a SELECT instead of a list of values.
    3) Can AGE or COUNTRY ever be NULL? Do you want to return the records that have NULL values in them? If so, you need to use NOT EXISTS instead of NOT IN. Warning: Etbin's code needs a little change: "where (age, country) = (t.age,t.country)" should be "where (age, country) = ((t.age,t.country))". You always need extra parentheses on the right side.

  • Query For BP Contact Person

    Hello -
I would like to make a query that pulls a specific BP Contact Person and e-mail for that contact.  We have assigned a contact called A/P for most of the BP's in our database.  The A/P contact is the one that we use to e-mail invoices.
Could someone help us to come up with a query that will pull the following: CardCode, CardName, Phone1, Contact A/P, Contact A/P E-mail?  If there is no contact named A/P in the BP Contact Persons tab then this could be left blank in the query.
Anyone know how to do this?
    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hey Guys -
Thanks for the help!  Krishnan's query is more in line with what I am looking for.  It looks like it pulls just the BP Customers that have A/P listed as a contact in the Contacts Person tab and includes the A/P contact's e-mail.
However, I would like it to pull all the BP Customers so we have a complete list.  However, if there is no A/P listed in the Contact Person then just leave it blank.
Also, would like to pull data from one other column of into -- UDF we use for internal order notes.  The system information shows that this UDF is labeled as OCRD, U_ORDN.
    Thanks!!

  • Two iPhones now combine contacts

I own two iPhone 4s that I have always synced to my iMac.  In the past, the contacts list on each phone were maintained seperately.
Since upgrading to iOS5, I notice that both of our phones now have both of our contacts list combined on each phone!  Is there a way to split them back out and still sync both to the same computer (which has a different profile for each of us)?

Never mind.  I figured it out myself.
Go into your device settings, then iCloud, and turn off the functions you don't want synced.  Then, restore your old lists from your Mac/PC.
Kinda pathetic that an Apple forum monitor never responded!

  • How do multiple people share an Apple ID without combining contacts?

My wife has a new iPhone 6. She previously had an iPhone 3 (she doesn't like change what can I say). Consequently she doesn't have an Apple ID. As a result to transfer her information, contacts, pictures, and 4 apps, I did s backup of her old phone to the iCloud. Then I used the backup to setup her new phone. Well, unfortunately she not only got her contacts, only about 30 max, she also got my 700 plus contacts. To compound the issue she didn't get her apps nor did she get pictures. I was able to copy her pictures from her old phone to my computer then transfer them through iTunes to her new phone.
I guess the question I need to ask now is, is there a way to look into the backup on iCloud and remove the unwanted contacts then delete all the contacts here new phone and restore the updated backup from iCloud. Oh I should probably mention that I do not use an iPhone and I use a Windows-based computer.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated. I did talk to Apple support last night and although he gave me the idea to copy the pictures to my computer to put on the new phone he had no idea how to fix the contacts.
Additionally I should I add that before trying any of the above I attempted to transfer everything by Bluetooth but the two phones would not discover each other. I thought that was very strange. In fact they wouldn't discover anything.
    Please I need help.
    Sincerely,
    GEGJr

A lot to learn and some questions you need to answer ...
iPhones do not connect with each other via Bluetooth for transferring files, which is why that failed.
Did the 700 contacts come from your iCloud account?  I presume they did, and if so do you use iCloud for anything yourself since you don't have an iPhone?  If you have an iCloud that you want to keep as your own, set your wife up with her own ID as mentioned above.  You two can still share the existing ID for purchases, but use separate IDs for iCloud.  Or alternatively, just use separate IDs for purchases too and use Family Share with the original ID as the "master".
Assuming the above is correct, create a new Apple ID for her and have her sign out of your iCloud on her new iPhone.  When prompted to delete contacts, etc. select the option to keep them on the device.  Also have her sign out of iMessage and FaceTime, which I presume are activated under your ID.  Now sign back into iCloud using her new ID (as well as iMessage and FaceTime).  The contacts left on her phone from your iCloud will gradually be uploaded to her iCloud.  Give it time to complete, and of course have the iPhone on Wi-Fi for fastest transfer.
Now use your computer to navigate to iCloud.com and sign into her iCloud account.  From the dashboard select the Contacts icon and start deleting contacts that she does not need.  While there may be other ways to clean up her contacts, it is probably a LOT easier to do this from a computer rather than from her iPhone, or by any other means.
In the end, you'll each have separate iCloud accounts, she'll have just the contacts she needs, and you'll be sharing an ID just for music and app purchases (or use Family Share, which I'm not familiar with and don't see the point between two people with a long-term commitment to each other ;-)

We each have contacts that we don't want to share between our iPhones, but would like to share on the iPad.
I'm seeking help as to how to sync these accounts properly to obtain this goal.

If you intend to "share" the iPad, that's not gonna work if you both have separate Apple ID's & iTunes accounts. Like iPhone, iPad is not presently designed to be shared like a computer. Confirm if this is your intent.
